I received my Visa statement today and there is a charge for $44.85. I did NOT order this and I will not pay it. I was to be charged only for the shipping cost of $4.95 for a FREE sample of Acaipure. Today is 12/4/08 at 3:55 pm.
I have tried to call and am on HOLD for over an hour. This charge will not be accepted. What kind of scam are you into? I want a credit to my Visa and a confirmation of that credit by mail and I will not wait--I want that credit to my account now and the confirmation now. I simply will not put up with this. I too was scammed.Here, s what you do...take your credit card statement...call your credit card company and tell them you did not authorize the$44.85 from this company and that you do not want any further charges to your account.Taht takes care of it.

call your credit card company and tell them you did not authorize the $44.85 and that the company is a rippoff. Tell them you tried to contact the company but noone would answer due to high call volume.Tell the to not let any more charges from this company come through and put a red flag upif they try.They will dispute this claim and take the charges off your card.

I also was RIPPED OFF by this company. when i did get a hold of them about the overcharge of 41.95 the dumb customer service rep.said the two items was sent by mistake. MISTAKE ...do you believe that? He also said that when the product arrives ship it back and call for a RMA # and of course i cannot get through, I've been redialing that stupid # for three hours, and when you finally get half way through they put you on hold listening to that boring elevator music for an hour.Theres not much business in the world where you cannot get a representative to talk to. I too am going to my bank to have my card canceled they won't get another penny out of me.

My wife tried the trial sample and unfortunately I did not check the web site about all the complaints. They sent the trial sample and the next day my account was charged 39.95. We tried to call and cancel further shipments but FORGET IT YOU CAN NEVER GET THROUGH. They charged my account again and never received anything! I had to contact my bank and told them of the situation and they cancelled the card so no more charges will be applied and investigating the charges. You might have to do this! Still waiting for credit for the the shipment sent back.

Oh my- Me too. I ordered the AcaiPure and my account was hit for the 4.95 plus 15 days to the day hit for another 39.95 unreal. Well since last week I have spent over 150.00 in medical bills. That junk broke me out in hives over 90% of my body. 2 injections and a bag full of meds, and blood work next week you tell me is it worth all this. We have to pull together and put them out of bus. Any ideas I am all ears. The CSR is really full of herself. My bank is waiting for 30 days to see if I get my money back or not. I will go in tomorrow and show them all the comments of this web. Maybe it will push them to do something.

just had another charge from this company that I didn't authorize. The 866 # doesn't ring through or ring busy. It is a scam. DO NOT give this company your debt or credit # its a nightmare!

I also order the free (4.95 s&h) pure acai berry from performance health usa. I even returned the next supply, which I was not aware I would receive, return receipt and still have not been refunded the $74.76. How can this company get away with this? I just want my money returned!

CAN'T SOMEONE PLEASE HELP US!?

I ORDERED THIS PRODUCT ONE TIME FOR $39.95. JUST CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AND ANOTHER
AMOUNT OF $39.95 was taken from my account. I WANT THIS AMOUNT PUT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATLEY. I DID NOT WANT ANYMORE OF THIS PRODUCT (ACAIPURE). NOR HAVE I EVEN RECEIVED IT. DON'T WANT IT. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THE 888 NUMBER BUT CANNOT GET THROUGH.

I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED IT AGAIN! I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT YOU AT THE 888 # BUT CANNOT GET THROUGH!

I am amazed at all the complaints because the same thing happened to me. I was sent two other products and charged for something I didn't order. The lady did answer the phone but said the two products were checked. THEY check these items for OUR convenience she said and I was supposed to un - check them if I didn't want them. I DIDN'T EVEN SEE THEM! I want my money back! This is a CRIME!

BEWARE! If you are ordering a "free" trial item, company will ship additional items and charge your account without your authorization. Company does not respond to your requests to rectify and correct their error. They clearly break the law.

I totally understand where you are coming form I did the RISK FREE trial for 4.95 but i checked my account and I was charged 44.95 I tried to call them and all I got was a recording saying that they where to busy and then five mins later they told me they where closed and hung up on me. So I emailed them and its been three days and no reply yet!

I also order the $4.99 trial offer. After 4 weeks I hadn't received anything but the $44.00 charge and disputed the charge on my credit card. It has since arrived, together with 2 products I did not order. I am sending everything back to them unopened.

I was charged $39.95 for the free offer...two weeks later received another bottle which I thought was the free one, after opening it I realized I was charged $44.90 for it. I've been charged about $85 for one bottle that was supposed to be free. Wish I had read all these complaints before signing for a free sample. Shows, you get nothing for free. I can't get through to their web, I just get this complaint page and they won't take their phone calls. The recording just says they are all busy due to the popularity of their product, then it hangs up...These people should not be allowed to steal from people. If I had not checked my charges I would not have realized they charged me twice and neither was a $4.95 charge for free pills.

IF YOUR TIME IS IMPORTANT TO YOU, NEVER USE CAPITAL ONE CREDIT CARD. They are the worst in the industry! For the 4th or 5th time in a few months, they have put a hold on my credit card for no reason. It is so embarrasing! I am waiting in line to pay the cashier at a supermarket and the card gets declined. I know that there is plenty of money on the card, so I called the customer service number. Guess what? I am transferred to India, where I could barely understand the customer rep's thick Indian accent. I had to repeat my card number several times, then she argues that the number I gave is not a legitimate number. I said, "What?!" I am reading the card that you, guys issued me and I have been using this same card for years. Then, she puts me on hold for several minutes. Upon her return, I remind her that I am still holding up the line at the supermarket and people are starting to glare at me like it's my fault that my credit card is having problems. The service rep asks me to repeat the credit card number 2 more times, puts me on hold for 3 more minutes and then says that there is no hold on the card and for the cashier to try to run it again. For the 4th time, the store cashier runs the card and again, the computer screen says that the card is declined. I tell the service rep this, and she still insists that it is not on their end, but on the store's end. The cashier runs the card 2 more times. Same thing. I ask the service rep to be transferred to a supervisor and she says in "an-i-don't-give-a-crap" voice, "I can't transfer you until I exhaust all the troubleshooting possibilities. What are the last 3 digits on the back of your card?" I give her the number and she says, "That is an invalid code". Again, I shriek, '"What?! I am simply reading the back of my card and I have used this code and this card for years? What is going on?" She says (amused), "Hold the line..." Again, I was on hold for several minutes, then she comes back on the line and said, "I don't see any problem on the card. Run the card again... Maybe this time it will work." I ask the cashier (who at this time, is now glaring at ME), to run the card one last time. Guess what? Card is still declined and the phone goes dead!

How I ever fell for this ad is totally remarkable. Something should be done immediately to prevent this from continuing. With all these complaints and it still has not been resolved is not acceptable to all these people. I will call the banks security and try to resolve it if I can. Was charged also for 44.85 instead of 4.95. What a scam...

I WAS TO PAY $4.95 SHIPPING & HANDLING FOR A FREE TRIAL OFFER OF ACAIPURE. I WAS IMMEDIATELY CHARGED $44.85. THIS IS NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. I WANT A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY. I WILL NOT LET THIS SITUATION GO UNATTENDED. I DO NOT INTEND TO BE RIPPED OFF!

I, too, fell for the free offer with only the shipping to pay. When I saw the charge on my Visa bill, I immediately sent the merchandise back along with a copy of all the complaints shown on this website. I have asked for a credit to my account.

I was shocked when I printed out my statement and saw that I was charged $44.85 twice instead the $4.95 postage for the samples. This is a rip off and I will refuse the shipment if it ever arrives.

I WANT TO CANCEL ANY FUTHER MEMBERSHIPS OR SHIPMENTS. I WAS CHARGED 44.95 ON AUSTUST 23RD ON SEPT. 15TH 39.95 AN ON SEPT.30TH 44.90. I HAVE ONLY RECEIVES 2 BOTTLES OF ACAIPURE. PLEASE LET ME HEAR FROM YOU.

what you would have to do is call your credit card and tell them about it and they will investigate it. I was cheat in buying some tea like that also. But kept calling and called my credit card provoder and they sent me out some papers to fill out. Oprah probably dont even know whats going on.

I thought I read carefully, but I, too, neglected to unclick the buttons for the other items I didn't order. (and I'm an ENGLISH teacher!) I sent them a nasty e-mail, but of course, have received no answer. Can someone please let me know whether this company will continue to send items and charge my credit card? Do I need to call the credit card company or close the account? mm

I ordered a free trial bottle of acai pure tablets with shipping handling of 1.98. I was sent in addition a bottle of hoodia water and hoodia gum for which i was charged 40.00. Two weeks later i was charged an additional 39.98. I called the company only to get a recording and was unable to leave a message. Fortunately AmEx will dispute the charge for me.

I recieved a package in the mail with acaipure on in. I opened it up and relized that i did not order this. I have had my checking accout debited 44.80 on 9/10/08 and another 39.95 on 10-14-08. I sent this "stuff" back to you and you have not returned my money to my account. I would like some answrs as to how you got my account info and why, without my knowlegde you took money out of my account. How did you get this info? I am expecting to hear from you real soon and to also have my money put back in my account by the end of this week or legal action will be taken on my part for illegal practices. how dare you take money from me and send some kind of "stuff" that i did not order. please contact me at one at my e-mail address or you may call me at my home number at [protected] on tues., thurs. or sat 9a-5p. that you for your prompt response on this matter. I was also scammed by this FREE TRIAL. When I saw that Oprah backed this product, I wanted to try it. This company withdrew from my account twice for things that I did not agreed to just as stated in all of the complaints listed. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. I intend to contact Oprah's people to inform them of the scam!

I have trying to contact this company sinc I received the package withitems that I did not order. Thye never answered the phone, I also tried to send an e-m as instructed on the package to receive a rma (return Merchandise Authorization. Of course no such thing exists. When talking to an operator today, she insisted that I could not return the product becaus it was mailed to me on Sept 23. I told her that I was not ale yto contact them before today. She informed me that they still would not refund my. Thr resident of the company is making out like a fat rat. Just think of all the 40+dollars that he and the dompany is making. Never again will order anything on from any company that I know nothing about

THE SO CALLED FREE TRIAL FOR ACAIPURE WAS NOT FREE, MY DEBIT CARD WAS CHARGED $41.95 FOR WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE $4.95 SHIPPING, I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED THE PRODUCT YET! I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED, THIS TRANSACTION CAUSED AN OVERDRAFT ON MY BANK ACCOUNT AND I AM OUTRAGED!

I ordered a trial offer with $4.95 shipping. They deducted and sent products which were not ordered and charged $44.85. Acaipure has now deducted a further amount of $39.95 from my bank account and I definitely did not order anything, as they were told to cancel my "trial offer". This is unacceptable business practice.

Place and rec'd order for 1 Acai Pure Trail and 1HoodiBurst Gum 10/11/08. Received, however am unable to use product as causing stomach and intestional problems.
Wish to return the Hoodiburst Gum Order #1294692
Need delivery confirmation from shipping provider and an RMA number from Customer Care.
Am not able to find screen for returns and would appreciate your help on this matter. Thanks, Kathy Wojcik
