Wired content in coke bottle
I buy about 6 cokes a day
And have never had any problems
Today I open a bottle and it has weird stuff floating on the top
At first thought it was bubbles but it's still there an hour later
I have taken pictures of the content and the bottle and attached
I am very unhappy about this and am not able to drink this as I have no idea what could be in the bottle
We are a charity and live very far from the shops and would like to know what can be done about this please
Stock shortages devland depot

My name is Thabang Mkhethoni from Chicken Licken Vick`s Vikings (account number 759570). I am experiencing problems with the devland depot, they never have enough stock to supply us with. Just this week my order (ref#68148303) was not delivered, my delivery day is a tuesday, when I called to find out what was the reason the rep told me it was because they dont have 300ml coke cans, they finaly delivered the following day which is a wednesday (invoice#N83181102552) but the was incomplete, it was short coke 300ml cans.

I am the owner of the school tuck shop in Richards bay, I took over the tuck shop on the 17 July 2018. Since then no rep has come to visit me. In September I obtained the contact details of the rep named Pieter from one of the local shops, I messaged him to please come and visit us so that I can order cooldrinks, and obviously to tell us a bit of how the rules of the fridges etc go, as we are fairly new. His response is that he is very busy and that he will visit us when he is again in my area, which bare in mind is only 5km from the main ABI office in rbay. Which he never did, I have the messages from him regarding this conversation saved. Today being the 12 November he has showed up un announced for the first time ever since I opened that tuckshop. I was unfortunately not available, and I had one very elderly staff in there. He was extremely arrogant and vulgar to her because he saw that I had other products and food stuff in the fridges instead of cooldrinks,
1)I did have other stuff in the fridge because I did not know that we were not suppose to use it for anything else even if it was empty, because had Pieter visited then we would have known.
2) Pieter blatantly lies that he has been there once a month from the time I opened, it is a lie as I was there daily for the past 5 months and he never visited. I would like to see proof of his visit monthly.
3)Pieter should be given some sort of people skills training by ABI, because its an embarrassment to represent a huge company like ABI yet have such arrogance and bad attitude,
4) Because of Pieters vulgarity I am contemplating opening Defamation charges against him, and unfortunalty because he is a staff of ABI, ABI might suffer publicity.

changing of delivery date for orders without notification.
Good day;
We are a regular customer that buys from ABI on a weekly basis. This week we placed an order and the person that assisted us told us our delivery will be made today ( Monday, 08/10/2018 ). When we called them to find out whether the delivery will still be done today, the operator told us that our delivery date has been moved to Wednesday.
All of this was done without prior notification. This is unacceptable as we run a business and we rely on ABI to deliver in a timely manner.

HI my name is Ayanda from AYA'S Bakery in katlehong in the east rand i called one of your reps Amos who was working the area at the time requesting to be registered as a vender and requesting a cooler so the beverages can be cold, visible & our customers can see, but months went by of me calling without any one coming to my establishment, he told me he doesn't work the are & i should call sphamandla and the same happened, until he told me he doesn't work the area anymore and i should call Andre who did send a a rep and then months went on without feed back, i called to find out i have never been registered as a vender & he told me he doesn't work the area anymore & referred me to Reuben, whom after a month found out that my paper work was never filed and Gugu the rep was walking around with it still, two months later they eventually registered me as a vender only to tell me i wont be getting a cooler but i must buy stock anyway, i have no place to put the stock and im unhappy about the service i have received over the past year it has affected my business alot.
i would like ABI to provide a cooler for my shop immediately.

Also has an attitude towards me and sent me a sarcastic sms.
Also requested some shelves for the fridge to accommodate the new shaped bottles, no feedback on that either.
440 ml buddy
Hi. I purchased a buddy of coke from a restaurant outlet. After opening and drinking a few sips, I noticed a foreign object stuck on the inside of the bottle. I have no clue what it is but it looks disgusting. I have kept the bottle and taken pics of it. Kindly let me know how we can ascertain what is inside the bottle, or if I should conduct my own personal investigation.
Since we started we experienced problems with deliveries
We have 12 outlets who sell ABI products. Since we started years ago we experienced problems with deliveries. But the past year everything is just worse than ever before. We get calls to say we must not phone, the call centre will phone us - which they never do. When we get an order to them, they just don't deliver. Sometimes we have to wait three weeks for an order! You can phone the call centre, cell numbers or sent e-mails. You just get no response - I wonder if they still exist. I am sure the award for NO SERVICE at all must go to ABI. We will have to let our customers know that it is purely because of poor service that the fridges are empty.
Every Week we place order with Rep on he's visit

Please consider this complain seriously due that we are a large enterprise. After 30 of years dealing with ABI / Coca-Cola this must be the worse Service We have received.
Bought a 2ltr Coke at an Engen in Pretoria today 13th May 2018. On pouring a glass, I noticed it looks watered down. This is not the product I wished to spend so much money on. Please could I get my money back and reassurance that if I buy a coca cola product again, the quality will be as it as always been? It Good?
Call from Rate Reduction center, telling me they can reduce debt on all cards. Cost of $895. for lifetime. Do not think this is legitimate company.
The name of the company that I am complaining about is NOT ABI the name of the company committing fraud is THE RATE REDUCTION CENTER> AND PRIORITY DIRECT MARKETING.
