I have been unable to get into my account since 23andme requested that I change my password. I tried again this morning after several days and got the message that I am locked out after too many password attempts. I have contacted the company and all I got was a link to change my password. So, I did once again, to no avail. The last time I contacted the company, I did not get a response.
Desired outcome: I would like to access my account
