I highly recommend A Home Check, whom I hired before purchasing a new home. His inspection was very thorough and comprehensive, leaving no stone unturned. He provided a detailed report that highlighted both existing and potential issues I needed to be aware of in order to make an informed decision about whether or not to buy the home. Additionally, he was very friendly and personable, answering all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. Furthermore, he offered a sewer inspection at a reasonable rate, which I would definitely recommend having done, as you never know what may be lurking underground. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him to anyone in search of a qualified and knowledgeable home inspector.

I followed him throughout the inspection and he pointed all areas that I need to look into, while explaining how severe the issues are. The infrared imaging is definitely an added bonus as I was able to see a room that has insulation issues. A Home Check was very thorough during his inspection and took his time answering all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable and found many little issues with the home that will need fixing or adjustments. His report was very detailed and he had sent it the same day! Stephen had offered me the option of doing a sewage scan of the main drain line at 50% off since I was getting an inspection. At first i hummed and hawed about it since it's a relatively new house and it was an extra ~200$ on top of the ~500$ inspection, but decided to go with it since I figured I might as well have all my bases covered. Turns out there was a 90% blockage! It was a great call and I am very happy to have had it done. Thanks A Home Check!
