parcel lost!
This parcel is from China- Malaysis. parcel arrived Subang Office on 25/8/18. item not deliver till now. Parcel still on tracing. One of the ABX staff declare as LOST & ask for claim, total cost is RM 1000.00 ! the point now is forwarder in china will NOT refund all the money . They only able to refund 30%- 50%. They will return it as a voucher instead of CASH ! damn sheet. Please advised id there any way for me to claim back my money by my own. ?

Saya guna service abx kirim barang (kgu-bki) pada 18hb sept 18, skrg dah 21hb sept 18. Brg still di 'warehouse'. Sy sdh call abx gaya kemarin & harini, alasan kemarin Xda driver nk hantar. alsan harini pla barang masi di warehouse inanam. In January 2018, we open an corporate account with ABX Butterworth Branch.
The staff was so friendly and quick respond before we signing the quotation.
We placed RM200 deposit (which refundable) in January. However, few months later we received a letter saying that one parcel will increase to RM 10 and document price will be adjust as well. We decided to terminate the service in June 2018. Anyway, they excuse with our payment not tally (debit / credit) i don't know... But i'm very sure that we have clear all the bill and payment clear . Until today 19 Sep 2018, we still haven't get the deposit back though already call and ask every week to follow up. HQ no received call, person in charge at BW Ms Nur also everyday excuse with different reasons.
Will you still consider to take their service in future?

I was at home and waited the whole day.. nothing. Today is the 18th and at 6.00pm still no sign of the package being delivered. They also lied in their tracking because when I called just now, they confirmed that the package is still sitting in their warehouse.

I received a call on 30th Aug 2018 at 1540 hrs, and your fellow member was telling me that they will sent out my parcel on Sat, which was 1st September. On sat, I waited the whole day non of your courier people called me or just to update me on my parcel. On mon I face the same problem which I made a call and I spoke to your customer service lady, Mala. Well I have got no words to say. She so rude and for in customer service department she is not the right person. I don't think she deserves this job! As today Tuesday, 04 sept I have still not received my parcel! Just for your information, I'm not free just to sit at home and wait for your guys to deliver my parcel and I paid for the delivery it's not for FREE! berat barang sebenar ialah 0.67kg .. semasa menerima barang berat cuma 0.46kg
terdapat 5 item dalam bungkusan telah hilang.. dan didapati bungkusan tersebut ada lubang di tepi dimana jari boleh muat untuk mengambil (mencuri) barang yang terdapat di dalam.. saya mengesyaki staff yang menghantar barang melakukan perbuatan yang tidak jujur..harap pihak yang bertanggungjawab boleh mengambil tindakan.. perkara begini membuatkan saya takut untuk memilih ABX sebarang penghantar...

parcel saya MY229599924019W out for delivery pada 21 Disember 2022 pukul 06:11 AM, sehingga 22 Disember 2022 pukul 22:21 PM dan tracking menunjukkan 22 Disember 2022 pukul 23:24 PM item delivered. tengah2 malam siapa yg hantar barang? dan orang rumah tiada receive barang. masalah sudah inform dengan ABX KK centre, jalan Gaya. tapi rupanya yg incharge pun dibodohkan oleh rider/runner kononnya gambar yang diorang update adalah bukti menghantar barang customer dirumah customer tapi setelah diteliti dengan jelas, gambar parcel bukanlah details saya dan tracking number tidak sama. nampak kecuaian pihak ABX.

abx tapah, please note that the goods delivered to the recipient's hand especially in the tapah prison quarters area because the recipient has paid more money for the service delivery ... do not send it to the neighbors because the goods to be received are likely to be private or not the neighbors will deliver the item to the recipient ... please take care of this issue ...

I just received a call from number [protected]. One of Abx delivery worker. He call to ask about my address. Funny that he said he at a place far away from my address then ask me to go take my parcel at Bachok. I just said I can't as I'm too busy. What funny was he said then ur parcel can't be deliver today. That fine. Plus he said then your parcel will be deliver late. Please help me resolve this problem as I feel threatened with the react. what on earth kind of service
Hello, my order is [protected], I have been waiting this parcel to be shipped to my place like forever I also don't know for how long have I been waiting. So a few days back then there was this guy from ABX contacted me, he said: "Miss I went to your doorstep on the 16/7 to deliver your item but no one was at home so can I only deliver your item on the 23rd?" I was like: " Huh there's someone at home and why do u only called me on 21/7? U should have called me right away back then." So he said he will arrange and send my item out on 23/7, asking me to wait for the courier service around 12pm, and guess what?! I waited until 6pm and NO DELIVERY OF ITEM HELLO TIME IS EXTREMELY VALUABLE N I AINT WASTING IT UR COMPANY GOT ME SO DUMBFOUNDED I just literally sat at home doing nothing just to wait for ur courier service... I called the ABX guy who called me previously and asked him about my delivery and he just said he's currently outside can't helped me checked my order... WHAT THE [censored] UR COMPANY SO INEFFICIENT until now I didn't receive any update or whatsoever! sy sebagai customer call nak collect barang sendiri, pon malas nak layan? cakap hari ni halfday. sy call dalam pukul 11am, sy dgn abx hanya 9 minit saja sampai. dah inform still staff bg alasan tak sempat. cakap jap lagi nak masuk meeting? tak de masa nak layan amik barang? awk rase sy bayar untuk dengar alasan ke ABX? tolong upgrade sikit service tu. staff amik yang pandai sikit la. customer always right.

service is so slow
Berapa hari baru barang nak sampai? Sedangkan hari isnin brg dah kluar, tapi sampai harini(rabu) pun belum sampai lagi. Kalau nak fikirkan pasal logik, dari miri ke bintulu tak sampai setengah hari. Paling lama pun 5 jam je. Ni nak dekat dua hari lebih barang masih sangkut kat miri. Kot kot barang dah sampai, tapi abx taknak update kat system sebab malas
Saya lagi subang ke bukit jelutong xsmpi 30min pn masih x smpi brang...dlm sistem kata tiada org dirumah..bila call customer service mcm apa je layanannya..
package collected on 19/6/2018 but still not delivered
Document under tracking no. [protected] was collected by courier (ABX Express) on 19/6/2018 but until today it has still not been delivered to me. The sender and my address are within the Klang Valley (no more than 20 km apart).
They called me on my cell phone twice and promised to deliver by the next day but each time no one appeared. When I checked the tracking record there was mentioned of "delivered", "tracing" and "unable to contact my cell phone". Even if the courier cannot contact me by phone, they can leave the package with the guards at my condo like other couriers.
I emailed their customer service on several occasions (can never get to speak to them by telephone because every time I waited until line gets cut off) but they did not bother to response.
Finally delivered today (10/7/2018) after threatening/reminding courier as well as sender to take serious action.
3 weeks to deliver a package from Cheras to Shah Alam. Fortunately, it was not lost.
ABX Express - Don't ever use their service because they are highly inefficient and unreliable.

super late delivery
Tracking number with SHX35488766AMY . Called and texted person in charge never answer and reply. Called the hotline for three times and they said they will arrange for delivery but have not receive. since 14-06-2018 already arrive the warehouse, 27-06-2018 shopee shipping details stated parcel out on courier delivery but not receive until today. Wonder what makes you guys busy for two weeks but I still saw the staff enjoying minum kopi during working hour. I think ABX should just shut down since everyone are complaining about your services. Never met such a lousy express company. Hope you guys read this complain and concern whether to continue the business or not.
