In March 2023 I bought the Celestial Colleagues vip package for the Smashing Pumpkins World is a Vampire tour featuring Stp. I paid $477.00. through Ticketmaster. Fast forward to 3 days before the concert on 8/6. I receive the itinerary through email, everything’s fine. On the night of the concert I arrive by 7:00(mind u check in time is 4:30-8:30) & park in the Vip entrance. The drive to park was long so I made sure to continue saying Vip to get to the right lot. So I park, & by the time I got into the ticket line it was abt 7:30. I checked in saying Vip, they scanned my ticket & sent me to the Pit line to get my wristband. Per the instructions sent by 237 global, I was supposed to receive my VIP pass & Merch at check in. Once I got my wristband I asked where to go to get my Vip pass &
Merch & they told me to go to guest services. So I went here, told the issue & they sent me back to the check in line . I explained the situation and the attendant told me the Vip line was gone! She said, yea…there was a line but idk where it went!(completely nonchalant)I asked her what I was supposed to do .& she simply told me “we were told to tell u guys to email Ticketmaster”! I then went around asking different employees just in case they knew something different! So, I spent $477.00 and didn’t receive 50%and frankly the most important part)of the Vip package, including No Vip pass to go backstage and possibly meet the band or Any of the Merch. ! I can’t understand how a Vip line just disappears out of the blue an Hour before check in time is over. & the total lack of professionalism or general care that’s seen from the employees working that area. I still would love to know how many others lost out on the supposed Vip experience that night & if they were told the same thing as me. A day after the concert I called Ticketmaster to let them know what happened & to reach out to the 237 global & ask why the vip experience was handled so poorly & why I didn’t receive half of what I should have after paying $477.00. 237 global mare absolutely no attempts to give me any kind of answer or offer to remedy the situation. It is not my fault the employees who were supposed to be doing their jobs decided to leave early or not show up at all. For the record, I still have no idea if there was even a Vip line in the first place! I never saw one person walking around with merch! Bottom line now, I need a response from this company, an explanation as to why the Vip line was nonexistent, & when I will be refunded at least 50% of what I paid or sent the merch by mail & refunded at least 25%.
