This place is run by a scam artist
This place is run by a scam artist. *** is a typical slimy car salesman who just wants to take your money and sell you c***. He's also a thief. My husband was trading in a vehicle and had his vehicle in *** possession with a promise of a new vehicle from him, and it should've been safe at *** dealership. Just to have it broken into and things stolen from it. My children's things were all taken, including 3 car seats! How funny that *** never contacted my husband to let him know what happened to his vehicle. Sounds like an inside robbery to me. Guilty by not communicating.
The sales person, who might be the owner, named ***, lied to my daughter when he sold her a *** Suburban
The sales person, who might be the owner, named ***, lied to my daughter when he sold her a *** Suburban. *** told my daughter that the suburban had a motor replaced with lower mileage and that it was a 6.0 motor, but now he doesn't have the documents to support those lies. The motor isn't a 6.0 and it has over *** miles. I don't know if those are the original miles or if it indeed has a different motor. Either way, the vehicle was purchased a little over a month ago and the motor is already knocking, the rear *** is leaking oil, the dashboard is all broken, and the front a/c doesn't blow any air out. I will never trust this person ever again and I will continue to share our experience with this car lot. The salesperson, ***, is a liar and will say whatever it takes to sell a vehicle. Don't buy a car or do business with this person 321 Drive, ***. We are now at a loss of $7000.00.
If it was posibl to leave a no star review I would
If it was posibl to leave a no star review I would. Me and my wife went to go look at a truck that was in "great condition". Went to the car lot the whole center dash was ripped apart, windows didn't all go up or down, dirty etc. I said lets just take it for a test drive, got out of the lot the check engine came on took it to advance down the street multiple codes for O2 censor not a big deal. Went back to the lot and the engine is smoking the radiator was leaking. Told them I would be a buyer at the price they were asking $5900 if they fixed the issues that we noted during the test drive. They say ok were going to take it to get it up to par this weekend. I come back on Monday to drive it again cause it was "fixed" check engine still on radiator was not replaced. Nothing was fixed but they put a new radio in and now wanted $7900. I said no I would do $5k AS IS we made a deal i would be back today...Tuesday with the check and I show up and they sold it out from under me. Horrible business do not use them.
Worst company ever to buy a car from
Worst company ever to buy a car from. Bought a 2006 Jeep. Next day it wouldn't start. Owner said he would help and come get the car from my wife's job where it was stuck at. He never came. They didn't answer the phone either. We also wrote the wife on Facebook no answer. But when we wrote her from another account trying to buy a car magically she's available and answers. Also had to contact them several times because they never put in for the title even though I paid everything in full on the day I purchased the car. We literally just got the title a week ago when I purchased the car almost 4 months ago. Vehicle is still not running by the way. Already had a mechanic replace the starter, spark plugs, and coils. We even had to replace the axle and the bearing arms on the front alignment because the hole thing was rusted and snapped when the wheel turned just to test the squeaking sound. Luckily this didn't happen on the road the mechanic said otherwise we would of died by losing control of the whole vehicle. He said they definitely knew what they were selling us and it should of not even passed inspection. Will also be writing the ComplaintsBoard.com now that I have received my title and license plates. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your hard earn money buying from these crooks!
Me and my hubby bought a used car for our boy on 12/30/22 from this place called 321 Drive!
Me and my hubby bought a used car for our boy on 12/30/22 from this place called 321 Drive!. On the day of the sale, I asked the owner if the car was a salvage or rebuilt. The owner said he don't sell no salvage cars. But there were problems with the car that needed fixing, and the owner said he would fix 'em as part of the deal. Our boy tried to take the car back for repairs a bunch of times, but the owner was never around or kept puttin' him off. When our boy picked up the registration and plates, we found out the car was actually a salvage/rebuilt 'cause it said so on the registration papers. On 01/04/2023, I went to talk to the owner 'bout not tellin' us 'bout the rebuilt salvage title. But he wasn't there, so I talked to his wife instead. She was takin' care of their little kids outside the office and she seemed kinda nervous 'bout the whole thing. And on top of that, our boy had been havin' other problems with the car since we got it, and it had only been a week. The owner showed up while I was there and all he said was he didn't know the car was rebuilt. We dropped off the car the next day, 01/05/2023, for him to fix. We picked it up on 01/06/2023. But on 01/09/2023, our boy was drivin' to school and the car just stopped on the highway. We had to get it towed back home. Now the car don't work no more and it's just sittin' in our driveway. All this happened within 10 days of buyin' the car. I texted the owner askin' him to take the car back, but he ain't respondin'. It's pretty clear we got scammed by these guys. So be careful, y'all! Watch out for ***!
I bought a car in April 2022, a 2012 *** Cruze
I bought a car in April 2022, a 2012 *** Cruze. It worked well for about three weeks, but then it started having issues. It would stumble a lot and wouldn't drive unless someone pushed me to get it going. The owner, ***, is very unprofessional. I contacted him about the situation, and at first, he was polite and said he would fix it. He told me to leave the car at the dealership, so I did. He said it would be ready in about two weeks, but when I went back, he said it would take another week. I went back again, and still nothing. He claimed it was fixed and just needed one more part, a fuse. However, the mechanic told me that he lied and hadn't even checked or removed the transmission. I confronted him about this, but he said it was too much work and too expensive to fix. He wasted my time and his own. After arguing with him, he finally let me borrow another car, which I've had for almost four months now. He promised me another car but never delivered. The paper plates and stickers on the car he lent me are expired, and I've informed him about it with messages and videos as proof. However, he ignores my messages and calls, sometimes even blocking them. This is not right. We spend a lot of money on vehicles, and he can't even keep his word. He keeps apologizing and promising to help, but he never follows through. I've already filed a complaint.

I got a $2000 **** red *** Altima on January 1st this year, but after I signed the contract, it wouldn't turn on!
I got a $2000 *** red *** Altima on January 1st this year, but after I signed the contract, it wouldn't turn on! They lent me a car, but it stopped working after 3 days! I returned their loan car and have been waiting for them to fix mine! I paid $2000 for a car that should be running, but I still haven't been able to drive it! It's been 2 weeks already! He keeps saying he'll come, but he never does. The car is garbage.
I bought a *** Civic Hybrid on May 28, 2022
I bought a *** Civic Hybrid on May 28, 2022. But now, on August 13, 2022, the car ain't working no more because of a messed up transmission and the battery that makes it go. They say it's gonna cost me over $4k to fix it. I called up *** and talked to *** and ***. They said they'd either give me my money back or give me the title to the car. The car was supposed to be $3k, but I only paid $2k. I've been calling the car lot a bunch of times and trying to go there in person, but no luck. Can someone please help me get my $2k back?
I went to a car lot and bought a vehicle for *** down
I went to a car lot and bought a vehicle for *** down. However, I only had it for 2 days because I started having problems with it. So, I asked the seller if he could give me my money back. He said no. This happened on June 15, 2022. Since then, he has been giving me the runaround. I suggested getting another vehicle, but he said he wanted more money down. Then he told me he doesn't accept payments at all. I then asked him to give me my money back, but he refused. His name is ***. He kept all the paperwork and didn't give me any copies.
I paid a few dollars shy of **** for a **** envoy from 321 Drive in ***
I paid a few dollars shy of *** for a *** envoy from 321 Drive in ***. Same day, rear end started making noise. Dealer was called and car was taken to another shop. They told me the rear end was bad and the dealer I purchased it from had packed it with extra heavy weight fluid to quiet the noise. After a couple hours of driving, it was so bad that the dealer took the car back, replaced fluids and gaskets, knowing the gears were bad in the rear end. I live on a disability check and that was part of my back pay, so now I have to pay an additional *** to get the rear end replaced. The dealer knew the car was bad and sold it anyway. I feel he needs to pay for the rear end to be replaced. After seeing his reviews, I'm not the only one he has screwed over. He still has a license to rip people off.
I bought a car from this dealer for $4000, in three days it died
I bought a car from this dealer for $4000, in three days it died. I returned it and they promised to fix it, but it sat in their parking lot for almost 4 weeks with no repairs. After 4 weeks, they offered another car instead. In two days, this car also failed. The radiator was leaking, the head gasket was blown, and the spark plugs were getting wet. The dealer only promised to fix the radiator. I took the car to an automechanic and they identified all the issues, with a bill of $5500. I made multiple phone calls and discussions, but the dealer only agreed to fix the radiator if we bring the car to the shop. After the first car sat for 4 weeks with no repairs, we don't expect this to be fixed. And there are more issues than just the radiator. The dealer claimed he didn't get cars from auctions, but twice when I spoke to him on the phone, he was at the auction. Additionally, the temporary tags are now expired and there has been no progress in getting the title, registration, or resolving this problem.
This biz is super unprofesh, they don't communicate well at all
This biz is super unprofesh, they don't communicate well at all. They only talk to you when they want money to sell cars. I bought a car on Feb 24, 2022, and I still have a temp plate that's about to expire. I've been calling *** and the 321 Drive place, but no one answers. *** reached out to me on March 20 to come get the permanent plate and inspection sticker, but every time I go to the shop or his office, he's never there or the employees have already left for the day. On their website, it says they're open from 10 to 8, but when I went on Monday and Tuesday this week, the lot and shop were closed by 6:45. I even have proof through text that I was supposed to pick up the permanent plate and sticker at 5 PM on March 28, 2022, but when I texted and called *** to say I was on my way, he said he had a flat tire. I waited and waited, but he never responded. I seriously think this company needs to get their act together. It's so unprofesh for them to tell you to come get something important for your car, but then not communicate at all. The only time they talk to you is when they want money. They don't care about your title or permanent plates or inspection sticker. Once they have your money, they don't wanna do any more biz with you. So not cool.
I bought a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta se from *** on 03/19 for $5,900.00 plus TT&L
I bought a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta se from *** on 03/19 for $5,900.00 plus TT&L. My fiancé and I only had $5,000.00, but the owner said he would help us by splitting the remaining balance of $1,460.00 over 4 months. We made payments of $2,000 through Zelle and $3,000 through cash app. The owner gave us a receipt stating that we paid in full so he could report it to the state. We didn't have a written contract, just a verbal agreement to make monthly payments. The test drive went fine, but on the same day, the check engine light, oil lamp light, traction light, and dash light came on. The vehicle stalled while driving and I had to start it multiple times before it would turn on. I took it to two mechanics who both said it was a problem with the timing chain, which is expensive to fix. They also mentioned that this issue shouldn't have occurred considering how much I paid and how quickly it happened. I tried calling the shop, but they were closed over the weekend. On Monday 03/22, I called at 9:30 am and finally got a response. The owner said he would meet me at the shop to give me a loaner car while he worked on the Jetta. I waited until 11:30 am and went to the shop, but no one was there. The mechanics next door said they would show up around lunchtime, but they didn't. I waited from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm, trying to contact the owner and his wife through calls, texts, and voicemails. At this point, the car still wouldn't start. Eventually, it started, but the battery light came on when I left and almost died. I parked it back at the shop and tried to contact the owner and his wife again, but received no response. My car is still at their shop because it won't start. I have videos showing the car not starting, the sounds it made when leaving the shop, and all the lights that came on. It's now 03/23 and I still haven't heard anything. I'm worried that the owner might do something worse to the car or to me.
