Quikr is a website that claims to help people buy and sell things online. However, I have had a terrible experience with them. They use sneaky tactics to get people to pay for their listing plans. They send fake leads to lure you into buying their paid options. Once you pay, you realize that those leads were all fake and there were no real customers trying to contact you.
They even go as far as sending you real-like names portraying as your customers, and tell you to buy their paid options promising to provide their contact numbers. As soon as you pay, they tell you that those were just promotional things and you will receive customer contacts in the future. But the contact details of the ones which were sent to you prior to your paid ad listing are not possible to provide you now. This is very frustrating and it feels like they are saying "go FCK OFF. You've now paid us. We don't care." To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. Nobody replied after I submitted my complaint.
But that's not all. They are greedy and will do anything to get more money from you. They send your contact details to their private calling team who then calls you to upgrade your listing plan and send them more money. They even contacted me via WhatsApp to get more subscription money. When I spoke to the representative about my bad experience, she cut the call and blocked me on WhatsApp so that I don't make any further calls or complain about the service and ask for a refund for the paid amounts.
In conclusion, I would not recommend Quikr to anyone. They are not worth it for any genuinely paying customers. Just use their free service, and that's all.

But, every time, Quikr guys never showed up, nor did they call to cancel their arrival. I had to call them every time to find out what was going on, and they always gave me a new reason why they couldn't come. It was frustrating, and I wasted so much time waiting for them.
I even sent emails, but all I got was a polite "sorry, but actually we don't care" response. But, the worst thing they did was to give my mobile number to another Quikr buyer who was waiting for the treadmill that they brought to me by mistake. The buyer called me on Quikr's behalf to coordinate a pickup time from my apartment, but once again, Quikr guys never showed up. He spent three hours at my office on the last working day of October convincing me to pay Rs. *** for the package, promising that it would be activated the following day at the latest.
When the verification team called me to confirm my purchase, I told them that I had bought a deep cleaning package with a minimum of 5 leads per day. However, Mr. Raju called me the next day and asked me to agree to basic cleaning instead, promising that he and Mr. Yadgiri would change the keyword to deep cleaning and above Rs. 3000 within two hours.
I refused, asking for written confirmation via email. Mr. Raju continued to plead with me until I finally relented. When the verification team called me again, I agreed to basic cleaning, assuming that they would change the keyword as promised.
I already had 270-280 leads on my other company, Scrubble, registered with mobile number ***100. Why would I need to purchase another package for basic cleaning?
Since then, both Mr. Raju and Mr. Yadgiri have not answered my calls or messages. Even Mr. Raghu from the verification team, who called me after my last email complaint last week, has stopped responding.

However, my experience with Quikr was not a pleasant one. Firstly, they rejected my job posting due to some "restricted words" without even telling me which words were restricted. After that, they asked me to pay a small amount of INR 200 for the job posting, which I did. But, even after paying, my posting was still blocked. So, I had to call their call center and wait for half an hour to get my job posted.
But, the looting didn't stop there. I waited for a day for applicants, but instead of getting applicants, I got messages and pop-ups on my ad asking me to pay more for applicants' contact numbers and details. They were asking for INR 899 for 100 candidates. They even threatened to block my ad if I didn't pay for the applicants.
I was frustrated and told them that I had already paid for the job posting, so why was my ad getting blocked? But, they gave me excuses like "restricted words" and "company policy crap" and refused to help me.
In conclusion, my experience with Quikr was terrible. Companies like Quikr and OLX are getting dirtier day by day and just want to loot their customers. I would advise everyone to stay away from them.

When my car wasn't sold after a month, I asked for a refund, as promised. However, Mr. Baig's response was quite rude and unprofessional. He told me that I wouldn't receive a refund and that there was nothing he could do to help me. He even laughed at me, which made me feel even worse.

Not refunding my money
Quickr executive called on 14th May and promised to help to modify my ad and will give daily updates on the leads for selling of my business. I paid INR 2551 and bought their service for 2 months.

rto services not delivered even after 16 months
I had applied for quikr rto services online. It was about re register ing and transfer from goa rto to pune rto
I paid approx 47 k online to a payment link and was provider a receipt.
My documents were collected from the door steps and a date was fixed when my car was also verified at the pune rto.
Till this stage it was fine. And this is trace able in sarathi/vahan .
But the fees pending is taking enorm oud time to clear and quikr is not able to solve this pending issue even after collection full payment from me 16 months back. I think they are not release ng the payment else they have cheating me an amount of 47k yearly.
If any body tracks by the application no, any sensible person can trace the fraud and cheating. Quikr needs to compensate the entire amount with interest plus give damar age charges claimed.

Under this service contract, Quikr was supposed to share genuine business leads to Cybrowse Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The pack order ID for this contract is - SVC388934COM336576HYD00103SFT
The details of the contract is provided below::

Services: Website Development (under Software Development Vertical)
Tenure : 6 months (180 days)
Amount Paid: Rs. 10000 + 18% GST = Rs. 10360
Service Activation Date : 22.02.2019
Service End Date: 21.08.19
Committed no. of leads: 30 per month or 180 leads in 6 months (I have mail from their official email ID of their representative - uruj.ansari@quikr.com
Total leads delivered during the period of contract: 5
Quikr Sales Representative (Mr. Uruj Ansari) had assured that we can expect about 30 leads per month for 6 months (total 180 leads expected/ committed by Quikr in 6 months). The total number of leads delivered by Quikr during this period was just 5. And these 5 prospects were not looking for any Website Development Services (or these were fake leads).
Intermittently (at least 3 times in 6 months), we had registered our concern with the Quikr Business team regarding poor quality & poor number of leads and every time their representative assured us of upgrading the plan to ensure more/ quality leads. Finally, after 6 months of substandard/ poor services, Quikr representatives called us to renew & upgrade the contract with additional payment. We were amazed to see their shamelessness.
We were strictly against additional payment to this fraud company, as we had already burnt our fingers by paying them Rs. 10360.
Frankly speaking, we have been cheated & fooled by Quikr team. We would like to get 100% refund of our hard earned amount paid to your company.
We have full belief in the legal/ judicial system in India and we are sure you will take extremely strict action against the Quikr team, which is into minting money by fooling small size businesses across India with this business model.
We will expose them in every forum wherever we get a chance. We have audio recording of Mr. Uruj Ansari agreeing to the fraud where he admits pressure by company seniors for such false commitments to the customers to get the contract.
Please help.

So if you’re going through this get help and get your funds back.you can thank me later.this helps get you back on track.
