JCapPoc.com adidas trainers

I ordered a pair of adidas gazelle trainers through a web site http://www.adoriginalstrainerssale.co.uk/. I paid via my debit card on 24th September 2018. And was advised the charge would be £47.99. The company name on the email I then received to confirm the order was GZ UHUANG TRADE.
The email advised that if there were any disputes or problems I should contact this company http://xingbill.com/. But when I clicked on the link the site can not be found.
The following day I received another email from the following address; [protected]@jcappoc.com saying my order had been processed and the charge may be a little higher due to exchange fluctuations.
This email address is also false.
My card was charged 26th September for £53.48.

Yesterday I received my order and was dismayed to find a cheap pair of Ray ban fake sunglasses.

Not sure what you are able to do. But please shut these criminals down as soon as possible.

JCapPoc.com ordered nike trainers in august 2018 and item not arrived

Placed an order for Nike trainers in August 2018, order number 208532P100001616. Received an email on the 8th September 2018 stating that the package had been sent with a tracking number UG937196027CN. I have been waiting for further tracking updates but there hasn't been any and it is now 3rd October 2018. I have just received a parcel which contained a cheap pair of sunglasses with the tracking number that should have been for the Nike trainers. I would like a full refund of £60 in GBP. I have attached images of the trainers that i should have received, an image of the order confirmation and tracking info and a photo of what i actually received with the box showing the tracking number that was provided for the trainers

JCapPoc.com I did not get the shoes I ordered

My name is Ventsislav Nenov - dj.venci.[protected]@gmail.com.
On 01.05.2018 I have ordered from website www.adidastrainersale.uk.com a shoes -order #[protected]. I made the payment of 55.94 pounds with debit mastercard **** 6068. After a month of delay I contacted the seller at e-mail [protected]@jcappocs.com and explain that I did not received anything yet. They said that the order is sent and I have to wait. After sending an e-mail again I received on 15.06.2018:

Me: Please help me to receive the shoes that i have ordered or i will request for refund?"
15.06.2018 - they - "Sorry for such delay, I will ask the shipping company to speed up for you."

After that the seller start to barging with me.
On 29.06.2018 he wrote: Sorry for such delay, I will refund you 80% as compensation, ok?

Of course I was not agree and I want to receive a full 100% refund, because I did not received anything. On 07.07.2018 he made me another offer:
"Sorry for such delay, I will refund you 90% as compensation, ok? As you know, our products need cost and postage."

That got me very angry. So I wrote back on the same date : "I do not understand why I have to pay even 10% of the price for something that I order 2 months ago and never received. All other sellers refund 100% of the sum in such cases, so I do not understand why now it has to be different. As you can check the order is not received by me so in that case we are not talking about delay, we are talking for not fulfilled job of your side. If you have problems with your delivery company is not my problem, you can tax them not me. I am not gonna barging for my money. I expect finally to receive my money in full 100% of the amount in my account!"

The answer that I received on 08.07.2018 was that I will received refund after he receives the shoes back. I can not belive what I read. They want to refund them something that I did not receive at first place.
How to turn back something that i did not receive in order to be refunded!

I ordered a pair of Adidas from what I thought was Schuh Sneakers UK. Payment was processed on my credit card and I was told order had shipped on 7/23/2018 but they are unable to give me any information like the shipping method or tracking #. I feel like this is a scam.

JCapPoc.com trainers reebok instapump

We have ordered and paid a pair of trainers, size 44 and according to the web site it was leaving the parcel center on January 27th with this tracking number UG128866685CN, but we have not received them yet, nearly one a half month after we bought.
I know there has been the Chinese New Year, but there is no additional information in China post web site:

Ordered Converse trainers and received Raybans instead. Initially the payment did not go through and I received an email from the seller asking me to process the payment again. The email was poorly worded and looked very suspicious. Because of this I didn't go back to the website, however, days later I received an email from the seller claiming the payment has now been processed and that my order is being prepared. I ordered the trainers in January 2018 and the package arrived about 3 weeks later.
I emailed the seller to say that I have been sent the wrong item but I've had no reply.
I have contacted my card provider and they are investigating the matter for me. Hopefully I will get my money back. Beware of this seller, it's a scam!

I ordered a pair of UK10 US11 Salomon Speedcross 3 Camo shoes from you on the 25/11/17 and paid $442.49YD.
An order arrived from you for a pair of $1 sunglasses which is extremely disappointing.
The order number is 208883U100002073 I expect you to forfil this order and have the shoes shipped out to me with urgency. If you do not I will have no option but to get government assistance to undergo a non to locate this scam business and sbut you down and find those responsible for taking on a underworld bad business decision.
You have two options 1. Confirm my order send the shoes out I ordered no mkre wuestions asked or refund the full amount I paid of $442.49YD. Don't make me give you an option 3 where I need go make you do both as that is what I do best.
Confirm my instructions immediately.

JCapPoc.com tennis shoez

This place is definitely a ripoff. I received the wrong shoes as well as the wrong size. My attempts at several emails have not gotten any response. I wish I would have seen this website to complain before I ordered it or never would have ordered from this fake company. It's a scam they use a different name as your ordering your item and then their name which is apparently a fake website does not respond to anything. It's very unfortunate there are dishonest people. I don't even know if the shoes they sent me are even from the brand that I purchase them from. The total order cost me $65 and I guess I'm out that amount of money now because I highly doubt I will hear back from them. Very unfortunate

At 22nd February 2017 I ordered a pair of adidas shoes and I did not get them, instead I got a different shoes and the seller did not respond to my email.

JCapPoc.com i'm complaining about the product and the service.

[protected]@jcappoc.com is a con! DO NOT order from this website as they are money grabbers!...

I ordered from my credit card 1 pair of Nike air max 90 trainers in white and black. Just opened the dirty plastic bag they came in to find my Nike trainers to be fake! As soon as I saw what they came in, I knew that they weren't real Nike shoes. They look nothing like the picture and they are almost plastic...
I tried to e-mail them back but the e-mail is also fake as it wouldn't send to the 'e-mail address' :( I am very disappointed and angry as I waited an extra 20 days for the order to turn up but am now a bit happier as I have contacted my credit card company to investigate into this website and with in 2-3 days they will give me the money back and hopefully they will return the shoes :)

p.S make sure to check the website is genuine before ordering your item.

JCapPoc.com pandora-style charm

I live in the u. s. on 6 december 2015, I ordered a particular charm (a pandora style baby bootie with a pink stone embedded). several emails were sent by the vendor indicating progress, the first received within hours on 6 december. the assigned order number was 18255h100001379. a charm was delivered in early january, but it bore no resemblance to the ordered charm. I attempted to contact the vendor by email ([protected]@jcappoc.com) on 16 january, including the attached photograph. the message was not delivered, presumably because the vendor shut down his web site.

JCapPoc.com charm bracelet of "pandora"

On dec 2nd I order what I thought was through Pandora, a beautiful purple bracelet with a few charms, I finally received it in the mail, and its brown and cheap metal charms not even close to what I ordered and I'm out money now, I can't even find the site now. I've attempted to email them wanting a refund, but they hardly reply, and now I've looked up that its a big scam and not sure what to do of whom to contact, clearly in the pictures you can tell what I was expecting vs what I received

The same has happened to me, I've spent nearly £140 for a load of old tat. I ordered 2nd December 5-14 working days delivery it arrived 5th Ianuary. I'm too worried to send it back in case I end up with no refund either.

I purchase Pandora items and did not received what I purchase I cancel the order before being charge and they still charge it. I have been trying to contact them and I have not received no answer. JCapPoc.com no delivery but my money taken.

I tried to cancel my order with this company after reading negative feedback. unfortunately the money had already been taken from my credit card account. So I wrote on about 6 emails to either deliver the rubbish they called Pandora or credit my account. I have not received any answer to any emails or a delivery of any kind. Not happy, I have just lost nearly $100 order was made 8/12/2015 Pandora jewellery no order number given at all

Any question, please feel free to email us. Best Regards i since found out that this company is fraudelently selling items that are not what they state . I have emailed telling them i know that they are fraudulent but cannot get any answers back from them. I am so angry with myself for not checking them out, THEY NEED STOPPING. Thank you Anita Taylor

I have also ordered of this site from a advert on facebook. My order was placed on 19/11/2015, I emailed them on the 17/12/2015 and got no reply. On 13/1/2016, I got an email from them, Saying Dear customer, please tell me what woud you want us to do now. I have tried 3 times to reply to this message but it has failed each time. I will never use an advert off facebook again

ordered over 300 pounds of pandora bracelets on 8th of dec 2015 as christmas and rings and what i got was fake crap in bags i was expecting pandora in boxes got crap have emailed them twice the replied not the emailes are returned cannot be found

I can't believe I have been so stupid ! I should have known better but I ordered a 'Pandora' bracelet & charms on this site to the value of nearly £100. The order has actually arrived but is complete rubbish. Have emailed trying go find out how I can return the order but am getting no response. This was ordered via an advert on facebook so I am getting in touch with them

I also ordered items and received email. No goods. Have messaged them and emailed. Am really annoyed and upset. There Christmas presents. Am home contact police of that don't arrive by Monday. It's been 2 weeks.
