Tina Williams has locked me out from the property on several occasions even when I have paid my late fees as well. She has placed my account in auto pay getting that payment and as well as my call-in payment with late fees. In Jan 24 like always my payment were late, but always paid the $345, this time trying to pay my account before the first of 2/24, I spoke with Tina Williams, while my co-worker was present to drive me to drop off the payment. Tina Williams advise me to place it in the Red Box which was for U-Haul truck drop box. I ask her why I could not place it in the door, she stated, to make sure she gets it in order not to get late fees. I ask this person why not in the door where it ask for it. She stated that is what she looks at first to check the trucks Well I did that why this manager waited days, before called me stated that she finds my money order in the wrong place and that she could not accept it, because it was late and now, I needed the next month rent of $300, + $35. +$75. I ask her why is that I place it where you told me, no a missing communication. Said no that's what you told us. Then she stated that she could not keep the money order, because I did not have that's month rent. So, I ask my daughter could she get the money out my account and go pay it so no other fees would be added to me. So, since 2021 I would tell her I was going to move, but never could get to it, but I continue to pay everything each month and years.

Before that the property manager remove from the system dropping my account in 9/23, I ask her then why you did that she stated it was by accident. So, she placed it back in the system, and I continue to pay. So, no other issue I would call in my payment from 9/23. After I gotten that corrected and enter into the #305, In 2/24 everything was ok. I start paying on line myself on the 1st of each month and continue to tell her I was moving, she lock me from the property so that I could not access my unit to move, So, I did not stress, because I had just RIP my sister/cousin and now have time to move out only to rent a U-Haul to move going over before the first of April 1st not pay another $300. My code continues to state It did not recognize my code. So, I left her a message and a note about it. Stated that was just another way for you to make me pay for next month. So, she starts being rude, telling me she was tied of this, and I told her I been tired of it and all the Tarrant, rude tone, and lies when I request to speak to someone other than you, this manger even told me she was the owner and she make all the decision. Told her that's not right, because you charge rent, one me and it's not even the next month I have 30 days, before the next month it doesn't matter if I'm late. I told her as well I can place my money order in the drop box dated the day before next month, she stated it was late, because when the office close and it's not in her hand it's late. So, on the March 31, taken video of the gate code, etc. and all other emails this property manager email me to TSSA. They got in touch with the owner when he would not even answer my two emails one in Jan/24 March 24. He finally answered when I handwritten a complaint to TSSA than lied about his inspection of what happen, between his staff. I could go on.

Oh, she even calls my job which doesn't have anything to do with me being a tenant with access storage off Buckner "I'm a tenant renting. He told TSSA that never happen, and the head office/boss vouched that's the truth. Now, I'm trying to make contact to get the refund and he advised me to let the manager know and she is rude as hell, After I had to make her cut the lock off my unit when she cut my lock and again tell a lie. I did not even talk about the rats. Lord just wants this to go away, Now, the sad part about this I can't submit this without giving a rate which should be zero,

Claimed loss: 1. April rent2. First truck renter March 30. 24 U-Haul $2073. 2nd truck $407.

Desired outcome: It should be more than what Jason Hunt is trying to have me settle for.$614. not what I had to pay for helping me which never happened.
