This umrella from Abba Patio is the bomb! It's so darn swell, you won't even believe it. The thing really covers a lot of space and provides more shade than a big ol' tree. And talk about tilting - you can adjust it to your heart's content with just a single button. It's so easy, a monkey could do it (okay, maybe not a monkey, but you get the idea).
Putting the umbrella together was a cinch - I don't think it took me more than a minute or two. And lemme tell you, it looks real sharp once it's up. However, I gotta tell ya, it's important to get yourself a base for this puppy. We didn't, and we definitely regretted it. Sure, our tables are supposed to hold umbrellas in them, but I wanted this bad boy to stand on its own two feet.

Bought a Abba Patio's 12 X 20 portable garage a while ago and let me tell you, what a experience! I set it up just fine, but in no time at all, those attachments on the end walls tore off! Hoo boy, that was something. Then just the other day, I saw the entire structure just go whizzing past my window! Can you believe it? And wouldn't you know it, four of the eight side legs just snapped in half like toothpicks! I sure picked a winner with this one. So I called up Abba's customer service and told them to refund me for this inferior product, but you know what they said? They said they didn't even have replacement parts! What kind of company doesn't have any replacement parts, I ask you? They said I should talk to Amazon since I bought it through them. Last year, we bought an outdoor chaise lounge with a canopy from Abba Patio. Unfortunately, a strong wind storm broke the canopy, and we had to contact their customer service. We offered to purchase a new canopy, but we were told that we were already out of warranty for 24 hours! We were disappointed, but we knew that we could still buy a new one with a partial discount. However, the more we looked at the damaged chaise lounge, the more frustrated we became.
We tried calling their customer service several times, but we were always put on hold for at least 40 minutes, and then we would get disconnected. After days of failed attempts, we finally reached their customer service, but we were told that we needed to speak to their service department. We were asked to send in multiple documents, such as invoices, photos, and parts numbers, that we had already sent in the previous conversations. We were getting tired of the runaround.
Their service department couldn't send us a new canopy, nor could they send a complete lounge with a canopy. We were left with an unusable chaise lounge. We haven't heard from Abba Patio since then.
If you're thinking about buying from Abba Patio, be very careful. Once you make a purchase, there will be no support or help after. We learned this lesson the hard way.

I ordered a 9ft Patio Umbrella with push button tilt and crank- Beige on June 12th, after receiving an email on June 16th indicating my order was on its way along with a FedEx tracking number. However, it's been nearly a month and my order is still missing in action, with the FedEx tracking website indicating "Estimated Delivery Date Pending."
I reached out to Abba Patio on July 6th via email, only to receive a response from "Angie" on July 7th stating that my issue would be reported to a supervisor for a solution – and that I would receive an update soon. But, as of today, I haven’t received any sort of update regarding my order.
Trying to get in touch with customer support proved to be difficult as well; on two separate occasions, I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes waiting for a representative to answer, only to then be disconnected. After a third attempt, I was finally able to speak to someone; however, she did not provide her name. After explaining my issue to her, she placed me on hold to review my order, then claimed that they had already responded through email and that she would mark the email as "urgent." She then attempted to connect me to a supervisor and put me on hold for the second time. Here, I took matters into my own hands and contacted Abba Patio through Facebook and Instagram, alongside posting directly on their platforms.
After waiting on hold, the call dropped before I could even speak to a supervisor, leaving me to waste over an hour without any resolution. At this point, I have no confidence that Abba Patio will be able to resolve my issue, so I will be seeking a refund through my bank instead.
I was truly looking forward to an Abba Patio umbrella due to everyone raving about their quality, but my experience with their customer service thus far has completely soured me, and I highly doubt that I will ever give this company a second chance.
