I needed a cam in a hurry, and I wasn't too worried about the price - I just needed someone who actually had it in stock. Enter Cycleplicity. They claimed to have what I needed, and I ordered it with 2nd day air shipping so I could get it quickly. But here's the kicker - it never showed up. Not even close. Man, let me tell you about my experience with Cycleplicity (cycleplicity.com), it was a total nightmare! I ordered a cobra fuel management system for my Kawasaki Vaquero and boy did they mess it up. The part that came in the mail was the totally wrong one, and when I called to see how they were going to fix it, they were completely unsympathetic.
They told me that I should have checked with the manufacturer beforehand to make sure the part was accurate, which, come on, who does that? Not to mention, they insisted that I should be charged a 15 percent restocking fee of $60, even though I just wanted to swap the part. Like, what kind of customer service is that?
Their return manager, Michael Palacio, was no help either. He straight up told me it was my responsibility and basically implied it was my fault. And when I called back to try and verify a part number, Andrew was just plain rude and unprofessional.
Now, I will say that the one thing they did right was get the incorrect part to me quickly. But let's be real, that's the least they could do since they messed up in the first place.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone, and I definitely won't be ordering from them again. They seriously need to take notes from Revzilla on how to treat customers.

Last week I was jazzed to order a Kuryakyn Pro-R Hypercharger Air Cleaner Kit, SKU: KUR-9322 from their website. But, I couldn't even freaking order it through their online portal because of some lame-o pop-up coupon code that kept deleting my item from the cart. What gives, man?!
So, I called them up to complain and the dude on the other end was not exactly sunshine and rainbows. He grumpily told me the code on the website was obsolete and gave me a whole new one. I'm like, ok cool, let's try this. NOPE. Same thing happened again and I had to remind him to give me the discount I was promised in the first place.
Finally, I get an email invoice with my order information and a link to view the order details. Cool, let's see what's up, right? WRONG. It asks me to register but when I try, there's some dumb error message saying I need to enter a different user name. Except there's no place to enter one! Like, come on guys, if you're gonna have a website, make sure it works.
Defeated, I tried the "Check Order" link instead and entered all my billing info. But then...NOTHING. When I hit continue, the page just reloaded and didn't show me anything. What a joke.
Oh and just when you thought it couldn't get any worse - the remove from cart button doesn't even work. Are you freaking kidding me?!

The heated liner was priced at $140.37 when I originally placed my order. Right now, on their website, the same item is listed with 9 in stock and priced at $174.56. And the heat troller remote I paid $90.69 for is now listed as in stock for $122.18.
I asked to speak to a manager, and they transferred me to voicemail. I left a message and still haven't received a call back. The website boasts "Live In-Stock Inventory," but if that were true, they would still have my item in stock, right?! This is just poor business practice, and it's really disappointing.

I didn't get that tracking number. So, I had to call back again and wait on hold for AN HOUR to talk to someone else. This time, I was told the same thing - my order would definitely be here by Friday. Except it didn't arrive.
On Monday morning, I called them again and guess what? ANOTHER HOUR ON HOLD. I talked to someone new and asked where my order was. She said she'd contact the warehouse and email me the tracking number. I also requested a refund for the 2 day air shipping since it obviously didn't happen. The guy I talked to said he'd check into it and call me back. Didn't happen. Later that day, I finally got a tracking number saying that my order had JUST BEEN SHIPPED. Seriously?
I was pissed, so I tried calling them that evening to get my shipping money back, but guess what? AN HOUR ON HOLD AGAIN. The phone eventually hung up because they went outside of business hours. So, I submitted a ticket and waited for someone to contact me. It's been 10 days now and I still haven't heard anything back from them. This is simply unacceptable! The parts finally arrived on Wednesday - NINE days after I placed my order.

I recently had a terrible experience with Cycleplicity. I was excited to receive a new Cobra light bar, but to my surprise, the bulb was blown as soon as I opened the package. When I reached out to customer service, their solution was for me to buy another. It was quite frustrating, to say the least. I spoke to 3 different "managers," and each one was ruder than the last.
To make matters worse, I was constantly put on hold for 8-9 minutes at a time. I understand that sometimes it takes a few minutes to get through to the right person, but this was incredibly frustrating. It almost seemed like they were hoping I would hang up or something.

I'd rather pay a little bit extra elsewhere and actually get my stuff in 3-5 days. So if you're thinkin' about placing an order with Cycleplicity, I'd say think twice and read this review first. Trust me, I learned the hard way, and I'm tryin' to save you the same headache.
wrong product advertised horrendous customer service
Ordered Backup driver backrest from image for BMW K1600. Received passenger backrest. Contacted company by email. No reply for 1 week then promise to have rep contact me in 24 hours. Never happened. Contacted 2 more times with same result. Eventually got email response with extreme return conditions and tight window with no exchange option. NEVER heard from rep. Still waiting goingvon a month.
Customer service
Ordered some Cobra PT-1000P exhaust tips from them on November 9th. I still have a pending payment in my Amazon Payments account for the order. Cyleplicity has no record of an order, sends me the same email response every time I contact them, was told a customer service manager would contact me and I haven't heard a word from them, just received an email stating that they were closing my inquiry. Amazon has been great, they looked into it from their end, can see the payment, Amazon says the Cycleplicity can see the payment and that they need to cancel it for the payment to be removed from my account. I would not recommend Cycleplicity to anybody, ever! All I want is for Cycleplicity to cancel the payment, which Amazon says they can see, so it will be removed from my Amazon Payments account.
Seller accused me, but he provided empty box and he was responsible for this crap
I bought brakes from the company www.cycleplicity.com. Total rip off. I received empty box from them, but the seller didn’t believe me and started to argue with me. He told me a lot of unpleasant and accused me. He told that I wanted money and brakes at the same time. Also he told me that I tried to scam them. It was lie. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.
They didn't provide any info and replied too slowly
I ordered engine from the company www.cycleplicity.com. I was really disappointed, ‘coz this company didn’t provide any real services. They charged me really fast, but after that I didn’t get any confirmation info, no updates, nothing. I sent them emails and after several days they replied and promised to check the status of the order and etc. the company is real scam, so better don’t buy from them.
Horrible customer service
I placed the order on the website www.cycleplicity.com, but the seller mixed orders and provided completely different thing. I called them three times and they finally agreed to change it. After that I waited 2 weeks for the response from this seller. The customer services are really horrible, and I still haven’t received my order. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

Their website is set up so it doesn't appear that when your order - the order actually is completed - so you try to order again -- ultimately creating Duplicate orders charged to your card without your knowledge. It's only when you receive an email confirmation do you learn the order was processed.
When I sent an email within a few minutes to their customer service Dept, as well as a follow up phone call to them to cancel the orders they gave me the run around and their automated system sent 5 orders out and charged my card for all of them -- it's been a huge hassle REFUSING their automated shipments and they can care less and do nothing about their screwed up e-commerce site.
Staff unwillingly solves clients' problems
I ordered motorcycle tires from the website www.cycleplicity.com. The seller delivered it on time, but it wasn’t the same tires that I ordered. I called the customer services twice, and they unwillingly decided to change the tires. It took 2 weeks, before someone from this company contacted me again and told that my ordered tires were out of stock. They didn’t offer me any solutions, and when I asked for refund, the seller was negatively-spirited. I’m still waiting for my money, but I won’t recommend this company. Worst services ever.
I was unhappy that I bought from the company www.cycleplicity.com. I purchased parts for the bike, but the seller sent me wrong parts. I still don’t understand how he has mixed the orders. I already returned these parts, but the seller continued to promise to send the correct one. I was so disappointed in such services. Therefore I wanted to warn other people.
Don’t deal with the scammers from the company www.cycleplicity.com. I chose the bike model and year, after that I indicated what parts I needed, but these jerks sent me completely opposite parts. I tried to change them, but the rep told me that I was wrong and they wouldn’t help me. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
