I previously contacted you regarding my refund
I previously contacted you regarding my refund. The business replied to you guys and me saying they would provide a full refund and didn't! I previously filed a complaint and was contacted by you and the business with an agreement from the business they would fully refund my money and I still have not received my refund. I was told by *** it would go out two weeks ago and I've been told a refund hasn't been approved or processed! This is ridiculous! So they just responded to you guys to close the complaint but didn't really issue a refund as promised in a written statement of my initial complaint. I just want my money back as promised.

Was promised a refund of $350 within 2 weeks its been about 4 weeks now. No one has answers for me when I call. Came in late May to order a bedroom set items were suppose to come in with in 3 weeks of my order date, months went by and they would always change the eta on the items. Talked to the customer service rep that helped me out and he was willing to help me get my order exchanged. Ordered a new set that came in sooner but the amount I paid at the beginning was way more than what my new items cost. Manny promised me a refund of $350 within 2 weeks from 8/12. I still have not received anything when i contact him he never replies to my messages and I could never get a hold of the manager.

No delivery of ottoman after 3 promised schedule dates. Ordered May 8th On May 8th, I ordered a custom couch and ottoman along with a side table, coffee table, and dining room set. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks to receive these items due to COVID-19. On June 17th, all were delivered except the ottoman. The ottoman was supposedly back ordered and I was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks from that date. After hearing nothing, I called and was told July 15th. After that date passed, I called and was told August 1st. It is now August 15th and the company has not contacted me about the 300$ custom ottoman that I have been waiting for since May. After reading reviews online, I discovered that many other people are having similar delivery issues after they already paid for their furniture pieces. I have attached my receipt below-my order was

I was told it was there, went to pick up ,it was not there want refund On May 25th I purchased a sofa and loveseat for the amount of 1200.00 I was told it would be there on June 15th . June 15 came and went, no furniture, no contact from them. I waited another 2 weeks called about furniture and no one returned my calls . Finally I got a hold of *** and she would give *** my messages. After another two weeks of calling multiple times I was told it would be in on 10th of July. On the 10th I was told it would be there tomorrow (11th of July). I called again on July 11, was told it was there. My mother-in-law also called on the 11th and was told it was there. We wanted to be sure because it takes about an hour and a half to get there. When we arrived we were told it did not come in. Needless to say my husband was livid, and not so nicely told them we wanted our money back. Needless to say it has now been another week and we have not received our money back. I had really been looking to new furniture, this has been a horrible experience. I can't believe they are still in business . I have my receipt and my invoice

A Royal Suite Home Furnishings company Opened an Unauthorized Credit Card with the company *** I went into A Royal Suite Home Furnishings Palmdale,*** store on 5/31. I was informed they could run my information against multiple companies and provide me with the various interest rates offered by the several financing companies. However, after being provided the option for interest rates, I declined credit financing, and instead paid in full for my transaction using my*** Debit Bank Card (Receipt provided as attachment). On 6/30 I found out a credit card was open under my name by A Royal Suite Home Furnishings even though I immediately declined credit financing during my store visit on 5/31. The only reason I found out was because I checked my credit score the morning of 6/30. There has been no communication from A Royal Suite Home Furnishings as to having an open line of credit; no emails, no mailings. After declining the line of credit that day the only communication I received was a carbon copy receipt with product details on the item I ordered and a thermal receipt after paying the balance in full with my debit card. NO paperwork was given with financing information what so ever; whether accepting or declining the credit offer.

Store manager promised refund and now refuses to provide refund When my husband and I initially went sofa shopping, we weren't going to purchase from this store because we were afraid it wouldn't be here in time for my surgery when they said they had to "order it" so as we were leaving the *** said "how can I earn your business" we specifically told him our concerns and he said "to be honest I've seen these come back in 2 weeks at the most 6 weeks" we checked the calendar together and even with 6 weeks the sofa would be back in time for my surgery. We explained due to the kind of surgery I would have to sleep on the sofa because I couldn't go up the stairs to my room. He literally promised it would be back at the latest 6weeks. My daughter even has it recorded on her vlog. My surgery date came and we were forced to just purchase another sofa because their customer service rep *** had no clue when we would receive our order because they hadn't even started it. We came in spoke to the store manager (recorded that due to the lies previously told as well) and he also promised a full refund and said it would be 1-3 business days to receive. I get a call from *** saying he's no longer honoring it and was told to call and let me know. I just want my money back. This is the worse experience ever! I've seen so many reviews of other people being done the exact same way and I refuse to allow them to keep doing this just to earn business. This is poor business and customer Service.
