I ordered trail size paid shipping charge of 4.95 12 days later there a 69.95 charge on my bank satement call the number associated with the charge spoke with albert he said did you read the terms and conditions you have to cancel within 14 days of placing your trial size order and u order 12/4 so, its after the 14 days so I said today is 12/17 it hasn't been 14 days and I would like to cancel he said you are exactly right it hasnt been 14 days I will take care of reversing the charges from your credit card I am still waiting. c english 1126 e 83rd street chgo ill 60619 email cenglish [protected]@ hotmail.com

ahhh, where did sharilynR's response disappear to? never mind we now have shane2 hi shane2, i understand you would be able to help all these people who foolishly handed over credit card details (for post and packing)?! would you be able to leave contact numbers for all those people in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, oh and please tell them the times they would need to contact, as obviously 9-5 is different in other countries than acaiburn's 'headquarters' i.e. after 1pm for the UK or they will only receive a deadline making people believe they cannot contact on that number, leaving customers very frustrated, you believe customer service is your number one priority...(sorry wiping the tears of laughter away there!) Go on give some more help!

I stupidly took up the offer of a three month trial with just payment of postage and packaging. I received the supplements but then canceled the trial in May 09. Payments are still being taken from my credit card. I have been in touch with the credit card company to dispute these payments as they are not authorized.

FOLKS BEWARE!

The amounts are small but continue every month and it is difficult to get through to their customer services and it is a hassle to try and get it stopped. It is now October so not quite six months after I canceled the trial!

I got a 30 day free trial, not a free product that I had to cancel in 14 days. They tried to charged my account but I already have cancelled the card. Now after six month I received email stating that my account is in collection and if I don’t send payment for $39.95 they will sell my account to third party and will mess up my credit. I am wanting to stop payments for this product. I have not received the last 2 months supply. These transactions have been unauthorized transactions. I have not had any response form acai burn Australia in regards to canceling these orders. I would NOT recommend buying this product, as there seems no way to cancel these 'automatic' payments and orders.

I agree. I tried the trial bottle and was charged for 3 more bottles and a subscription, I understand from the bank, to an elite club where a debit of a further £36.00 and 2.45 are made to your account from Cyprus for nutritional health products.

They do not respond or refund your money even after you send the products back and they cannot be reached. It is a TOTAL SCAM as confirmed by the bank as they are catching out so many with these additional charges and subscription which they claim are their terms and conditions.
I had to have my card confiscated to stop them defrauding me further.

The product did not work! Then I receive two bottles of the flush on back to back days. I did not order them.All I can get back is 40% of 1 bottle. Your return policies are a damn joke and pure scam not to return a full refund on a product that fails to give results. Better Buisness should shut you down! So here I set with 2 bottles of crap that I am unable to receive full refund even if I pay for the return shipping(not refunded).

Money has been taken from my account with out consent. On 16/09/2017 £9.25 was taken from my account which i consented,
following that £51.19 was taken from my account on 07/10/2017 unknown to me and a futher £57.15 is to be debited tomorrow(14/10/2017), i am totally unaware any more money was to be debited apart from the first payment of £9.25.

hey everyone, cancel your cards. A contract has to be entered by both parties understanding terms and conditions. Even if you clicked all the tabs and then gave card details you should have received confirmation of a company address and a number to call: ie : customer services. If you are having amounts taken from your c/card/s then cancel them and have them re-issued. also speak to your bank about disputing the amounts taken. Acai burn may have terms and conditions but the terms and conditions are certainly not watertight and sketchy at best. any further charges after this - take legal action.

whats the use of the complaints if this is the 3rd time i'm sending in my complaint.i was charged for products not received and also not ordered.only saw on my staement i was charged for stuff i dont need or have a use for.spoke to a lady on the live chat was given a number to call, was told the money would be in my account within 5-10 working days, been 3 weeks now and still nothing and its an effort getting hold of anyone .Why should i pay for stuff i havents oredered or received and seriously has no need for.

Thank you everyone for the information im from australia and ordered aciburn, i ordered it on 18th sept $11.90 delievered i thought it was all good. i just realised ive been charged by 'improve health' [protected] for $79.28 u.s. $ 91.52 aust. and then charged by 'wellbhealth' [protected] $87.62 u.s. $98.44 aust. this so not the go what a bunch of wankers i only just got the pills and i wouldnt be suprised if they're nothing but pressed washing powder.

VERY UNHAPPY AND LOOKS LIKE THE BAD GUYS HAVE WON.

HOW DO YOU STOP THE CHARGES?

same thing happend to me... cancelled it immediately and sent back the pathetic enveope of free pills -not one of which I tried... six months later they are still skimming small amounts from my credt card accout and even tough I have filled in umpteen forms with my credit cad company (who are well aware of Acai Burn - thhe sums keep being taken. I actually spoke to someone in their office who assured me that the account had been cancelled but clearly my credit card details we passed on. It appears to be based in Cyprus... of all places... or is it Florida?

Same thing as all of the above. Free product. Unauthorised charges to credit card continue. Returned unwanted product. No refund. Still charging credit card after phone conversation & cancellation. I live in Australia so it even costs me to call USA & they are closed.

I saw their ad on TV and thought that I would give their product a shot, since they did say that it was a free trial offer and all I had to do was pay for the S&H. Once I got it I figured that I would cancel the subscription and not have to worry about them taking out any more money. Well, no one at their call center told me that they wanted me to return their worthless product. So, I figured that it was mine, since they did say that it was a free trial offer. On the 30th of Sept. I noticed that there was a charge for about $80.00. So I called Acaiburn, and they told me that they were going to charge me for it since I didn't return it. I sent it back that next day but not before I shut off my Debit card. Well, they still got their money and their worthless product. I have been waiting for about 3 weeks now and all my bank has to say about it is they are trying. If you worthless pieces of ### at AcaiBurn are reading this, Expect me to come and get my money. The majority of my family lives in Iowa and I will get my money back. THAT I CAN PROMISE.

I agree this product is a SCAM! I ordered under the impression that I would have a "RISK-FREE 14-DAY TRIAL"...meaning no charge. When I recieved the package with no invoice or cancellation instructions I was immediately concerned. After some research to find out how to cancel I came across this website. This added to my worries. I called to cancel and was told the same thing as you are hearing from all of the other complaints. I would be charged for the first installment of 60 pills I recieved...something like $87.

The representative was adamant that the website said nothing about the trial being FREE. I told her that a "RISK-FREE 14-DAY TRIAL" MEANS FREE! NO OBLIGATION!

I have since cancelled my credit card and returned the shipment.

What a pain in the ###...NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!

hi have just read my bank statement, have been charged £112.62 for two bogus transactions, not in anyway authorised by me, this has sent me overdrawn so nowhave to pay bank charges as well, i hope some one can catch these (people) would like to know how to get my money back

I originally ordered acaiburn on 6 April 2017 at $4.95- once i had submitted my order then another $20.00 was automatically added to my cost so i was charged a total of $24.95. i did read through the website but didn't see information regarding this cost! A week later $6.95 was taken from my account- statement said Web Access? unsure what this meant but presumed i wa charged for looking on the website. At this point i was going to cancel my card but due to forthcoming events i decided to leave it for now and deal wiith it the week after. 30 April $42.95 was taken from my account- i then cancelled my debit card. I feel completely sick knowing that these people can take money whenever they want - and not show this information clearly on their website. I have never bought goods from abroad before but feel really silly that i have been conned.

just got the same thing through a free trial that I got from bright smile AFTER I already canceled my free membership for it. I got charged once for $48.92 for the full thing that they upsold me and just sent even though I said I only wanted the free trial and then furthermore after canceling it and sending back the item (which I still have got a refund for) they charged me for $89.37 from Improvehealth [protected] and I don't even know what for. I haven't received another product nor do I want one. This is completely messing me up since I need to pay my rent and car insurance and I don't get paid for another week. the company is a bunch of crooks.

STATED CHARGE ON WEBSITE IS JUST TO COVER SHIPPING AND HANDLING. ADV REP THAT PILLS ARE USEFUL BUT NOT WORTH THE PRICE. OFFERED TO SEND BACK BOTTLE FOR REFUND. STATED TO LATE CANT REFUND NOW THAT PRODUCT IS OPENED.

Do not give any details to them in the live chat.
They do not fess up. I ordered Dazzle white and believe they have associated me with this company (probally a sister company). Best bet is to be proactive and lodge a dispute with your bank. I have called mine (commonwealth) today (7/11/09) @1140pm and they told me not to give any details as there supposedly human live person wanted my address. Please do not negotiate with these pigs. I believe Dazzle white ###ed me with this. I want my $100 dollars back. So angry!

I told the bank that I wanted to deny them anymore access and the person said that they can do that. Now I need to wait until monday to go to a nearby branch and get this sorted ASAP.

My lesson has been a hard hitting one. I will not buy from gimmick sites as this again (providing DAzzleWHite are the ones whom screwed me). As a 12 student I do not have the luxury to through my money away on such scams. Sham on you!

I also have been getting unauthorized transactions and no way of canceling becuase the web address dose not exist and the phone number [protected] dose not work so I too have 2 months of product that I have payed for and dont know how to CANCEL.
