Questionable Tactics: My Experience with 1800CPAP.COM
I recently decided to purchase a Philips Dreamstation CPAP machine from 1800CPAP.COM. I had my prescription in hand, which was fortunate because some companies don't even require it. The initial price was fair, but I was pleasantly surprised when I found a 10% discount code that I could use. I placed my order and eagerly awaited the arrival of my new machine.
However, my excitement was short-lived when I received an email the next day stating that my order was being held up due to a pressure setting issue. They asked for my height and weight, which I provided (I'm 5 foot 7 and weigh 262 pounds), as well as my current pressure setting, which was 6. They then consulted with their "doctor" who apparently didn't think the setting was appropriate for my BMI.
I was skeptical of this "consultation" because it was done sight unseen and seemed like a rubber stamping process. To my surprise, their first response was to try and sell me a BIPAP machine for an additional $175! I was not interested in this and immediately canceled my order. However, I was made aware of their 10% cancellation policy, which I reluctantly paid to get away from these questionable people.
I have been using a CPAP machine with 100% compliance for the past three years, so I know what works for me. It's disappointing that a company would try to push unnecessary products on their customers and use questionable tactics to do so. I decided to take my business elsewhere and found another ". Com" site where I received my machine just three days later.
I urge others to be cautious when dealing with 1800CPAP.COM and to read the fine print carefully. Don't be fooled by their seemingly good prices and discounts. It's important to do your research and find a company that values honesty and integrity.
Disappointing Experience with 1800CPAP.com: Late Delivery and Poor Customer Service
Yo, listen up! So, I had a bit of a problem with these guys over at 1800CPAP.com. I ordered a water chamber on Thursday and paid extra for overnight shipping, but guess what? No water chamber. Apparently, my billing and shipping addresses got all mixed up. They claim they called me on the day it was supposed to be delivered, but I didn't get any call or voicemail. Instead, they sent me an email, which I responded to 12 hours later. Then, I finally got tracking information that said it would arrive TOMORROW, which is five days after I ordered it. So, I called them up and talked to this perky customer service rep who was totally argumentative and kept interrupting me. She wasn't very helpful, to be honest. I mean, if they wanted to keep my business, they could have at least apologized and offered to waive part of the shipping cost or something. But no, she just kept explaining the timeline and saying that the address didn't "populate" on their end (whatever that means). I told her that none of these glitches were presented to me when I placed my order. So, yeah, I'm not too happy with 1800CPAP.com right now. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with 1800Cpap for ResMed Airsense 10 CPAP Machine
So, I had a bit of an issue with my ResMed Airsense 10 cpap machine. It started making some weird noises while I was trying to sleep, and it was really bothering me. I decided to reach out to 1800Cpap to see if they could help me out. They told me to send the machine back to them so they could take a look at it.
After a few days, they called me back to let me know that they had to send it back to Resmed for service. I didn't hear anything for a while, so I decided to give them a call. Unfortunately, the person who knew what was going on was out of the office, so they couldn't give me any updates. They did call me back the next day to let me know that Resmed had determined that the machine needed to be replaced, which was good news.
However, I still hadn't received the replacement machine after a week, so I called them again. They told me that it was supposed to be shipped overnight that day, but it didn't actually get shipped until the following day. Throughout this whole process, I didn't feel like the reps at 1800Cpap really cared about my health or well-being. They didn't apologize for the delays or take ownership of their mistakes.
I had to call them again today to see if the new machine had been programmed, but there was no indication of this in the packaging. I think next time, I'll just contact ResMed directly. I was really disappointed in the quality of customer service and care that I received from 1800Cpap. It's rare to find a company that will admit when they've made a mistake and take responsibility for it.
Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience with 1800CPAP.COM
I recently had an experience with 1800CPAP.COM that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered a cpap machine as a Christmas gift for my fiance, and decided to go with an American company despite living in the UK. However, I quickly realized that I had made a mistake.
When I placed my order, I was not informed that a prescription was required for the purchase of a cpap machine. As this was a gift for someone else, I was not aware of this requirement. After placing my order, I received a call from the company asking for a prescription. I was able to provide one, even though it was written in the UK.
However, I then received an email informing me that the prescription I had submitted did not match the travel cpap machine I had ordered. I was given two options: upgrade my order to a different cpap machine that cost $200 more, or cancel my order and pay a 15 percent restocking fee for an item that had never even left the shelf to be delivered to me.
To make matters worse, I noticed that my credit card had been charged for the full amount of the product that the company had told me I could not order. I immediately contacted my credit card company and explained the situation, and they refused to accept the charges.
Despite this, 1800CPAP.COM continued to call my house and harass me and my family for five months. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. Save yourself the hassle and money, and look elsewhere for your cpap machine needs.
Disappointing Experience with 1800CPAP.COM: Missing Parts, Used Machine, and Poor Communication
I recently had an experience with 1800CPAP.COM that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. When I placed my order, I was informed that the machine I had selected was not suitable for my prescription and that I would need to upgrade to a different model for an additional $179.00. While I could have purchased the machine I needed locally for a lower price, I decided to go ahead with the upgrade to avoid any potential issues.
Unfortunately, when my machine arrived, I discovered that it was missing a part and would not work properly. I contacted 1800CPAP.COM to request the missing part, but was asked to provide photographic evidence before they would agree to send it. While I understand the need for verification, it was frustrating to have to jump through hoops to get the part I needed.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to register my machine with Resmed MyAir so that my doctor could remotely monitor and adjust it, I discovered that the serial number was already in use. After contacting ResMed, I was informed that the most likely explanation was that I had been sold a used or reconditioned machine. This was particularly frustrating, as there was no indication on 1800CPAP.COM's website or advertising that they sold anything other than new products.
Despite my attempts to contact 1800CPAP.COM by phone and email, I have yet to receive a response. While I understand that mistakes happen, the lack of communication and transparency from this company has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be doing business with them again, and will be sure to share my experience with others who may be considering purchasing from them.
Mixed Experience with 1800cpap.com: Ordering Process Requires Babysitting, but Competitive Prices and Wide Selection
I recently purchased an Ultepap device from 1800cpap.com for my travel needs. My doctor's office provided a prescription, but it took several attempts for them to get the fax through. When they called 1800cpap, they were told to "keep trying," which wasn't a helpful response. As a result, I had to intervene and contact the doctor's office to find out what was going on.
After learning that the prescription had been e-mailed, I contacted 1800cpap to find out why my order was still on hold. They informed me that they only had a prescription for an EPAP mask, which was confusing since that was exactly what I had ordered. It took some back and forth, but eventually, they understood the issue and shipped my order promptly.
Overall, the ordering process required more babysitting than I expected, but I was glad that 1800cpap was able to resolve the issue and get my order shipped. However, I was disappointed to learn that they don't carry replacement valves for the Ultepap. This means that patients have to buy another starter kit, which includes three sizes of inserts and presumably costs more than just purchasing the necessary parts.
Despite these issues, I appreciate the convenience of being able to order my CPAP supplies online from 1800cpap.com. They have a wide selection of products and competitive prices. I would recommend them to others, but be prepared to follow up on your order and double-check that everything is correct.
Disappointing Experience with 1800CPAP.COM: False 24/7 Availability and Poor Customer Service
I recently had an experience with 1800CPAP.COM that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. My husband and I were on vacation in Maine when the power cord to his CPAP machine broke. We needed a replacement quickly, so I turned to 1800CPAP.COM because they advertised themselves as a 24/7 company. I ordered a new cord and paid an extra $65 for UPS overnight air delivery. I assumed that they would get the cord to UPS that same night, but it turns out that they didn't even send it until Monday. It arrived on Tuesday, which meant that my husband went four nights without his CPAP machine. He struggled to breathe and had trouble sleeping, which made our vacation much less enjoyable.
I sent four emails to 1800CPAP.COM asking for a refund of the shipping cost, but I never received a response. A week later, I called and spoke to a customer service representative named Debbie. I asked for my $65 back, but she told me that they wouldn't consider a refund because it was written in the fine print of their terms and conditions that they didn't work from Friday night until Monday morning. I asked to speak to her supervisor, but she told me that he or she was too busy to talk to me. I left my contact information and asked for the supervisor to call me back, but I never heard from anyone.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the way that 1800CPAP.COM handled this situation. I feel like they were dishonest about their 24/7 availability and that they didn't take my concerns seriously. If you need medical equipment quickly, I would recommend finding another company to work with.
Defective CPAP Machine and Poor Customer Service from 1800CPAP.COM
I bought a travel CPAP machine for my husband from 1800CPAP.COM in June 2017. We ordered the humidifier for the machine, but it didn't arrive with the machine. When I called the consultant, they asked me to check the weight of the box shipped out to prove that I was telling the truth about the missing humidifier. It was frustrating, but we finally got the humidifier.
My husband has been following the instructions of emptying, drying, and using only bottled water in the machine. However, during a business trip in August, the machine stopped working on the second day of the five-day trip. My husband was without his treatment for that night, and the next day was very hard for him to function. He contacted the company while at the airport returning home, and they told him to ship the item back for repair. He did that on Saturday.
The next week, we received a phone call from the company, and they told us that the machine had set up corrosion, and therefore the machine was not covered by the warranty. They said it was our fault. How could a not even two-month-old machine set up with enough corrosion to completely disable it? We were using the recommended type of water, and there was no way we would leave any water or residue in the machine while traveling. It was incomprehensible.
The company gave us two choices: buy a new machine or pay them $325.00 to repair it. We were shocked. They refused to replace the machine or even take ownership of this being a defective machine piece and replace it. My husband is now out of his proper treatment when he is away from home. The machine he has at home is too large to travel with. It's frustrating because he has had the machine at home for the same amount of time, with the same care ritual, and it is still working!
The company was good in providing the shipping charges at no cost on all these mailings. However, we now have to figure out what our next route is, to report them to the BBB or hire an attorney. It's disappointing that we have to go through all this trouble because of a defective machine.
Excellent Service and Communication from 1800CPAP - Highly Recommend!
I gotta say, I'm pretty darn happy with the service I got from 1800CPAP. I'm not from around these parts, so I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered from them. But let me tell you, they went above and beyond to make sure my order was complete, accurate, and handled with care.
I live in the Middle East, so I was a little worried about shipping costs and delivery times. But everything was totally reasonable, and my order arrived in no time at all. And the packaging was top-notch - my stuff was totally protected and arrived in perfect condition.
But what really impressed me was how well they kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I got updates at every step of the way, from when my order was received to when it was shipped out to when it was expected to arrive. And they made sure to remind me of all the details of my order, so I didn't get confused with all the other stuff I was ordering at the same time.
And get this - when I had questions or needed help, their customer service was actually helpful! They knew their stuff and were able to explain everything clearly. And I didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops just to talk to someone - they were easy to reach and responded quickly to my emails.
Overall, I'm super happy with my experience with 1800CPAP. They even thanked me for my business and offered me a discount on future orders! I'm definitely gonna be coming back to them for all my CPAP needs. And no, I'm not getting paid to say this - I'm just a really satisfied customer.
Unethical and Shady: My Experience with 1800CPAP
I gotta be honest with y'all, I didn't read all the fine print before buying my ResMed AirSense 10 from 1800CPAP. I just wanted the dang machine and they had it. But let me tell you, I was not impressed with my experience.
First off, they only offer two shipping options to Australia and they're both crazy expensive. Like, $125 USD for USPS or $78 USD for FedEx. That's just ridiculous, y'all. I get that they don't control shipping prices, but come on, find a cheaper way to get your product out there.
Then, when I asked them to adjust the customs value of the machine so I wouldn't have to pay as much in fees, they said no. But get this, they were totally cool with reducing the insurance value for their own benefit. Double standard much? And because they wouldn't adjust the customs value, I had to pay an extra $83 AUD in Customs Entry Fees. Not cool, 1800CPAP.
I also asked for an AU/NZ adaptor and what did I get? A cheap electrical adaptor that I could've bought at the dollar store. And they charged me $10 USD for it! That's 12.5 times the fair retail price, y'all. I was not happy.
But the real kicker was when I tried to register my machine with ResMed MyAir to analyze my sleep quality and got an error message saying my device wasn't supported in Australia. I called up CPAP NSW, a representative of ResMed, and they told me that ResMed Australia has specifically refused to support any devices from 1800CPAP because of deceptive practices. And get this, any warranties or guarantees aren't covered in Australia. But 1800CPAP is more than happy to take your money, y'all.
And when I tried to talk to customer service about all this, Stephanie was defensive and accused me of trying to get free stuff. Like, what? That's not even what I was asking for.
So yeah, I would not recommend 1800CPAP to anyone. They're shady and unethical, y'all. And they're not even disclosing on their website that the device won't fully function as designed in Australia. ResMed Australia is trying to stop companies like them from preying on unsuspecting consumers, and I hope they succeed. But in the meantime, do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Disappointed by 1800cpap.com's Failure to Honor Lowest Price Guarantee
I recently had an experience with 1800cpap.com that left me feeling disappointed. They claim to have the lowest prices on Cpap Machines online, but when I called to have them match a popular online competitor's price for the exact same machine, they refused to issue a refund for the difference in price. Their price was $1700.00 on 3/25/2022, while the competitor's advertised selling price was only $1225.00.
I was surprised and frustrated by this, especially since their website boasts a Lowest Price Guarantee on CPAP Machines, Masks, and Supplies. They even have a cheeky disclaimer that reads, "Psst, please don't tell the manufacturers how low we are selling their products for, they might cut us off!" I copied the guarantee from their website and it's clear that they claim to offer the lowest prices online.
As a customer, I was disappointed that they didn't honor their own guarantee. It's frustrating to feel like you're not getting the best deal possible, especially when you've done your research and found a lower price elsewhere. I understand that businesses need to make a profit, but it's important to be transparent and honest with customers about pricing.
Overall, my experience with 1800cpap.com was not great. While they may have some good deals on CPAP machines and supplies, I would caution others to do their research and compare prices before making a purchase. And if you do find a lower price elsewhere, don't count on them to honor their own guarantee.
Mixed Feelings About 1800CPAP.COM: A Review of Their Cloth Masks and Return Policy
I gotta say, I have mixed feelings about 1800CPAP.COM. On one hand, they have a pretty good selection of CPAP masks and accessories. I use the F&P Eson II mask, which isn't my favorite, but it gets the job done. So when I saw they had new cloth masks on their website, I was pretty excited. I mean, who wouldn't want a more comfortable mask, right?
Anyway, I decided to take the plunge and order one of these cloth masks. I was happy to see that they had a money-back guarantee, so I figured I had nothing to lose. Well, turns out I was wrong. When I tried the mask on, it created a weird lump under my nose and blew air into my eyes. Not exactly what I was hoping for.
I tried everything they suggested to fix the problem, but nothing worked. Eventually, they suggested I try a different style of cloth mask. They said I could get it for the price difference between the two masks, which seemed fair enough. So I went ahead and ordered the new mask.
Unfortunately, that one didn't work for me either. It also blew air into my eyes and left me feeling pretty uncomfortable. At that point, 1800CPAP.COM said there was nothing more they could do for me. I was out $95 and still didn't have a mask that worked.
Now, I don't know what the solution is here. I understand that everyone's face is different, and what works for one person might not work for another. But it seems like there should be a way to test these masks out before you spend all that money on something you can't use.
All in all, I'm not sure if I would recommend 1800CPAP.COM. They have a decent selection of products, but their return policy didn't work out for me. Maybe it'll work out better for you, but I wouldn't count on it.
Disappointing Experience with Refurbished Airsense 10 from 1800CPAP.COM
I recently purchased a refurbished Airsense 10 from 1800CPAP.COM, just like my old one. Unfortunately, I've been having some issues with it. It no longer blows air or changes to my sleep pattern, and when I tried to contact 1800CPAP.COM for help, I didn't receive a response.
I thought that maybe the machine couldn't read that I was breathing out of my mouth, which is why I was getting a stuffy nose in the middle of the night. The representative I spoke with suggested that I buy a heated hose or send the machine back. However, even after trying these troubleshooting methods, the machine still isn't working properly.
In fact, I've been snoring worse than ever with this machine, which is why I've gone back to using my old one. While my old machine isn't perfect, it at least controls my snoring. The new one doesn't even do that, and I paid $749 for it!
I just want to be able to get a good night's sleep without waking up because I can't breathe. Unfortunately, this machine is not as simple as "press start and you will get a good night's sleep." I hope that 1800CPAP.COM can help me resolve these issues soon.

Misleading Website Information on 1800cpap: A Review of My Experience
I recently visited 1800cpap to purchase a RespCare Aloha Replacement CPAP Mask Headgear Strap as my current strap was no longer usable. I placed my order and waited for two days, but when I checked the order tracking, it was not moving and was pending review. I was worried, so I decided to email customer service to inquire about the status of my order.
To my dismay, they informed me that there was a backlog, but on their website order chat, it clearly stated that there were "104 pcs IN STOCK"! I was confused and frustrated because I purchased the item because it was stated as in stock, and I was not informed until I asked that there was a backlog.
I am not sure if the website is misleading consumers to trick them into purchasing items that are not actually in stock, or if they posted the wrong information on the website, leading to confusion and frustration for customers like me. I hope they can clarify the situation and improve their website to avoid such issues in the future.
Despite this issue, I must say that the customer service representative I spoke with was polite and helpful in addressing my concerns. I appreciate their efforts to resolve the issue and hope that they can improve their inventory management system to avoid such problems in the future.
Overall, I would recommend 1800cpap for their wide selection of CPAP products and helpful customer service. However, I would advise customers to double-check the availability of items before making a purchase to avoid any potential issues.
Warning: Shady Business Practices at 1800CPAP.COM - Don't Waste Your Money!
I recently had an experience with 1800CPAP.COM that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered a CPAP tube to be sent to my holiday location in Spain, and paid $80 in freight fees. However, the product never arrived. It wasn't due to an incorrect address, but rather because the company failed to properly declare the item with customs documentation. The package was sent without any description of what it contained, which caused issues when it arrived in a European country.
To make matters worse, when I contacted the company about the issue, they refused to reimburse me for the $220 I had spent on the product and shipping. They claimed that I had agreed to their terms and conditions, which apparently state that consumers are responsible for customs documentation. I was shocked that a company that claims to be international and experienced in shipping products would put the burden of customs documentation on their customers.
After reading other reviews online, it seems that I am not alone in my frustration with this company. Many other customers have had similar issues with products not arriving or being held up in customs due to improper documentation. It's unacceptable that a company would continue to operate in this way, knowing that their customers are being cheated out of their hard-earned money.
I am considering taking legal action against 1800CPAP.COM to ensure that other consumers don't fall victim to their shady business practices. It's important that companies are held accountable for their actions, and that customers are protected from being taken advantage of. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against ordering anything from this company.
Mixed Experience with 1800CPAP.COM: Quality Products, Slow Shipping
I recently made a purchase from 1800CPAP.COM and wanted to share my experience. I needed a new mask, hose, and headgear in a hurry because my dog had attacked my old gear. I've ordered from this website several times before and have always been impressed with their quick delivery. So, I decided to pay extra for expedited shipping this time around, hoping to receive my order even faster.
However, things didn't go as planned. While 1800CPAP.COM did their part and shipped my order promptly, the USPS dropped the ball. Despite paying extra for expedited shipping, it took over a week for my order to arrive. This was not the fault of 1800CPAP.COM, but I was disappointed that they didn't have a solution or answer for me when I reached out to them.
I received several emails from their customer service team, assuring me that they would take action if my order didn't arrive within a certain timeframe. However, this timeframe was way outside of what I had paid extra for, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
It's important to note that 1800CPAP.COM sells medical equipment, and for many people, this website is their best choice for purchasing these essential items. While I have used their services before and have been satisfied with their products, this experience left me feeling let down.
Overall, I would recommend 1800CPAP.COM for their quality products and reasonable prices. However, if you need your order quickly, be aware that there may be delays beyond their control.
Disappointing Experience with 1800CPAP.COM: Wrong Machine, Wrong Address, and Poor Customer Service
I recently had an urgent need for a travel CPAP machine for my deployment with the Red Cross. I was recommended a specific machine by the salesperson at 1800CPAP.COM and paid $50 for overnight shipping. However, when the machine arrived, I was disappointed to find that it was heavier than my regular CPAP machine, despite my request for a lightweight option. The machine had equal dimensions but was vertical instead of horizontal.
To make matters worse, the company sent the machine to the wrong address. When I contacted them to explain the situation, they offered to refund only 5% of the purchase price as a restocking fee, even though the mistake was on their end. I had to track down the package myself and go to the post office to retrieve it, which was a huge inconvenience.
When I asked to speak to a manager or owner to resolve the issue, I was told that they would call me back. However, despite leaving multiple messages over the course of six days, I have yet to receive a return call.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with 1800CPAP.COM. The salesperson did not listen to my needs and recommended a machine that was not suitable for me. The company made a mistake in shipping the package to the wrong address and refused to refund the full amount for their error. And to top it off, their customer service was non-existent when I needed to speak to a manager or owner. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of a CPAP machine.
Unfair Return Policy: My Frustrating Experience with 1800CPAP.com
I recently had an experience with 1800CPAP.com that left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I've never been one to pay much attention to the fine print when making a purchase, but this time it came back to bite me.
I had ordered an item from 1800CPAP.com, but for personal reasons decided to cancel the order before it was shipped. Unfortunately, I had already been charged for the item. When I contacted the company to request a refund, I was shocked to learn that they would be deducting 5% of the purchase price as a fee for returning my money.
I've made plenty of purchases in my life and have never been charged for returning an item in similar circumstances. It felt like 1800CPAP.com was determined to squeeze every last penny out of me. When I reached out to them to express my frustration, their response was essentially, "tough luck, you agreed to the terms and conditions."
It's frustrating to feel like you're being taken advantage of by a company that's supposed to be providing a service. It's a reminder that as consumers, we need to be vigilant and read the fine print before making a purchase. It's not fair to be charged for something that no one else would require, and it's disappointing to see a company prioritize their bottom line over their customers' satisfaction.
Poor Service and Shipping Delays: My Experience with 1800CPAP.COM
I recently had an experience with 1800CPAP.COM that I feel compelled to share. As someone who values their health, I was disappointed with the service I received from this company and would not recommend them to others.
One issue I had was with their shipping process. While their website allows for different shipping and billing addresses, I received an email a few days after placing my order stating that it had been flagged as potentially fraudulent. They demanded a copy of my ID, which I provided, but then asked for additional evidence. It took them three days to respond to my messages, which was frustrating.
When I finally called them, they verified my information but then informed me that one of the items I had ordered was out of stock. They refused to send the other items separately, which meant that I had to wait almost two weeks for my entire shipment to arrive. This delay was particularly frustrating because my CPAP tubes were leaking, which meant that I had to deal with apnea episodes for an additional two weeks.
Overall, I was disappointed with the service I received from 1800CPAP.COM. While I understand the need for security measures, their process felt overly burdensome and delayed my shipment significantly. I would caution others against ordering from them and suggest looking for alternative options.
Terrible Customer Service and Delivery Experience with 1800CPAP.COM
I recently bought a CPAP machine from 1800CPAP.COM and was disappointed when it never arrived. I even paid extra for FedEx delivery, but it seems like they delivered it to the wrong address. I have cameras set up and can clearly see that the package never came.
When I called customer service to report the issue, I was met with a young lady who told me that I need to dispute this with FedEx. I tried to explain that I paid them for the machine and for it to be delivered to me, but she insisted that it was my issue to handle with FedEx.
I was frustrated and told her that if they weren't willing to help me, then I would just call my credit card company and have them void the transaction. She then told me that I couldn't do that.
I mean, really? You can't expect me to pay for a $1000 machine that I never received. The customer service I received was horrible. At no point did she offer to help in any way or compensate me for the machine or delivery charge.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of assistance and compensation was unacceptable. I will never purchase anything from this company again and advise others to use them at their own risk.
new cpap machine
After accepting my order and taking payment of $1181.69 and holding the money for 20 days while telling me they would contact my doctor if i could not find the required documentation they now say pay them another $99.00 for a "home study" or I will be charged $73.99 to cancel my order. I have been in the process of moving to Vero Beach over the last 2 months with no new Dr. and paper work in 2 location I still provided the Dr. information and a receipt for my clinical sleep study with the Facility name and the Lincare information from my current CPAP machine it is PAY or PAY shocking.
impossible to contact customer service
I ordered machine parts from the website www.1800cpap.com and paid about $36 for the delivery. These jerk provided me different product, and I couldn’t find anyone from the customer services. They didn’t reply to emails and phone calls as well. It’s impossible to return money. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
