I am complaining about my parcel that says "successfully delivered" but I haven't received anything. Not to mention there's no delivery to my hometown, and all these while i have to pick up my parcel from your dc - Sandakan Sabah.

So i want to know who's the rider and why it's completed while I'm not receiving my item? (I don't receive any call also)

So, my parcel (SHX78029959CMY) reached UTS Logistics Sdn Bhd in Jalan Kolombong, Sabah on 21/10/2020.

Ever since, I've called them thru [protected] hundreds of times but to no avail. I've emailed ABX Customer Service for several times but to no reply until now. How do we reach you exactly?

Finally, on 12/11/2020 I visited UTS Logistics Sdn Bhd in Jalan Kolombong to self-collect my parcel. Was told that the parcel allegedly was already delivered to ABX Tamparuli since last week (but they never updated it in the tracking system). I then called ABX Tamparuli to track my parcel. I was told that ABX Tamparuli never received my parcel.

Where is my parcel now? I can sue you ABX Express for deliverance negligence.

The latest tracking status showed delivery completed but I did not receive my parcel. The status showed out for delivery in the morning so I have been waiting since morning and din receive any messages or calls from ABX rider and somehow they updated the status as delivery completed like wth who did they even deliver to? Call the customer careline and told me to wait for at least 2-3 days for checking. Am I still able to have my parcel back after 2-3 days... Please do something about it TAT

I've waited for so long. It was almost a month now. Last time parcel is out for delivery but posman never contacted me at all. I still havent receive my pregnancy supplement which I needed so bad! Please arrange faster.

Pada jam 10 malam saya melihat barang saya telah di kemas kini barang berjaya dihantar. Tetapi, saya belum melihat dan mendapat barang tersebut. Bagaimana saya harus mendapatkan barang saya kembali kerana barang itu sangat penting untuk saya dapatkan secepat mungkin.. Terima kasih

Salah satu dari parcel saya sudah sampai di kota kinabalu dari 1 november 2020, tidak di update pergerakan parcel sampai ke hari ini (10november2020). Saya mahu anda perbaiki perkhidmatan anda. Sekurang-kurangnya update di mana keberadaan parcel.

We have requested for airbills and we also requested to add on an address as we have opened at a different location. So far we didnt get any replies from abx and it has been 2 weeks.

Merujuk perkara di atas, barang saya lzxla000055658 telah di hantar pada 28/10/2020 tapi sampai sekarang, saya belum menerima parcel saya.. Oleh saya mohon pihak abx untuk check semula.. Di mana barang saya berada.. My parcel was reached at your ABX Branch(BKI) and its stuck for 8days there. I've been waiting for from 24/10 until now.

After waiting since 21/10/2020 I still have not received my parcel until today but the tracking shows that it has been succesfully delivered on 03/11/2020 at 07.39 pm and it is very strange because the office is closed at that time and nobody will receive the parcel at that time. And the parcel was delivered in Kota kinabalu but my address is in Tamparuli.

Been waiting for my item for a month now. Still no update and tried to call the branch to self collect item but they say can't collect.

I have posted my parcel on 15/10/2020 and now still. I track it for a few days and still same in transit. Today I track it and it say out for delivery, but in the evening I check again it say "In transit" again. It is almost a couple of month and still not moving out from transit. Sir barang saya satu bulan sudah oo..tp abx blum lagi hntr2...smpai d kota kinabalu mau masuk 3 minggu sda tapi belum lagi dhantar..klau 3 atau 4 hari ok lagi..ini mau 3 minggu suda ni.. customer2 mara2 sda oo..harap pihak sir dpt selesaikn penghantaran itu..tq
