Continue to claim I owe them 168$ for something I ordered from White OverNite, which is a "company" that doesn't even exist anymore because it was a scam. But besides that, trying to work with them to get it off my credit has been a pain. They are extremely rude and unhelpful. I called just now to pay it just so I can get it over with, and she says she...

Access capital credit Overcharged

As many other reports have already been filed, I'll try to make mine as short and to-the-point as possible. During the summer of 2006, I signed up for a 'free trial' of White Overnite, and when I canceled, they told me I was still responsible for the scheduled delivery of the next shipment, which is SUPPOSEDLY $59 or so. I told them I don't want it but they wouldn't budge, so I called my credit card company and changed the credit card number. I was never shipped anything else beside the 'free trial' package.

In November of 2007, I receive a call while at work from Access Capital Credit, whose CSR proceeded to tell me that I'm in default for $115 and if I don't pay, they'll put this collection on my credit report. I don't like being threatened by anyone, so I told him to go ahead.

Last week (Sept 2008) I was going through my credit reports, which I do annually to check for fraudulent accounts and/or anything I may have overlooked, I noticed a collection entry from Access Capital Credit for $115 on my Experian credit report (thankfully, not on the other two). I submitted an online dispute and about a week later, received an email from Experian that they're going to erase it from my file.

Yesterday I received a voicemail from an Access Capital Credit CSR (who never bothered to tell me which company he works for, I had to call the number he left to find out who he was) and ignored it. Today he called again and basically said that they received the dispute letter from Experian and that unless I pay the $115 balance, they'll keep the item on my credit report. I told him the White Overnite was supposed to be a free trial and he argued with me and said it wasn't. Then he threatened to ruin my credit again, so I told him I'm not about to pay any money, and hung up on him.

I find it despicable that a company like Access Capital Credit / White Overnite can get away with screwing with customer's credit with an obvious scam. From what I understand, both Access Capital and White Overnite were founded by the same scam artist known as Joseph Cioeli. An Internet search on him yielded results about one scam or another. Guys like this should be sent to prison for a long long time.

Access capital credit fraud, threats to damage my credit

Access capital credit contacted Me in the last two weeks via E, mail, letter, and phone. I had no idea what this was about till I read there letter saying I owed Access pharmacy $124.00 The letter doesn't even say what I supposedly purchased.

I called them (on there toll line). I was treated fine at first but as soon as I told her there is fraud involved and I would not be paying them, She threatened to damage my credit report if I didn't pay. I hung up and called back to talk to someone else The same @$^*# woman answered so I hung up and called back and got a different woman that as soon as I said who I was Became very rude and threatened to damage my credit.

I found it interesting a company like this didn't have more employees to answer phones and how about a manager (never did get to talk to a manager, maybe they don't have one). I also find it interesting that the collector and the pharmacy have the same name (Access) both these companies are located close to each other. I'm very certain something illegal is going on.

Everyone beware and please report any problems with these companies.

If they do try to damage my credit I will be contacting the authorities.

Hi, I work at one time with that company, and all of there collection (or lack there collection skills) are questionable. For one UNLESS ACCESS CAPITAL CREDIT PURCHES THE DEBT THEY CAN NOT PLACE ANYTHING ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT. THEY ARE A CONTINGENCY COLLECTION COMPANY (meaning: THEY COLLECT ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY THAT ALLOWS THEM TO COLLECT ON IT.) Access Capital Credit cheats their clients (stating to them debtors have settle on one balance and tells the clients a low amount. That allows ACC to keep collecting after the settlement (according to what they tell the client is paid) (income which IRS nor the clients NO ABOUT. They are shady

Sincerely
X employee

I have acquired their services for the collection of my small claims judgment. They have been professional thus far.

I too have had the exact same experience with Access Capital Credit. Out of the blue I got this collections letter demanding that I pay them $124 for purchasing from a company called drugstores-online.com. The two companies are related because they both have the same mailing address. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and saw they have an "F" rating, so just added my complaint to the many many already filed there. In their response to my BBB complaint, they filed a letter full of so many lies regarding my communication with them, I could hardly believe it! Access's people are totally rude and disrespectful and should be fully investigated for corruption. Does anyone know where to begin to do this? I want to see them going down in flames!

thank you, because i was looking into it... however i got to their order form and aside from the "one-time membership fee" i scrolled down to where you enter your banking information, and it's not secure at all. don't trust websites that ask for your banking information on a non-secure server (usually an https or there'll be a lock by the url) because then it could be anyone getting your information. i'm glad i did more research and found this, and i will be doing more.

i would've called the autorities as soon as they threatened to damage your credit, for something that is fraudulent and especially if you have no idea what it is.
