Custom Ornament - Not as Advertised
Ordered a customized ornament as a holiday gift for a friend. It turned out well, but did not appear as it was supposed to. I had received an email from the company indicating the ornament is covered in a “protective film” that must be removed to see the full-quality ornament. I followed their video instructions, but found this film IMPOSSIBLE to remove. I was scraping away the picture itself, and could not find a “film” layer separate from it.
I tried seeking help by replying to the emails, but I got AI-generated auto-responses instead. Couldn’t get a single hint of actual customer service. I asked them to send me a new ornament without the film on it, since I was finding it impossible to remove myself and their instructions were useless, but the AI just told me “no refunds.”
Would have been absolutely perfect if they just sent the ornament as it was without this ridiculous “film” layer, but since they did, and they have no actual customer service, not much else I can say except it’s a 3-star experience.
Recommendation: Find a better vendor for this type of product or put in a special request before you order - make sure you talk to a real human being and not an AI.

Its a SCAM! I only chose 1 star because I had to in order to write the review. I ordered a father's day gift June 7 and as of today, July 19, it has yet to be received. When placing orders, shipping is said to be 3-6 days. I've called twice and nothing. I called after father's day and was told it'll be expedited in which they updated the fake tracking info to say "its in production". In production? It should've been delivered 2 weeks ago! Called again 1 week ago and was told "its in FL" yet the fake shipping info says its at the USPS facility in UT. My opinion, they're giving off answers as if they're working on your order to delay and prevent you from being able to dispute the charge on your debit/credit card. You only have 60 days to dispute. I wouldn't recommend this fraudulent company to anyone!

On 11/28 at 9:43 P.M. I ordered an engraved wooden spoon from this company. Their site said it would be shipped in 5-7 business days And they would notify when it's shipped. This company refuses to answer. I also found out that they made their name similar to another company a personalized gift. To me this is fraudulent. I have read other customers who said that they haven't gotten their orders and also that this company is not answering them. I know it's not much but I want my $12 back. This was supposed to be a gift for my brother and his wife.ORDER #***. For $12.39.
On 11/23 I ordered a personalized decanter from a gift personalized.com my order number was *** and I was charged for the purchase. The company said they would let me know when the product shipped. My product has never been shipped and they have failed to respond to any of my emails I have sent their business. They only have a returns phone number that does not connect to a legitimate company. Their number they provide is *** but when called it leads to a scam robocall that is trying to get me to sign up for some sort of medical product. Other reviews have stated the same issue with products never arriving and refunds not being given as the company refuses to make contact with customers. I would just like a refund of my money.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered as n item on 12/3. I was told the item would be delivered by 12/18 That was the last I heard from anyone. No correspondence of any kind was forthwith. I couldn't get in touch by phone or email. Finally after dozens of attempts I was told the items wasnt coming. I inquired about the refund and was given no timeframes of when money will be refunded. Horrible customer service.
8/11 I ordered a sign as a wedding gift. Website, order page and confirmation email all stated orders are " built, customized, and shipped within 5-7 business days. Shipping transit time for standard USPS shipping is an additional 2-8 business days depending on your location.". 9/2 I emailed inquiring about my product and was told what I ordered takes longer to make and that I'd get upgraded shipping for free due to inconvenience. 9/20 emailed asking about status and was told that they could no longer make my order and I would recieve a full refund in 3-5 days. 9/24 received an email stating that there was an error in thier system processing my refund and they asked me to pay to file a dispute with my bank... I don't have the money to pay/waste filing a dispute and I need the $100 I paid them to order a replacement gift for the wedding that took place on 9/17, where I had no gift to give.
