So, I've been waitin' for over 2 months for them to send me new workbooks 'cause the ones I got were messed up. They kept sayin' it would ship out the next week, but that never happened. And guess what? They just up and cancelled my order without givin' me a full refund. They're tryin' to keep my money! Now I gotta go and buy a whole new curriculum for my family. This company is a total mess. I'd stay far away if I were you.

I ordered from 4 Weeks To Read LLC on June 16. I sent an email the next week asking about my order 'cause it didn't ship yet. They replied sayin' that the workbooks were outta stock and they'd send 'em when they got 'em back in stock. A week later, I emailed again askin' if they had an estimated date for when it'd be back in stock. But now, the support email ain't workin' and I keep gettin' a delivery failure reply. The website just sends ya to Amazon now. I can't even cancel my order 'cause there's no way to reach customer service. It's really frustratin'.
I ordered their product like 2 months ago and it still ain't been sent out
I ordered their product like 2 months ago and it still ain't been sent out. I emailed 'em and they said they runnin' low on materials. They did give me back 10% of my order, but they never sent no email to explain the hold up. Waited another two weeks and still nothin'. Emailed 'em again and they said they should be able to ship it in a couple days. Well, a whole week passed and still no shipment. So I asked for a refund, and they did give it to me. Overall, I'm just real disappointed with how they don't communicate with their customers and don't warn 'em 'bout the lack of supply and long wait time.

Referral program
in august 2020 I started doing the referral program and by August 2021 I had 31 referrals with $25 Amazon gift cards promised with each referral. I sent emails that were replied with confirmation of the referrals and that they would be sent out soon. A couple months later their email stopped working. I have reached out to the local preschool they are affiliated with Learning Dynamics in Utah and was told someone would get back to me, they never did and my emails have gone ignored.
I was going to send my kids to this preschool but because of all this I decided against it. I want to get a new work book and flash cards for my 3 year old but can’t trust that I would receive them.
Claimed loss: $750
Desired outcome: I would like a response and the referrals to be honored.

I placed an order for their “4 weeks to read” program that is guaranteed or money back. I placed my order back on March 11,2021 in which it stated it would ship within 3-5 business days. It has been way longer than that indicated amount and I have not received the item or updates.

I placed an order on 4/25 for a reading set and extra workbook set
I placed an order on 4/25 for a reading set and extra workbook set. The delivery stated 7-10 business days. It is not 5/19 and my product has not arrived and it has been well beyond 7-10 business days. I have attempted to cancel the order with the company several times and have been told no. I have no money and no product.

I placed an order almost 1 month ago, and the item should have been i my hands 3 weeks ago. I got a few emails telling me all about delays (all while the item appears to be in stock on Amazon). And now all of my emails get bounced back. I want a full refund and an apology, and I would like to be able to buy the item off of Amazon for the same price as my original order.
I am a part of this companies referral reward system
I am a part of this companies referral reward system. They had been paying out referral rewards as promised up until July when they suddenly stopped claiming that they had an influx of fraudulent referrals. I have contacted them many times for updates on this but am getting the same response. I am now owed over $1000 and have been notified that my referrals have been validated, however they are refusing to pay out my rewards.

I ordered their 4 weeks to read program on 6/15 and was informed that it would be a 5-10 day period to ship. However, they don't have the product in stock and have gone silent. Their webpage no longer works and instead redirects you to Amazon. The 4 weeks to read program costs $99 and they also charge for shipping. While I know it is not an incredibly significant amount, they have advertised through social media and have influencers selling this program. So I am sure the numbers are adding up. There are NUMEROUS people who are upset and are having comments and reviews deleted. This business needs to give us buyers an answer.
On Saturday, June 12 I ordered my son the 4 weeks to read program
On Saturday, June 12 I ordered my son the 4 weeks to read program. I received a confirmation with my order number (ORDER #***). I spent $70.00 on the program because they had a deal going on. I never received a shipping confirmation or any other emails regarding the purchase. On July 2nd, I emailed the "support" email on the order confirmation and never heard back. Now when I try to go to the website, or find a contact number for the business, I am redirected to buy their program on Amazon. I already bought the program... I just want it so that I can work on reading this summer with my 4 year old. If I can't get the program within the next week, I would like a refund because I will be going back to work in August. Please help!
I bought the 4 weeks to read program in July
I bought the 4 weeks to read program in July . After receiving the program I got several emails about a referral program that I would receive $25 dollars for every referral. I decided to do this because I did like the program. After referring several friends I would get emails saying I had earned $25 dollars but I would never actually get the money/gift cards. I emailed the company several times and they said they couldn’t tell me a time frame for rewards. However, it’s been nearly a year and I still haven’t received any reward. I find this to be misleading and makes me question the efficacy of the program if they are willing to lie about referral compensation. I was so disgusted by their responses and lack of resolutions that I don’t even use the product; I don’t think it’s trust worthy any more.

4 Weeks to Read has a referral program promising that for every referral you make where someone purchases a curriculum and keeps it for a certain period of time, you will receive a $25 Amazon card for your referral. From October 31, until February 10, I have successfully made 46 referrals totaling $1150. Each time 4 Weeks to Read sends an email and update from their referral tracker, Referral Candy, that the reward is on its way. After multiple attempts communicating with 4 Weeks to Read's customer support and Referral Candy for nonpayment of referral gift cards, it is a scam that they are making false promises to their customers. They are lying and claiming that they offer rewards for referrals but do not follow through on their offers. Multiple attempts have been made with their customer support if they did not follow up paying out their rewards. In the last of several communications I informed them I would be filing with ComplaintsBoard.com. r From October

4 Weeks to Read promises a $25 Amazon gift card for referring a friend back in November . I contacted them on November 9 to see if she can get credited for the referral. 4 Weeks to Read responded back on November 13th and said yes to my friend getting the credit for referring me. I provided her name and email address and was told that my friend would get her referral reward 30-60 days after referral purchase. I sent a follow up email on February 8 regarding my friend’s $25 Amazon gift card referral bonus as well as my own referral bonus for referring a friend. I received a response on February 10 stating that “the review and payment of rewards have been delayed”. I responded back asking if I qualify for the referral was told I have a referral credit on file on March 10. I sent a follow up on June 2nd asking for a status and was told on June 8th that “ our reward program gift card payments were paused last year and have yet to resume.

I wanted the company to fix the issue but I guess now this is just to inform others. I placed an order on 5/20. The items were supposed to ship in 1-3 business days with shipping being 7-10 days. When I realized my items hadn’t shipped I contacted the company on 5/29 and was told it would ship the following week. There were some back and forth emails with some conflicting information. First the workbooks were out of stock, then everything. Ultimately they just refunded my order 6/14 without my permission and told me to order from Amazon. It’s more expensive on Amazon and I could have had it weeks ago if ordering from there. My last email was today and I asked if they sold it through Amazon and if they would honor the price and money back guarantee. Also, they only post positive reviews on their website. This is minor but they have not posted my negative review. When questioned, they claimed that they use a 3rd party and have no control over their website. Customer service is slow.

I received an email on 9/18 saying that if I referred a friend that I would receive a $25 Amazon giftcard. So I shared my experience & referral code, & on 9/21 received an email that said "Great News! You referred someone!" & said that I would get a follow up email about my reward. I reached out to Learning Dynamics on 10/1 & asked why I had not received my giftcard. I was told it would take 30 days to verify the purchase to make sure it wasn't canceled/returned & then I would received it via email after that. On 10/21 I got an email that said "You've won a reward! We'll reach out with more details about redeeming your reward soon." I still have not received my giftcard. I have reached out to the company numerous times over 8 months, being told there has been a delay in paying out referrals or that there has been an indefinite "pause" on the program,& at times totally ignored. I feel the company used me for advertising/sales and refuse to give me the promised compensation.

4 Weeks to Read promises a $25 Amazon gift card for referring a friend. They even confirmed that I have a reward coming and sent an email on August 29 stating, "here's your reward! ...Thanks for the referral! Awesome news. You've won a reward for referring friends! We'll reach out with more details about redeeming your reward (a $25 Amazon gift card) soon. Track your rewards Refer More Friends." I asked on September 20 where the gift card was, and they responded on September 21 with, "Thank you for reaching out. So sorry for the delay! Typically, the gift cards are typically sent out via email 30 days after the referral purchase is placed. However, due to the popularity and the high volume of fraud we have experienced with our referral program, it is taking longer than anticipated to send out referral rewards. We do guarantee that all rewards earned will be sent but we cannot guarantee a timeframe." I asked again for an update on November 29, and they did not respond. They still send me emails encouraging me to refer friends in exchange for a $25 Amazon gift card. I received one have received at least four since my November inquiry.
