Refund pending for more than 1 year from Philippine Emirates Private School (PEPS Abu Dhabi)
I have made payments for my daughters' admission in Philippine Emirates Private School (PEPS) for School Year [protected] for Grade 11 amounting to AED11,300.00:
However, in September 2021, the school advised they had violations with ADEK and was not cleared to accept students and could not open for SY [protected].
I have immediately requested refund on September 4, 2021 attaching all the official receipts as per advice from ADEK. The school has reopened in September 2022, however, until today no refund was received from School.
Every time I follow up, they will advise that refund will be given soon. This is since September 2022, but until now, they have not given any refund.
Please help. The amount is considerable and is required for my daughter's school fees at her current school.

Future international school Al Ain city
Kindly, I am writing this complaint against future international school Al Ain city
I have withdrawn my kids from the school at the beginning of the semester as all the family is traveling abroad.
My wife called the school one week after the start of the semester and infmed them that the kids will no longer continue the calsses and to take them out from the school registration.
Nothing happened and a week after I called and asked the registration office to cancel my kids from the school as they will tavell and leave th country for good .
The next day my wife received a call asking her to pay some of the fees for the semester though my kids only attended one week and almost it was a week with no active calsses as the schools were informed by the government to differ face to face eduection for another few weeks and to continue on line due to covide 19 cases rise
All this happened this month January 2022.
Kindly, . Why I need to pay the fees for the new semester and already we are leaving and we have informed the school.
I believe it is not fair from the school to calim some if the fees for the firs week of this new semester .
