Service & abx staff very bad service
I wanna make a complaint about a service & staff at Jalan Rock Kuching, Sarawak branch they didn't want to responsibilty when they sent my parcel to wrong person. When i go there at the morning i ask them to check whose runner send my item they ask me to wait until afternoon they will call me back. I wait until 1 week already but no response from them😡😡😡😡😡
Bad customer service, bad delivery service
Parcel picked up on 11/04/2020 but until now (19/06/2020) the status in tracking website is 'Shipment on Tracing'. Called the customer service everyday, the answer always the same.. We will check and call you back. [censored] of the year. When earlier I want to open account with them, the salesperson is very talkative and friendly, but when this happened, she only seen my whatsapp and ignore me. hahaha [censored] ever. Please dont use ABX Service.
Urgent shipment for tracking #[protected], [protected] and [protected]
Horrible service from abx. Goods sent out on 06-May-2020 under tracking #[protected], [protected] and [protected] until today still not reach destination. It take about 43 days still can not reach and abx customer services very irresponsible and until today can not settle the problem even we are follow up everyday. Is very important goods to customer will cause customer's production line stop. Abx also still can not find our carton even we would like to collect back. What we can do now? FYI. All the line down charges will bearand by abx. Please help to settle immediately.
Item out for delivery for a long time
Greetings, I hereby writing my complain wondering how the actual heck yall keeping the company on the run? No offense, I might not know what it felt like working in a courier where I have to send numerous of stuff to customer house. But what the f? A great [censored] deal of people paying for the service and to be precise, like a small [censored] stuff be costing for at least rm5+ and again yall cant deliver it to a customer house? Is it yall short on staff? Well lets see the bottom of this [censored], is it the upper person not playing their role? Maybe put a [censored]ing raise to your worker w the money customer been paying and the service would be a whole lot [censored]ing better. Customer paid for the shipping [censored] and waiting for over two months. Wouldn't our [censored] be full of dust if yall kept it so long? How much longer can yall short things out in an organized manner? If I were to run a delivery company im gonna make sure to have the system be in at least organized way. Im not sure how much longer this company be kept but tf, close la sudah kalau mau hoard barang customer. Not forgetting, where tf is the person im supposed to reach out to? Been calling sampai mau meletup itu phone pun semua busy, but legit? The deliveries aint [censored], but again, "busy". Lmao. Tf yall doing man? I hope the issues might actually be resolve or else, from the bottom of my heart, just close the company already. Thank you.
Bad service
I haven't received my parcel even though it has arrived abx facility since 9 June. It has been 1 week, when I try to track my parcel, it didn't shows any record. I am really disappointed with abx services. MY205436492213U I hope this parcel is okay.
Hopefully this is enough for you to improve the service performance or else pos laju will definitely win you over.

I'm waiting for whole day at my house so impossible i'm not receiving any parcel if there is delivery. So, where is my parcel delivered and to who they had delivered? I really need to know the proof of the person who had received and signed for the parcel. Hopefully in the future your company delivery the item to the real customer house. Really a worst ever company.
Parcel stuck in subang hub
Its only 30 mins drive from Subang hub to Klang. After 3 days still movement! So called "EXPRESS" Customer service were 'WELL TRAINED'. They are the one who cutoff customer call.
There's a lot more parcel earlier than mine still "SLEEPING" in Subang hub.
Fine. Request for self collect at Subang hub been rejected by CS reason due to there's a lot parcel and no one will entertaint me.
Not answering phone call
Saya call abx cawangan kota kinabalu banyak kali, tapi tidak angkat-angkat...
Saya cuma nak tanya, bolehkah saya ambil sendiri parcell tu di ofis abx sebab sudah satu minggu lebih parcell sampai di cawangan kota kinabalu, tapi abx tidak hantar-hantat lagi.
Kenapa tidak menjawab telefon orang abx ni...? Kalau banyak panggilan, patut tidak boleh tembus, ni berdering telefon tidak bersambut.

Parcel stuck
Didnt received my parcel still stuck at transit hub since 30th of may at subang centre and no update status after that. And one more case i already post my parcel on 2nd of june over abx kudat sabah this item already arrived at kk on 3rd of june.. till now that parcel also stuck at kota kinabalu hub. Please update any info about the the two of my parcel.

I didn't receive my parcel yet.
I buy item through shopee & post out on 28/04/2020. Abx company received parcel on 14/5/2020 & abx sandakan received on 18/5/2020. My tracking number was my2072759148794. I came to abx sandakan on 29/5/2020 but they can't find my parcel & asked me to wait for their message. But until now I didn't here anything from abx. I felt upset with their service & hope any action can be take for them to take full responsibilty to my lose. Hope to here any answer as soon as possible.

Jika pihak ABX 'track' nombor di atas, anda akan lihat bahawa barangan itu telah sampai 2 bulan yang lepas, iaitu pada 07 APRIL 2020.
Namun atas kekangan yang tidak diketahui, parcel tersebut diperam dan disimpan sebulan setengah di dalam pos ofis ABX.
YA SAYA FAHAM kelewatan penghantaran barangkali disebabkan oleh jumlah pembelian secara atas talian yang sangat banyak sejak PKP dilancarkan. Di tambah pula dengan Hari Raya Aidilfitri yang bakal tiba pada masa itu.
Namun tempoh sebulan setengah atau 44 hari itu adalah tempoh yang terlalu lama. Kemudian penghantaran kononnya dilakukan sehari sebelum raya iaitu 21 Mei 2020. Namun hingga ke saat ini, parcel tersebut belum sampai ke tangan pelanggan.
Keadaan itu amat2 tidak boleh diterima kerana saya dapati pihak ABX KOTA KINABALU sangat lembab dan tidak amanah dalam menjalankan tugas. Maaf kerana terpaksa menggelar mereka sebegitu.
Untuk pengetahuan pihak tuan juga, saya telah menelefon pihak ABX Kota Kinabalu sebanyak dua kali (setelah berpuluh2 kali tidak diangkat) untuk bertanyakan status parcel namun keadaan masih sama. Malah cubaan saya untuk menelefon bahagian khidmat pelanggan ABX juga tidak pernah diangkat.
Oleh itu, saya harap komplen saya di sini diambil perhatian agar barangan tersebut selamat sampai kepada tuannya.

I'm waiting for 2 parcels to be delivered to me. The first parcel arrived at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah on 21.05.2020 and the other one is on 30.05.2020. When called ABX branch KK, they said the items were mixed up! How can be mixed up. Then they said I have to wait for another 2 more weeks for the parcels to reach me because got mixed up with the new shipment. The previous shipment leh why didnt deliver? Need to wait for another month for the parcels reached me?
Biar betul begin teruk servis ABX jangan sampai kami direct complaint dengan kerajaan dan menteri.. Patut lah Parcel sy suda Tidak ada apa-apa update hampir 3 hari..
My parcel still haven't reached yet
They parcel collected on 28/5 and reach subang logsheet 29/5 but till now there is no change in the tracking list which is still at logsheet till day now 3/5. We doing business and not simply buying useless things which is not important, our customer started to ask us about the items and we really consider about our customer's satisfaction. I itself went to subang logsheet on 1/5 to collect the parcel but they said they already send to usj facility so we go to usj as well but they said the parcel haven't reach yet. What I should response to this situation? Wasted my petrol, tol fee and my own energy 🥰 I'm really disappointed with Abx's service.. at first I understand that during pandemic there will be delay but I itself ordering a lot of items and it posted by other courier company but I still received early as they estimated so why Abx can't do that? I hope your company will give response to my complaint as well. Thank you
