Ace Flare Account by Meta Bank review: Locked card for no reason 4

Yes I had cashed my insurance cheack at ace on shelby drive and elvis presleyt here in memphis and half of my refund was placed on my ace card that the young lady gave me. As I was shopping using my card wheni tired to purchase a item my card kept getting declined. When I called they stated thatit was some fraudulent actions on my card. I told them when I called that it was me using my card and told them where. Next minute I know after verfying my address the man told me I needed to send a copy of my idenity to get my card unlocked. So I faxed and emailed everything from bills idenity and more so I can get my card unlocked. They always had a reasonon why my card couldnt get unlocked now for almost four weeks I have been waiting on a check from them that has not even been in the mail, on top of that wheni told them I was in the process of moving due to theylocked my card and that was my rent money they had no remorse but they gave me a tracking number that doesnt even work through the postal services to check to see when my check is coming. I need help and your company has held my money for almost a month leaving me and my family homeless due to a card that was locked for no reason at all I wasnt even called or even sent a text that my card was locked. This is not right and just cruel and will like to know when will your company send my check or what?
