Both was notes as unable to contact recipient..i got 2 missed call for the no 1 parcel at 2.16 pm and i call back at 2.20pm the person with contact no [protected] was told didn’t want to send my parcel because my house was far and i missed his call..pls notes that i always buy things from shoppe and I didn’t got any problem regarding my house location. This is my 1st time using this courier..very bad service.lazy staff..my second parcel not even contact me.. poor service, ABX ekspress, wakaf bharu, malaysia.

ABX postman and delivery delay
First parcel kena delay 1 hari daripada di hantar but itu okay lagi tapi semasa di hantar sangat teruk... Parcel sudah ada alamat yang lengkap blok mana semua sudah full sudah tapi ni postman tidak tengok betul2 atau macam mana sbb postman ada chat sya yang dia sudah sampai di apartment jadi sya buka pintu rumah and keluar untuk ambil tu parcel tapi tiada pun orang... But tu postman cakap sudah sampai bila saya chat tanya di mana dia.. Dia pula marah2 cakap klw tidak mau ambil ni parcel dia ambil bawa pigi office padahal sya depan rumah tunggu dan sya sudah kasih tau blok mana lagi terang2 alamat sudah ada and then lepas berapa minit sya di luar rumah tiada pun postman saturang pun teda sya chat balik tanya mana dia tapi kena seen tidak pun kena balas sama sekali tapi kena tengok so sya masuk rumah balik and baru masuk rumah dia ketuk so sya buka pintu tapi postman marah2 ckp saya tidka lengkapkan alamat dan dia pusing2 konon cari mana padahal saya sudah cakap tingkat paling bawah dan sya sudah tunggu luar rumah berdiri sana tapi teda pun orang lepas sya ambil parcel postman marah2 lagi cakap lain kali lengkapkan alamat sedangkan dia yang tidak tengok betul2 baru mau marah2 sangat teruk arh so sangat teruk postman pun aiyaa eee

I want to complaint under order MY2232294108938, i bought thru shoppe and its seem that my order has been transfered to be delivered thru abx express. I tracked my order thru shoppe, and it's been 3 days, my parcel recorded as "out for delivery" but hasn't receive any parcel since 3 days ago, How did your courier do they work? Did they keep it as a treasure hunt or what? and today is already 18/11/2022, I tried to call your customer service but i can't reached out since it marks as Public Holiday, and i'm very sure your courier also enjoying they very precious holiday with a content heart without delivering customer's parcel. Well, this is not the first time I encountered this situation, especially from ABX Express. Please take proper action regarding this!

ABX postman
I got a text from abx postman sending me a pic of my parcel. Whn i got back frm wrk i went to search it was no whr to be found. I texted the person. He said its just there go and find it. I said where did u put it he said check d picture given its just there. The background of the pic is blurred and i had to enlarged it to see. I saw he left my item at d stack of parcel for another tower. Imagine i spent so much time finding for my item which HE just stack at another pile of items. I told him - u shud put item acc to address not suka2 hati. He was so very very rude after that. Kindly take action for such rude attitude. Unacceptable working etiqutte. Kota kinabalu branch.
Desired outcome: Advise to treat customer with respect. Its his job and he shud do it sincerely. Treat customers item appropriately.
Parcel delivery
Hello.
In my area, the delivery men/women are very irresponsible. They simply just left my parcel outside my house or on the top of my door. They did not ring the door bell and ask me to collect it. Basically just left it outside without informing us. My dad is always at home and he never get to inform by door bell or car horn. There was one time I bought mooncake online. They delivered it at night and just left it on the door. It was raining that night. The whole parcel was outside pouring the rain for the whole night. Recently my dad tried to tell the delivery woman to press the door bell when she deliver the parcel. But she was being rude to my dad. She told my dad they it is normal and ask my dad to lodge a complaint if he is not happy. This sounds not right.
Not talking about when the valuable parcel is missing, sometimes when we are delivering something important which needed it very urgently or on time but it ended up lost or delivering late, it is really frustrating.
Please take this issue seriously because this culture is getting serious in my area. The delivery man/woman's manner is very rude to us. The area is Sandakan, Sabah, Malaysia.

Pada 31 okt 2022 (isnin), sy ada mnghubungi ejen sembang langsung ABX berkenaan barang sy yg sudah sampai d operation center Kota Kinabalu. sy bertanya sekiranya boleh selfcollect barang sy d gudang ABX sbb sy perlu barang tu sebelum 2hb nov. Nama ejen tersebut ialah Faten, dia balas sekiranya bole selfcollect, pihak delivery ABX akan call. Tapi pd hari ini 1 nov 2022 (selasa), sy sangat kecewa dgn servis ABX. bukan 1 atau 2 kali sy kena mcm ni. attempt to delivery tapi langsung tdk sampai. hold barang sampai 3-4 hari tanpa bagi info dgn buyer. sangat teruk. sekurang2nya info dgn buyer. janji mau call utk info, sampai ke harini tiada apapa info. tolong perbaiki servis ABX pls. kurier besar kot!

Received parcel and when opened it, was shocked because it contain a pack of face mask instead of an Iphone phone battery. When checked thoroughly, the parcel was opened. Contacted seller and after confirmation they did sent a correct item and advised to lodge a complaint. Kindly find attached are the photos showing parcel is opened and then a sticker was pasted on top of the parcel after parcel was opened.

Hello.. I want to complaint about our place courier svc.. Its so bad.. They dont do any delivery but we have to collect @ them.. I've to take about more than 1hours (return) to take just 1 my parcel or more.. I've tell them that its their job to deliver the parcel to us but unfortunately just ignore by them..

I would like to complaint about their delivery service. They deliver my parcel with an attitude. They just throw my parcel in front of my mother's face. They throw the parcel even though there is someone outside my house who they can deliver it to. Inside the parcel,there is my compact powder and of course every compact powder have mirror inside it. Hi, I would like to complain about my delayed parcel by ABX. My parcel has been arrived at sorting facility since 17.09.2022 and not delivered to my addresss up until now 20.09.2022. The item is from shopee and the courier stated is ABX but the given information about tracking number is invalid as I had checked the tracking number, is unavailable/invalid. The tracking number given is SHP63122693EMY. I HOPE THIS CAN BE SOLVE IMMEDIATELY AS I WAITING FOR A WGILE FOT THE ITEM TO BE DELIVERED.
Irresponsible Courier man
My parcel should be deliver today but the courier man doesn't want to deliver at my house. He even added nonsense reason for not able to deliver the parcel right to my house.Also, he asked me to go and take my parcel from him.This is so frustrating, what type of service is this? Collect dari airport KKIA ke abx center kk memakan masa satu hari perjalanan...status parcel keluar masuk untuk area kk yang hanya ada satu cawangan di kk yang memakan masa dua hari...padahal barang itu tidak kemana2...sama ada pekerja di sorting facility tu yang tak buat kerja atau bahagian delivery yang tak efektif...atau company abx ni yang tiada kemampuan untuk memberikan servis yang baik...suka memanjangkan kan masa sedangkan tak perlu tangguh... typical malaysian punya kerja...di tegur atau di marah baru mahu bertindak...lembab...kalau betul banyak sangat sorting facility baik tutup saja...biar center saja buka...so boleh kurangkan kos...kos tu boleh digunakan untuk melatih or menambahbaikkan service collection dan delivery kamu... begitu juga bahgian customer service...perlu efisyen...bukan tunggu 24jam baru mahu respon complaint customer...sudah lah penghantaran lembab... customer service pun lembab juga...ABX2

I'm wondering why ABX in Semporna informed us to collect parcels in their store. Thought it's door to door service?
Everytime they texted us via WhatsApp to collect the parcels and it happened also they gave a wrong parcel.
I thought we paid for the Door Delivered? And do we need to have a long queue and wasted our time to go there to collect?
ABC already violating the MCO laws as well as, didn't fulfill the service that we paid for.

I didn't received my parcel
The status showed the parcel was delivered on 9 July 2022, however I have not received it until today. The tracking website shows it delivered to Muar, not a specific place at my place. I have tried to call the hotline for so many times, but always busy. I have asked around but nobody have it. It contains a document that I need to submit to my superior. So it's very important to me. The tracking number is KBMC14882221142. I would like to know who deliver it? What's his/her contact number so that I can ask to whom did he/she deliver the parcel to?

Worst delivery system
On 1st August 2022, I was supposed to receive my parcel as scheduled. However, I did not receive anything from ABX. INSTEAD, I received a notification stated my parcel has been delivered! How is that even possible? Can't you guys update your delivery system like J&T or Ninja Van? They would take a picture of those who received/take the parcel, even if those are rightful owner. Because of this unsystematic company like ABX, i've lost 3 of my parcel. Don't give me crap like "Check your address", "Wrong contact info" [censored]. I'm using other courier as well at the same time, And all of them arrived in time, safely! so don't use that excuses to backfire me. I paid for the stuff and its shipment! The staff from Sandakan branch are useless and lack of responsible. Even if customers ask where did they deliver it or ask them to check, they wouldn't help us! That's why I suggest, CLOSE YOUR COMPANY!
