I took advantage of the free trial for the Acai burn product about a month ago. When i payed for the shipping I received no information about the product being charged to my account every month and there is no information on how to stop the product being sent. i Just checked my bank account transactions and there was a transaction for IMPROVEHEALTH [protected] CY on September 3, I was charged $71.74. I am a student and I don't have this money to waste on fad products. I would like the money back and I want to be taken off their product list, or be instructed on how to be removed. My email is csm90@live.com.au, i would appreciate it if this could be looked after asap

I SIGNED UP FOR THIS FREE 7 DAY TRIAL AND THEY SAID ALL I HAD TO DO WAS PAY SHIPPING AND HANDLING, THE NEXT THING I KNOW I AM GETTING MY CC CARD CHARGED BY AT LEAST 4 DIFFERENT COMPANIES AND I HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM TO CANCEL AND THE FIRST THREE I GOT A PARTIAL REFUND AND THE LAST MYDIETID HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY 6.97 AND THAT I HAD SIGNED UP FOR THEM WHICH I DID NOT. THIS PRODUCT IS A SCAM THAT IS LINKED TO OTHER COMPANIES FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM THAT IS STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE UNDER THE GUYS OF ACAI BURN BEWARE BEWARE

I too got my 14 day trial of aciburn was charged all different amounts on days just a few apart on
JULY 14th $23.79 nz$
AUGUST 4th $90.37 nz$
AUGUST 15th $88.80 nz$
I do not know what these charges are for and would like a reply from whoever the con artist is. I have not received any more supplies but the one that was the 14 day trial
People just can't go around taking money off people that have to pay off credit card accounts. I know that I should not have even gone into the aciburn site, let this be a lesson for me. But would like to know what the other charges are for IF THEY ARE FOR MORE TABLETS please acknowledge and let me know where they are BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT GETTING ANY MORE OF MY MONEY.

I did the 14 day free trial of acai burn. I also went on the live chat to make sure that after the 14 day trial I would pay for the first bottle. I also asked if I would be sent another bottle or be charged again. I told the person I was talking to that I didn't want a second order. I was told that I would not be charged for another bottle, and that it was not a reoccurring charge. That was a lie. I was just charged for a shipment of three more bottles. This product does not work, and I believe that people are being frauded out of their money.

after receiving the "14 day trial" I immediately called and canceled when it showed that I would be charged x amount for keeping it. They gave me a number to write on the box and told me to get a delivery confirmation # Thank god I did that! Now they have charged my account several times, and I have received NO product. They want the # I wrote on the box, which I dont have, they do. They are telling me that all calls are recorded, but its funny how they have no record of me ever calling to cancel. The fact that they speak broken english is another issue. I just spent over an hour on the phone with someone who either did not understand what I was saying or absolutely refused to listen. Had to wait 20 min to talk to a supervisor, who had the same attitude. I am supposed to wait for an email confirmation, for what I'm not quite sure. They are supposed to be crediting my account but with the way its gone so far I'm not holding my breath. At this point I'm thinking of hiring an attorney. How does a person flag a web site as being a con job? How else can the general public be warned that this is not a reputable company?

After having paid £35 to have a trial offer sent to me in England, with no aknowlegement of the payment or the fact that the item has been delivered, £35 is still being deducted from my husbands account. I did not want any more of the tablets so did not inform them of my new address, the items must be delivered to my old address of which i have no way of retrieving. This is the second time of requesting a refund and the £70 deducted from my husbands account has left us with dificulties which is the reason we had to move house anyway. Please could you credit my account with the releavant money owing as I am now desperate to get this sorted.

hopethis help, just contact your bank and tell them the story, that what I did first. And then I actually contact BBC/watchdog programme to look into the scandal. I warned all my friends and everybody I know. I also checked on the consumer direct website and what we should do is to call and cancel the so called subcription. Make sure you got the cancellation number and the name of the person you spoke to over the phone. They will come up with all sort of excuses and you just have to be firmed and demand the refund.
I am not very happy and going to write a letter to the consumer direct and tell them the story, so if you are happy to do that, please. So, someone can actually look into this wrong doings business.
anyway, I call this number 'maxaciburncom [protected] to complian and asked for refund. A lot of complaints over the internet if you search on google. I do not know whether they are going to refund me or not, but I will do everything to make sure this scam is stop and no more people suffering from it.

The only contact details i have is the welcome sheet that came withe free trial with a website address www.acaiburn.com but it is dead. i contacted my bank after the 1st large amount came out and they tell me i have to cancel the subscription myself but i have no way to contact them i have tried the phone numbers listed in this thread to no avail, Could anybody post a reply with any numbers or websites that they have has any luck with in cancelling this product.

Having been conned completely by this company I have repeatedly tried to cancel my membership but only then to find they use another name to debit my account with. Viv labs etc started the process, followed by Healthmember CYP and VH Access CYP these I finally got stopped but now I was alerted yesterday by my credit card fraud department that Elite Pack and Easy Kit both with CYP links. They follow the same patterns as the previous companies trying to debit the account on the same day. I am going to try again to get to the bottom of this using the [protected] number. My credit card company said it was useless stopping the card because they have the number and the debit would be set up with a continuation to counteract this and the transaction would be re-instated with the new card number.

Hey everyone! I am in the same shoes as everyone else. They took out two payments of $58.09 from my account and I also noticed that I had money taken out from VHAccess, HealthMember, and ElitePack. All of this came from the Acai Burn free trial so you may want to check your accounts for $7.01, 7.14, 3.24, and 2.96 because this is what they was taking out of my account. You have to cancel all of these things as well as Acai Burn. I called the number on my bank statement which was for the Acai Burn, [protected], and complained. I then told the man I wanted this canceled and he gave me a cancellation #. He also told me to send products that I did not have in order to get my money back. Here are the numbers to the other places if anyone needs them. Good Luck!

I also got scammed by this company, and my bank suggested I file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission & the Attorney General, as the Better Business Bureau does not have the ability to prosecute. Here's the letter that I submitted to the FTC - I would recommend that other consumers do this is also, as they do not prosecute individual complaints, but rather investigate entities with numerous complaints of a similar nature. I know it seems like overkill, and I was about to just let it slide, change my card number & move on, but I feel that if everyone does this, it'll never stop.

Letter:
I willingly ordered a health product from an advertisement that popped up on Facebook for "Acai Burn" & "Acai Force Pro", using my debit card as payment during the middle of August 2017. I was only to be charged for shipping, which I was. I later discovered that the company/shipper was international, so I was also hit with an international surcharge; however, that was my mistake, although I feel that should have been disclosed.) I did receive both products.

Later in August, I received numerous calls from a [protected] number, that I at first ignored, but because the calls became constant and came during work hours, I finally answered, and discovered it was associated with my Acai purchase. I asked them not to call me during work hours, but continued to receive calls until I finally became angry with one of their representatives, and have thankfully not received further calls.

On the morning of Sunday Sept. 20th, I logged into my checking account to make sure everything was in order. I noticed a charge for $79.28 billed on Sept. 16th with an associated fee of $2.38 for an international surcharge. The online description only listed the words "improvehealth" so I called my bank and the only additional information they had for the merchant was a phone number, 866.807.7356. I quickly called this number & received an automated greeting that failed to disclose the company name and asked me to call back later, which struck me as odd. I decided to google both the number & the term "improvehealth" separately and came across numerous complaints of a similar nature. Others also ordered a free trial of a product and then noticed mysterious charges deducted straight from their checking account without further authorization. These same complaints also linked charges bearing the name "improvehealth", "elitepack", "nutritionalsupp [protected]" & the phone numbers 866.807.7356, 623.239.4511, & 888.433.4416 with the same entity. After looking at my checking account, I noticed that I had been billed with charges from all three. The general advice from other ripped off consumers was that the only recourse was to change your card number (which I did), and attempt to dispute the charges, which I am also pursuing, but the latter seemed to be an arduous task.

Luckily I caught this early on with relatively small charges, but I'm dismayed that a company like this is still in existence. (I've also realized there are no shortcuts to proper health and fitness!) It's bizarre that they are even allowed to advertise on Facebook, or other sites, when their profits are clearly derived from a series of unauthorized charges beyond their free trial. And I cannot recall any mention of further charges being disclosed. I know some companies, like my bank even, will offer you a free trial period for a product, but it is clearly disclosed that you need to contact them before your 30 days is up, or you will be charged. That is not the case with this company.

I hope that other consumers have also complained and hope that this company is put out of business and those responsible are prosecuted.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

ACAI BURN IS A SCAM!

Ok, I saw the free trial thing and put in my card info, and just found out they have been charging me different amounts every month since then and they never even sent me my free trial! Ranging from about $5 to $70... every month was something different.

I suppose I will see them in court!

Acai Burn are thieves, a complete con. Warning once you have cancelled your premium membership they will still take money from your account. Third party names - myfitbalance.com, www.moneysupermark, ezykit, elitepack! These supposdly are for the emails?
I've had to close my bank account as it is a debit card and they can't do anything about it!

I've emailed the Oprah show as they claim she endorsed them, the FTC and the OFT.
I just spoke to their 'customer' services'. I asked how she could work for a company that steals from people, how did she sleep at night? No response apart from in that Whiney accent "Is there anything else I can help you with today".

I will never buy online again with a debit card, certainly never buy from an American company either.

Be WARNED - ACAIBURN.COM is a SCAM. They are thieves who have conscience!

First of all you think you are just going to get a sample of the product. You pay for postage and then what you dont know is that youy are then on an auto order if you dont cancel within 14 days. There is endless pages to read so by the time you get to the end you are just downright fed up reading the countless endless testimonials. I completely missed the part where it tells you THE MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION - IT MUST HAVE BEEN WELL HIDDEN SOMEWHERE. YOU ARE ON AUTO ORDER UNTIL YOU CANCEL WHICH IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM. TWO 3 MONTH SUPPLIES ARRIVED AT MY HOME WITHIN A WEEK OF EACH OTHER CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD PLUS LOTS OF OTHER LITTLE AMOUNTS. THEY JUST KEEP TAKING WHAT THEY LIKE. AND WITH ALL DIFFERENT COMPANY NAMES. I didnt even recieve the last order they took for yet they charged me for that. I sent the two packages back and then recieved ONE credit back (instead of 3) and told only one refund per order! THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. WHEN I WENT ON THE WEBSITE TO COMPLAIN IT HAS BEEN DELETED... BUT THERE ARE MANY MANY OTHER SITES THAT PROMISE A FREE TRIAL THEY ARE CONNING US ALL DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE!

oh hi sharilyn R, i can't seem to find the acaiburn website, so their terms and conditions no longer exsist for the 'subscriptions' i've 'applied' for. You seem sooooooo helpful in explaining what we have to do to cancel and you are soooooo concerned about any inconvenience, please could you advise everyone what they should do if acaiburntm no longer exsists, it seemed such a legitimet company and had such good business practices, what a shame we can no longer see their website, never mind, what advice would you like to give, did acaiburn turn into acaislim, as their terms and conditions state nothing about subscriptions, only i found them in their Public Relations it's all so confusing, please would you like to comment so other people may know what to do, it's not their fault if the terms and conditions no longer exsists!

My mistake the company is now called acaiburn ultra, at least a few things are made clearer about signing up for other subscriptions, but why change such a fantastic website if everything is so clear and easy to understand. I guess they must have their reasons. Us stupid little people who don't read things must be punished i guess, but acaiburn had no money from me, because i read and understood them.

I looked everywhere for terms and conditions and could not find any as I was concerned it would be a scam. I never imagined how bad a scam it could be. Your company is disgusting and you know it. Anyway, regardless of terms and conditions - why advertise a product as free and continue to charge someone $150/month until they cancel their card... you are pirates of the worst kind :(

This is a suggestion for people who buy products on the WEB.
If you like buying products on the WEB but don't know the vendor your buying from and wish to keep from being billed repeatedly. Here is what you can do:
First go to a local retail store and purchase a "one time fee gift card" in an amount that you are comfortable with. be it $25.00, $50.00, $100.00 or an amount that larger than that if it is available. DO NOT BUY A REFILLABLE OR RELOAD-ABLE CARD. In other words it has to be a visa or mastercard that will be expended and never used again(when all funds are gone)! Be sure the amount is larger than your item you wish to purchase. Next be sure to register the card with the issuer before you buy anything. The address can even be a P.O. box but some vendors will not ship to a P.O. box! Next make your purchase without worry because when the card funds are below the price of the item you wish to try then the Dis-honest type vendors can not re bill the card due to a lack of funds on the card. Be sure to go back to the card issuer to check the balance that is left. when you wish to use what is left simply go to a retail store and use a calculator to determine how much cash you need to buy something with the balance of the card included. ie: buy an item you like at wal-mart then when they tell you the total tell them to charge the amount equal to the balance of the expendable card. then pay the remaining balance that is left with cash. after the card is completely expended shred it, cut it up or just throw it away your name is not on it anyway. It just says gift card on the front anyway. Just so you know these cards have a one time fee of $5.00 or $10.00 depending on the company that issued it. also they will charge a monthly fee after 6 months. So don't buy one until you need it and be sure to use it up before 6 months goes by. SO BE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE GIFT CARD BEFORE YOU BUY IT. I do recommend you buy the card with the $5.00 fee. there isn't much difference in service that you receive with the $10.00 fee gift card.
There is one last thing you need to know about these cards YOU MUST PAY FOR THE CARD AND FEE WITH CASH AS YOU CAN NOT CHARGE IT TO A CREDIT CARD TO BUY THE GIFT CARD.
There you now have a solution for buying from vendors on the WEB that your not sure you can trust.

It was last month when I came across an ad on Myspace that said "Free Trial of Acai Burn". I clicked on it and i had to pay the shipping and they would send me the product and no charge except for the $1.95 S&H charge. It has now been over a month i received the product including 3 charges from this company for $48.92. I have been trying to have my charges refunded. They still have not refunded my money for this product and also today I logged onto to check my bank statement for those charges but then i noticed my balance was lower than it should be, their was a new charge of $78.92 on my statement from this company. I have car payments and rent coming around the car and i do not have money for them because of all these chargers that i did not want. This company is just a scam and messing people over and sending products and charges we do not approve or want!

This Company is taking unauthorized funds from my account and when I try to call for a refund and get it cancelled, I reach the voicemail. This was a very bad move and these company's that are making false advertisement IOT sell their products need to be shut down. Every month, they change the company name to seem as a disguise, however, I'm receiving the same bottles as the first time. If anyone have any good information on how to stop these unauthorized charges and get my refund back, I'll definitely appreciate it. Thanks. email address: berryke@lpd20.navy.mil

Best thing to do is cancel your c/card and get a new one. That way they can't take any more money from you. If you don't and you don't cancel with ALL the bogus companies taking out of your account, you WILL continue to get stolen from.
Cancelling with all the other companies is impossible, I tried, I was given wrong numbers time and again. Even if you do get to cancel with them all, there is no certainty they won't use another company to withdraw your money.

If you do manage to read a copy of the terms and conditions, there is a clause in it that says they reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without informing you. I.e. letting other 'companies' have your c/card details.

I can't stress enough, close your c/card and get a new one. Fully inform your bank of what has happened and hopefully they can recoup funds for you. At the very least, Dazzlewhite and its many guises will not be able to extort another penny from you.
