Wrong size was sent
The ad sold me to buy this bed for my aging German Shorthair Pointer. When the bed arrived, from China, the packaging was damaged and like the other posts, it was difficult to open the gray shrink wrapped garbage bag from the bed. Once I was able to open the package, and not damage the bed, it was clearly the wrong size. I paid and ordered the XXL and the one that came is Medium. I immediately contacted the company. The company has an Oregon address AND no phone number. You can only communicate with them through email BECAUSE they are in CHINA. I have sent pictures and they keep coming back to me “unable to view because the pictures are not clearâ€. I just sent another batch of pictures to them this morning, August 12, 2022, and asked for a partial refund. I am asking for a partial because I will donate this bed to my sister who has a “small†dog. As of this morning, crickets.
NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER and I will tell everyone who will listen to me and reads this post. SAVE YOUR MONEY. HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
Desired outcome: Asking for a partial refund.

I ordered super important Senilife for my aging dog who has dementia. The product was supposed to arrive within a few days. After two plus weeks and discussing with Amazon, they finally reached out to the company. Apparently, Absolutely Pets took my money and never shipped the item. After Amazon officially took next steps and reached out over email to the company, a week later the company finally responded with emails going back and forth when the issue was pretty simple; however, it was not to them. They again asked for my address to ship the product and it took another week for it to arrive.
Just abhorrent and disgusting behavior from the company; especially, when dealing with such a critical issue of preserving my dog's life. The company does not care at all. I will be filing further complaints after the ones already done.
I DON'T WANT TO SEE THIS HAPPEN TO ANOTHER PET OWNER. IT BREAKS MY HEART! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY.

STAY AWAY from buying from this company! First of all, the product took forever to arrive, because it shipped from CHINA! No wonder! I believe this company is an absolute scam. They do not have an address or a phone number on their website, that should've been my first red flag. But seeing that there were so many great reviews on Instagram & their website, I took a chance & ordered the soothing bed for my dog. Boy, was I wrong! The material is cheap & flimsy, it looks nothing like what was shown on their website.
The only way you can contact customer service for a refund is via email/online. They tried to offer me a replacement or a discount on future purchase, even though I specifically asked for return of the product for a full refund. I had to submit request for a return again, which wasted another day of waiting for the customer service to respond. when they finally did, I was told in order to get a refund I must return the product to the shipped from address (in CHINA) & pay for the return shipping on my own. This company is absolutely ridiculous! I truly believe they're banking on majority of the people not wanting to go through the trouble & cost to ship returns back to China, therefore they don't ever have to deal with refunds. The shipping cost to return the product to China is more than what the cost of the product. Again, I warn anyone who's considering buying from Absolute Pet to STAY AWAY!

Do not buy from these people. The beds are way over priced and you pretty much just get a furry piece of cloth, there is really no filler in them. I bought the XXL and am so disappointed. I asked for a refund and got back a reply that I have to pay for the shipping, even though the product is not what they describe, and that is has to be in the same packaging it came in, that is impossible! They ship the product in a way that you have to totally demolish the package just to get the bed out.
I had the same experience as the poster above. I paid $80 for a bed that doesn't have padding on the bottom, just stuffing that moves around leaving spots with just a layer of fabric against the floor. And if you want to return it, you have to pay 100% return shipping to China. Avoid this company!

This is the worse company I have ever ordered from. I put in an order on internet on Dec. 3rd, 2010. They hit my bank and received my money. It was stated 2-3 day delivery. I have yet to receive my product. Dec.9th. I have spoken to Ashley, John, and Tyler numerous times. They have yet to get back to me. They stated they send me emails, which I have never received, even after verifing my address numerous times. I did receive a tracking number and after calling USPS I was told this package was sent to an APO address. Absolutely Pets through John told me this is not their problem it is my problem. I asked to speak to a manager and John told me hi WAS the manager. I asked to speak to owner of Company or higher up and was told by all three that they do not know who owned the Company! I asked for a refund $104.00 and was refused. My next step is Attorney Generals office.
Worst company do not buy from them. Product is not what they say it is then, they hide behind a vale to make it impossible to either return item for another or a credit. They honestly should be shut down as the worst. If you want yo throw your money away then go for it otherwise absolut let’s is basically absolut scam artists!
Ordered from Absolutely Pets in August through Amazon, received the products and noticed that the expiration date was for the next month. I opened one of the canisters noticing a fowl odor and the product did not look good. I have previously purchased this from my vet so I know what it should look like. I opened the second one and it was like the first. I contacted them to return and was told there was a restocking fee and I replied I was not going to pay a restocking fee on items no one could use. I sent them the products when they promised there would be no restocking fee. After they received them, they said it voided their return policy to have the product opened. I replied how was I to know it was defective if I didn't open it. They accused me of using the product so I replied I was very insulted and they could count the tabs and know I didn't use any nor would I use them on any dog. I threatened them with contacting Amazon (which I did anyways) and the BBB. It took them over 2 weeks to receive my refund with me emailing them every other business day. I ended up sending a message to Amazon and their A to Z Guarantee group granted my return within 5 minutes. I tried to give Absolutely Pets a chance and they blew it. We as consumers cannot let companies like this stay in business! I will, from now on, check the ratings on 3rd party sellers from Amazon and report any business that does not deal with me fairly.
Do not from this company. No guarantees if item did work and you had 6 unopened packages, then you are stuck with them. Will not let you return.

Ordered over $200 worth of pet food on March 20th. Amazon claims order is lost during shipping and Absolutely Pets insists that it was received and refuses to resolve the matter. They offer no confirmation of delivery other than the Amazon order number and allegedly filed a claim with Fed Ex to which they have no documentation of. I have paid them over $200 and received Absolutely NO pet food. Do not purchase from them!
Agree with other reviews- it forever to get the $80 bed...there is no padding on the bottom, very cheap construction. Neither of my dogs will use it, nor will my daughters dogs. To even try to return it requires me paying shipping to China - plus they say they won’t accept a return if it’s ‘been used’ - yet how do I know that my dogs don’t like it without trying it out? It shipped in a cheap sheet of plastic, I knew it would be a scam as soon as I saw it. Please do NOT order from these crooks- you will end up with a piece of garbage and be out $80!

SCAMMERS! I ordered the XL dog bed in Taupe. Arrived in poorly packaged from CHINA. I contacted the company to return it and they told me I had to return it to CHINA! And they are supposedly located in California. I will write letters to Amazon, Chewy.com and continue to campaign against this company! They are a joke! It is painfully obvious they will refund my $64.99 If this post helps one person not place an order, it's worth it.
I ordered the zymotic for dogs ears! The 4oz for $54. When I recieved the product it was tampered with and seal was broken. I happened to have a smaller bottle that was sealed and sealed in a box. I checked the 2 side by side, smell by smell and come to the figuration that the meds have been replaced with baby oil. I suppose the baby oil could work well in removing debris from pets ears and that has to be why they have good reviews. Why hasn't anyone checked to make sure this item is exactly what its supposed to be. Has your bottle arrived with seal damaged? Ask yourself why!
This company is like a drop ship that sells cheap stuff from China at high price. If you have money to waste and time to wait then go ahead. Will not recommend anyone doing business with this company. AVOID
I wish I had known this two months ago when I ordered from AbsolutelyPets on Amazon. They waited an entire month to even ship my $63 dog medicine to me because they were trying to confirm my address. I didn’t get the notification that they tried to contact me, so finally I confirmed and they shipped it. End of story, right? WRONG!
They put the wrong zip code on the package even though I gave them the correct zip code twice. The package was looped in the USPS system for a few days and then was “forwarded” and went off the radar. It’s been two months and I still haven’t received the package or a refund. I’ve spoke with Tim from AbsolutelyPets numerous times as well as three people from USPS and one person from Amazon with no luck yet. I’m trying to get my money back from the company, but may have to contact Amazon again to resolve this.
