I received my Visa statement today and there is a charge for $44.85. I did NOT order this and I will not pay it. I was to be charged only for the shipping cost of $4.95 for a FREE sample of Acaipure. Today is 12/4/08 at 3:55 pm.
I have tried to call and am on HOLD for over an hour. This charge will not be accepted. What kind of scam are you into? I want a credit to my Visa and a confirmation of that credit by mail and I will not wait--I want that credit to my account now and the confirmation now. I simply will not put up with this. If the people are not letting you cancel your account, then tell them you are pressing charges. If what you are saying is true, well it's against the law. In any scam or any situation where a company is charging your credit card or bank without your permission, you can press charges...so look into it. maybe a few threats will make them take the cancelations seriously. I was involved in a scam not that long ago(different and fake company) I went to the police and my bank, they took care of it. I hope I helped in some way.

I ordered a trial order of the acaipure product and cancelled the auto shipment and they continued to charge my account there after, and after calling number after number I was told from one number [protected] that they could not locate me in there system so I would just be out of luck and then I was given a fraud email address where no one responded to my email .FRAUD! BE VERY CAREFUL I also had to change my account .

I had canceled my membership with acai pure and they continue to charge my account 39.95 each month. I don't receive any products and the phone number listed for them on my bank statement has been disconnected. I have no way to get in touch with these people to refund my money and to make sure that the charges are stopped.

I discarded my "Free" sample as it raised my blood pressure alarmingly and cancelled the product.

Not enough!

I was subsequently charged $39.95 which they refused to refund after showing me that buried in the terms was that I must return the bottle to cancel the contract. I cannot return the bottle. Thus they refuse to refund $39.95 but will give me a credit of $15.

What is this?

I ordered the $4.95 trail of Acai-Pure Supplements from Acai-Pure.com. There phone line is located in Phoenix, AZ. After receiving and speaking with my physician, he told me to absolutely NOT take this product and return it. I called the company and told them I was returning it and they gave me instructions on how to return by confirmation delivery method at the Post Office. I still had time for it to arrive. I did this and called them on the day the post office told me, and I saw that it had arrived at 8:06 am. I then later looked at my online banking and found out that later that same day, I was charged $39.95 for the monthly supply of the product.

I don't know how to get to anyone to resolve this product. It was returned to Fulfillment Center, Attn: CCN returns, 12399 Belcher Road, Suite 140, Largo, FL.

The more I have called, I have just been hung up on.

How do these scams stop?

I requested a Free Trail offer from AcaPure. However, The company continued to send me monthly shipments. I tried to contact them numerous times and could not get thru. One time I call them and they stated it would be a 90 min wait and I waited on hold and then someone picked up the phone and hung it up. This went on for 5 months . I spoke to my credit card company and they stated that I have to resolve it with the company. I finally got in touch with someone at this company and they stated I could not return the product it is past the 30 day... Well of course it is because I could not get thru to them to cancel this order and return it to me. I paid close to 40.00 each for this and still have them in their own packaging... He agreed to just credit my acct 15.00 per 5 months however I still feel all charges should be taken off my credit card acct.

I have too been scammed by this company and product. CANCEL your card now. That's the only way to stop them from charging your card. I am in the process with my bank to get my money back and file a claim against them. I called them at this number [protected] and they just laughed saying "Do I need a time out" I think the more people that call and HARESS them the better. Paul is the one I talked with last month to cancel and he is the same one I talk (yelled) to this month. What a SCAM! Report them to the authorities

I Ordered the 14 day free trial and the product made me feel sick. I called and canceled and was told the order was canceled and there would be no further charges. I was going over my statement and found a charge for 39.95. I called acai pure at [protected] and spoke to a very rude customer service agent who told me the charge was because I didn't return the product contrary to what I was told before when I inquired about canceling my order. I am now going to take further action against them. Including going to the bank and reporting them to authorities.

I was charged $79.90 for a product I never authorized for purchase..and never even received! I am sending back the "Free Trial Kit" that I paid $4.99 for and I had to cancel my credit card so that these criminals would not steal from me anymore. I even included a note stating that their company was a SCAM and that the BBB and FBI were being notified to shut them down for good..and possibly jail these "gonnifs"...

How dare they prey on innocent people and send inferior products that were never even requested? They should be ashamed of themselves and pay their price by having huge fines and they should be incarcerated for many years...How can they sleep at night? These are sub-humans we are dealing with with who have no morals, values or any kind or human conscious...sad, indeed.

We need to pull the plugs on these crooks...I'm still owed money and have filed a complaint against them, but in the meantime there is strength in numbers so let's get these ### before they continue to make their millions off of innocent law-abiding citizens! They deserve to go to "the opposite of Heaven!"

This is ridiculous, I agree with pretty much everything everyone else has said. I sent an email on getorderhelp.com to cancel the membership, which was what the phone number for acaipure told me to do and I got a confirmation email back saying they would contact in 24-48 hours. NO call NO email NO nothing. I was charged the next month and when I called to ask about these charges and they told me that no email was received. I don't understand how I would have gotten an email back if they say they hadn't gotten any from me. They told me they couldn't do anything and the I was going to have to send all the products back when I recieved them. DON'T EVER SIGN UP FOR THIS FREE TRIAL! IT'S CRAP. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND ENERGY OF DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I was ripped of by the acaipure company. I order free trail and then cancel and recieved another order and was charged $44.90 on my debit card. So I call and they told me to send it back so I did. I did not open the order I sent back immediately and now I'm waiting on refund. I called them back and they said give it 3 days it's been more than 3 days still no refund. I think something need to be done about this it must be against the law to rip this many people off. I tell you its not fair they fight the war over seas they need to get this country together first. Crooks over here and ripping people off is not the way to run a business. Why is Oprah sponsoring this mess!

I have been charged repeatedly too and the toll free number offered through my credit card company is a non working number. Also, I think I
have been put on a mailing list they have generated and or where they sold my information due to the fact that I am getting tons of similar
offers now. These companies are so irritating.

I ordered the ACAIPURE product with the understanding that it would only cost me $4.95. Well they sent me that product plus two others. I called them (and did get a "Live Person". They said to call back within 14 days if I did not want to continue with the products. I did call back thinking that would be it. But when I got my credit card, lo and behold, there are the charges. $4.95 for one, $1.95 each for the other two. Then there is the full amount charged for all three. $39.95 and $38.95 twice for a TOTAL of $126.70. What a RIP OFF! They are FRAUDS and should be taken off the market.

I had the same thing happen to me I canceled my order within the 15 days asked Carlos my operator if i needed to do anything else he told me no and then I was charged 39.95 for not returning the remaining product. They must know they are scamming people because when I called to complain they credited me 20.00. The number I called was [protected] maybe some of you can get a partial refund too.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. I, too, foolishly signed up for the "Free" trial. I gave my credit card # to charge the $4.95 to. When I got my next credit card statement, there was a $39.95 charge on it and also, in the meantime, they sent me another bottle and charged another $44.90 to my credit card .I called up to complain and they told me the first charge of $39.95 was for the remainder of the 1st bottle and of course, the new charge is for the new bottle. I told them to stick it! I want these charges removed. I told them I never saw anything on their original email for the trial that says my charge card will be slammed with more charges and they said it is on there. I called my credit card company and I need to write a letter to dispute the charges but the woman I spoke with, told me I will have a hard time trying to get the charges taken off. I am sooooooooooo pissed. I am turning them into the BBB and the Attorney General.

I was scammed on the AcaiPure also. I was supposed to be charged $1.99 in shipping and on my credit card a $39.95 additional charge showed up for this same product. According to Joel, he says this was not a scam and if I would have understood what the slip in the envelope had said (even though there was no slip included in the envelope) I would have known that this would have been charged. Joel was not helpful at all and did not offer me the full refund because it was past the month due date. Everyone... please please do not order from AcaiPure site. If you do, read very carefully what they are trying to do to you. Thanks

I thought I was the only one this was happening to. I got on line to check the acaipure. As I was leaving the website of Central coast nutraceuticals a person came of saying she could get me a trial bottle for $1.99. I gave my credit card number but it said it couldn't take my card at that time. I ask this person for a number to call if I decided to order. Next thing I knew a "trial" bottle was sent to me, charging my credit card $4.95. Couple months later another bottle came which I didn't order. I called the customer service line, called the company, they said it said on the web site until I cancelled I would be sent a bottle every month. I told them I didn't order anything. Sent the second bottle back demanding a full refund. Still haven't got the refund. Checked my credit card statement and the have charged my card again. All without my ok. The customer service people hollered at me, hung up on me. screamed at me. I've been offered free bottles, a percentage off a bottle everything except my money back. How can a company get by with credit card fraud and a scam. It's like they're deaf they don't listen. I'm writing the CEO of the company, the vice president, BBB, general attorney for my state and of Florida.

THEY CHARGED ME THE 39.95 FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT DO WHAT IT CLAIMS. I KNOW NOW TO NEVER TRY THIS KIND OF GARBAGE AGAIN. I also had problems with this company. I finally had to cancel my credit card so they would not have the number and after several emails and phone calls they finally refunded my money. Those so called "free trial" offers are just a big scam and they use the names of famous people to lure us in. If you want a great diet pill and you can get your doctor to prescribe it, get phentramine 30mg. My insurance covered it and let me tell you it's the best thing to curb your appetite at least it does for me.

I called originally and thought I was getting a free months supply and it was a free trial offer for 14 days. I took that to mean that I could try it for 14 days and see if it worked. It did not and gave me terrible bloating and I gained 4 pounds. My credit card was charged and I must call my bank and claim fraud. I called and cancelled and demanded my money back but they just said, "too bad! you did not read the small print. Your bank will refund but they will have to give us the money when we send them the small print. I don't think so! You can buy the same product at Sam's Club for a 2 month supply for only 14.98. That is such a big difference. Please call your bank and CC company and demand they withdraw the funds as fraud.

I too tried the trial product and was told I would only be charged 1.99 for the shipping and then seen a withdrawl on my checking account for $39.95. I would have not bought another supply which I was not satisfied with and I want info about getting my 39.95 refunded to me which I didn't authorize them to take out of my account. They were to only take out the 1.99 for the trial sample

I also was overcharged on my bank card in the amount of 39.95 after I received my trial sample and paying 1.99 for shipping. I then went to my account and seen a charge for the 39.95 and I didn't authorize it and I want to know how do I go about getting my money back which they stole from my. Company continues to attempt to collect $39.95 for supply. Initial order for risk free trial and pay $4.95 for shipping & handling. Product returned. Called [protected] to cancel membership. Now a month later, still trying to debit my account for the $39.95 that the company says is my balance. The person I talked with to be sure membership was cancelled and product returned, did not say that I needed to do more to complete this cancellation. Today, 5/26/09, the Customer Service persons were rude and said I would be placed in a collection agency for $39.95 because that is my balance. A balance on a product that was I paid the shipping & handling to receive and return to them. This is such a SCAM! DO NOT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY WILL ABIDE BY THEIR OWN WORDS!

RISK FREE my ***! You actually end up paying between $ 50 and up. I ended up paying 79.95 cents due to the fact that I ordered the colon cleanse, as recommended. They automatically charge your card/account (even after I canceled my account) if you don't ***RETURN THE OPEN PILLS WITH-IN THE 14-DAYS.***** But they did say in an email to me when i canceled ...

We currently have tens of 1000’s of people taking AcaiPure, ColoPure, and Hoodia Burst Gum and getting excellent results. Most customers stay in the program for at least 4 - 6 MONTHS. You should take AcaiPure, ColoPure, and Hoodia Burst Gum for at least 180 days to get your weight down to healthy levels.

How do the expect anyone to know, how/if these pills will work if you on have 14 day RISK FREE TRIAL ? DON'T ORDER THIS PRODUCT! Unless you have money to BLOW!
