I ordered a trial bottle for $3.95. When i got my bank statement they had charged my account $87.13. I have tried several times to e-mail their [protected]@acaiburn.com and they say they will get back within 48-72 hours. Thas has been two weeks. I have emailed them again, no response. This is a scam. Dont give them any credit or bank information!

I am happy to share my experience on how to cancel this product. it has taken some time to work out but here goes... click on the link and go to LIVE CHAT. From here have your email and phone number available that you used when you ordered the product. Be sure to ask them to cancel the subcriptions that were automatically added to your free trial . They are called: Insider Secrects and Comprehensive weight loss ebook package. If you do not ask for these to be cancelled they will continue to debit your account monthly. You will be given 3 cancellation reference numbers to correspond to the pills and the subscriptions. From here print a copy of the page and keep it. You can also email a copy of your chat. This should stop any further deductions. If however they continue to take money, with this proof of cancellation the bank will be able to stop any further payments to them. Hope this helps you all. 227 days ago, I posted this- the ordering page has changed- again- but this was true 227 days ago. I even spoke with customer svc and advised them of this. By the way, the rep that I spoke with assured me that everyone, including the celebrity faces on their site endorsed the product!

Here is what I wrote 227 days ago.

I ordered and canceled - hopefully. I believe that this product makes ridiculous claims. At the bottom of the Acaiburn website there is "Please Enter Your Details Below To See If You Qualify For One Of Our Trials" where you enter your weight, height and age and also your goal weight. You could enter the weight of an extremely underweight person and the results would still indicate that you qualify for a "FREE TRIAL". Talk about marketing! - and people continue to fall for it. Unfortunately, unless there is a medical problem, the answer is not one that we want to hear. Consume less calorie ladden foods and burn more calories.

By the way, when purchasing the "FREE TRIAL", you agree to pay for shipping and handling, re-order each month or so, but the big money is in a CLUB that you are joining. My CLUB membership cost me to the tune of $59.95 per month along with $9.95 month for the actual product and shipping and handling each month. The fine print is off to the right side of the screen, you have to move the scroll bar over to see it. Stupid me! I only have 6 lbs. that I want to lose and was looking for an easy way out.

Did not order Aciaburn but it keeps arriving and they keep debiting my card $45.00 every two weeks. I have sent them all back and recorede dates etc but the bank appears to be on the side of Acaiburn. They keep telling me its my responsibility to get Aciaburn to cancel the direct debot instruction. Hard when they dont answer the phone or reply to emails if you can find the email address. The only option was to close my account an open a new account. Solved the problem. Dont look to the bank for help they are not interested in helping. Tell them your card was lost stolen and get new card account number. Juist write off the loss to Aciaburn is my advice.

For Drea. You tell people to read. You should learn how to spell you ###. People are angry, like me, for being charged twice and being stuffed around when ringing up all over the world trying to cancel this product. Then having to cancel credit cards and change because this complany fraudently charges for products they don't send. So get off your high horse and get a clue.

I completed a form for a free trial of ACAIBURN - Dietary Supplement in October of this year. Firstly a company called betterdtox Cyprus took £7.76 out of my bank account stating that USD11.90 at exch rate 1.534 on 11 October and included commission of £0.21 this I believed was for postage so I didn't mind.

I received the first container of (60 tablets) which was supposed to be a FREETRAIL, then a few weeks later I received another container of another (60 tablets) which I didn't order.

I have just received my bank statement for this month November and December 09 and noticed that there has been two amounts taken out one on the 4th November for £54.99 by a company called accesscleans Cyprus and later on in the month 11th November another amount of £53.84 was taken out by a company called wellbhealth Cyprus! These darn companies have taken £116.59 for 2 jars of tablets - disgusting! CROOKS!

Due to this I have now changed my account - please take care!

Hi there, I am experiencing the same problem as you with this company! It's getting ridiculous!

I am going to go and try to change my bank account today but my bank are uneasy about it as the company will still charge the old account which will then be redirected to me...

Has this happened to you? What did your bank say?

I did a tial offer on 11/23/09 and I dont want anymore. The problem is I cant find a phone numer to contact them. They have charges my checking account $89.93 on 12/7/09. I called my bank since the transaction was still pending, but they couldnt cancel it. The bank told me I need to contact the company (which I dont know how) and then go into the bank and fill out paperwork to fight this charge if the company would not refund my money. I have tried for days to try and find out how to contact the company, but I cant seem to find anything. What do I do ?

This may a problem when you don't receive the refund! you can call all you want, these
people are crooks! the bank should have given you the toll free number for the company, but it sounds like the bank is failing miserably at helping you! threaten to close the account and take your business elsewhere. There are MANY of these companies on the internet so you have to find the one who phished your info! This is a problem that should still be in the news, here is a story from MAY 2009:

Fight this by reporting to your state atty general and file a police report for the bank to put with the unauthorized charge fraud complaint. Don't give in or back down!

Yep, got hit by the same mongrel company. Read their terms and conditions after the event of course and they have the audacity to say they will charge anyone who makes a complaint about them for fraud. What company other than a shonky one puts that inot terms and conditions. Very expensive lesson learnt. Cancel the card immediately!

I've cancelled every new payment that comes up on my credit card, but new ones keep appearing as well. I'm thinking the best way might be to cancel my credit card altogether. I recomend the same. Good luck. Also, call those numbers on your statement and scream at them on the phone to cancel all charges, refund your money, and stop charging under new names.

On dec 3th they charge me #94.21 and i cancel my subscription on dec 10th. Now i gat charge again on dec 14th for $94.64. All i ask was a sample bottle but they know that everybody doesn't read the entire paper and every line. The lady at the support speak so fast that i ask her to slow down. They are there to make money on poor people.

I did get the free trial of AcaiBurn (and I don;t know if it was the stopping of the late night snacks or the acai berri but I have lost 8 kg's !

WHen I signed up I didn't see the fine print regarding the monthly charges etc etc - so I did get a surprise on seeing the Amex Cahrge of A$98 for the next bottle when it arrived.

I DID try to ring the numbers and they didn't work and I couldn't find an email address when I googled it. Then I and started to get the "SCAM panic" when the Credit Card comapny said they could not block any further payments.

HOWEVER I did get a solution - for aussies ring [protected] (or +[protected] from a mobile)and they will aske for your registration details - ie your phone number.She cancelled on the spot and offered to take back the "surprise xmas present" if I returned the product.

Bought acaiburn and since then every month there is charges to my creditcard for different names all around 7 and 3 dollars every month. From elitepack to kitaccess. Since i have called them and cancelled they change the billing name which is now "ultimatedietpro.com". I have never ever purchased or consented to this website! This one is out of florida. I phoned and complained that i did not order this and they say "we need 1 month cancellation and do not refund. I have called mastercard 3 times and they do not seem to want to clarify the issue. This is a huge scam. I would recommend that the word gets out to not order acaiburn! Scam artists! Quit using your creditcards as they do not back up thier clients legitimate complaints!

The billing names on my creditcard statement that i did not authorize are: elitepack, kitaccess, ultimatedietpro.com, ezykit. These have all shown up since i purchased acaiburn! Do not order this product and beware of other companies also.

acaiburn, eh... you are probably trying to loose weigh. Well, first off. Stop eating junk food. Second, exercise. Follow these two simple steps and you may get a result.
Now, as far as your credit card charges... You should be locked up in a mental institute.
Haven't you heard about these scams going online? Where have you been, in the past 20 years?
Call your credit card company. Tell them an idiot you are, and have them cancel your account. Also, try the BBB and report whomever is overcharging you.
Get a life, will you.

i ordered acaiburn diet pills off the internet through an american company and received the trial pills. i never signed up too receive any more and monies have been taken from my account each month without my authorisation! contacted my bank who inform me that i cannot cancel any payments due too it being a card transaction payment and too ring the fraud helpline as monies are being taken out from different countries! please help, dont know what too do as i have no telephone numbers too contact these n scammers!

sorry but i m french so... Meme chose pour moi, ai commandé par internet, recu une seule fois la marchandise, par contre continue a etre facturé sur ma carte de crédit. The only way to get out of that is to send them an email cancelling your subscription and cacelling your credit card (just in case).

I signed up with them but I did not realised that after the free trial period my credit card would be charged for a very high amount; I send them an email to cancel my subscription and to return the product.

While I was within the trial period, they still demanded a payment for the full amount ($80); I told them that I was still within the free period and they told me that i had to return the product before the 14th day of receiving it otherwise I would still be liable for the full
amount. The catch was that I had to ring them to get the return address, which is not a condition in the contract. I told them that I was not going to do that and if they did nit provide me with a return address I would be charging them with storage fees. I never heard of them again but I cancelled my credit card just in case.

I sent for the offer of a free trial to Acai burn and several weeks later received three bottles and a debit to my credit card supplied for what was meant to be the postage only. I did take the opportunity to try the product however after perseverance and stopping and starting I discovered I was allergic to it. This week I have received a further supply which I do not want Order [protected]. It is scandalous that we have the offer of a free trial and just postage and receive complete orders and it is unsavoury to the public at large. I would like a refund and a cancellation of any further orders.

Beware of signing for the trial offer for AcaiBurn and giving your credit card details. I fell into the trap and have been automatically charged twice for additional bottle which I did not order. This has been a very costly free trial offer approximiately $180.00 .
