Mike F inspected my home. He was polite, professional and wore appropriate personal protective equipment for the coronavirus. Mike explained what he would inspect first, second and last. He was knowledgeable and was happy to answer my questions. He completed the inspection in less time than was quoted. I highly recommend Mike to everyone. We recently purchased a home in Idaho and AAD Inspection Corp did our home inspection. I am a preconstruction manager for a commercial construction company and on occasion do a similar type of service for our clients so when I read through the report I was very impressed. I don't think I have ever seen such a detailed and thorough inspection report. They even listed the model and serial numbers on the appliances. If I ever purchase another house they will be the inspection company that I use.

AAD is an absolutely fabulous home inspection company. Exceptionally thorough and well documented inspections presented in very clear, well-organized reports. AAD provides very useful professional, building industry and real estate context for the items noted during their inspections. Providing both a lengthy full report and a condensed edition was not expected and greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend AAD whether buying new construction or an existing home. Very prompt an clear email communication with customers.

These guys are great! The communication was superior. We were able to get the inspection the next day and have the written report within 12 hours. Even with that speed the report was accurate and thorough. It was not boiler plate, it was specific to our home. Because I was unable to be there they did a FaceTime call at the end of their inspection while still onsite to give me their conclusion and a chance to ask any questions. Now that is customer service you dont see much anymore. I would have no problem recommending them.

We worked with AAD Inspection to have our new home inspected. AAD Inspection was wonderful to work with, very informational and kind. His report was very thorough and He made us feel very comfortable with our soon to be new home. He was very thorough. I met him toward the end of his inspection and he took the time to give me a verbal summary of the things he had found so far. He explained everything so well and definitely demonstrated his experience and knowledge on a variety of things. The inspection report came in the next day and was broken down with great pictures and explanations as to what was found, I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks AAD Inspection!

HUGE thank you to AAD Inspection! He completed the inspection on me and my husband's first home purchase and I am so grateful. AAD Inspection took the time to make sure that nothing was missed and went SO far above and beyond what we could have ever asked for! In addition to being incredibly thorough, he took the time to review everything with us in person and explained things in a way that I could actually understand. Thankfully my husband is very familiar with most of these things but I am definitely not. LOL! So grateful to AAD Inspection for taking the time and care that we hoped for. Will absolutely look forward to working with AAD (and hopefully AAD Inspection!) again in the future.

I will gladly recommend AAD Inspection Corp. The company did a home inspection for me on a property that closed in mid-January . In late March , I discovered a latent condition in the home that could have been dangerous. Stan, the owner of AAD, took time out of his busy schedule to come to my home and remedy the problem that week, applying his professional skills. He not only took ownership of the issue, but went beyond merely diagnosing the problem; he fixed it and saved me the cost of paying someone else to fix it. I think AAD is superior because that level of service seems to be part of the company's culture, to promote safety and professionalism, whenever, even well beyond the date of their inspection.

Byron and Stan were absolutely exceptional. Their dedication to their businesses success was undeniable. Incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable, definitely thorough. These two gentlemen made it clear your best interests were at their foremost attention. I have found the first-time home purchasing process tedious and tiresome. However, after spending time with Byron and Stan: feeling their presence, watching their work, understanding their role and complete explanations; I was amazed. I feel extremely confident with moving forward on securing this home for my family; I am WELL aware of the homes integrity, strengths, and weaknesses. My greatest appreciations for a job very well done, and a follow-through, perhaps unmatchable.

One year ago, I took occupancy of a new home. It was time for a 1-year builder warranty home walk and I was not sure of all the building issues, so I decided to hire a professional inspector, to help out. I found AAD Inspection Corp via Google search. Based on some reviews I saw, they seemed to have good feedback, so I thought I would take a chance. I made the appointment and was able to get the inspector to contact me, prior to the inspection, for some special instruction and information. Justin got in touch with me and performed the inspection as discussed. The inspection and report was very detailed and provided excellent information for me to submit to the builder for repairs. I would recommend AAD for any future inspection needs.

We can't say enough, how wonderful it was to work with AAD Inspection Corp., and our inspector. After having our house and HVAC system contaminated with fiberglass as a result of sheer negligence by a local plumbing/HVAC company, it was SO refreshing to do business with an business that actually did what they promised in a very clean, professional and timely manner. After several months of cleaning with disaster cleanup, duct cleaning, furniture and carpet cleaning services, and insurance company issues, we had AAD Inspection Corp. come in to inspect the duct work to determine if the original duct work job had been properly completed. The inspector found the plumbing/HVAC company had left portions of the job unfinished, both in the attic and the crawl space, in addition to leaving boxes of remnant work materials in our crawl space. He thoroughly documented his finds and provided us with a timely written report and photos, all while being courteous, professional, and immaculate, leaving the house as he found it. We would highly recommend AAD Inspection Corp. to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and customer-oriented company, from everyone in the office to the inspectors. 100%+ satisfied!
