I am still waiting for the manager at Center, TX to contact me about my complaint about several employees who treated me like dirt, when I picked up my lawn mower and it wasn't repaired as requested, on10-26-2023. One employee was very rude, and told me to move my truck and trailer, because I couldn't park in front of the office! (The gate was closed at the back of the location, and I would have had to back out into a highway. I told the counter rep, and he said nothing! I specifically told them, when I dropped of my lawnmower, that they should check my battery, because I had to charge the battery before I loaded it on the trailer. The battery was not checked, or replaced, and would not start to load on my trailer. The same rude employee told me I needed a battery. I told him to jump the battery off to start it, because I didn't want for him to replace it, because I already told him to check the battery when I arrived. I paid my charge ($170.00) and left, quite did-satisfied with my treatment. I called the manager several times before I was able to speak to her and told her my story. She told me she would talk to the employees and get back to me. That was Oct. 26, 2023; today is [protected], and still no response! She promised me she would contact me, WHEN?
