I wend to Ackermans at the pick and pay sentrum today 04/01/2024 at 12h10, as i wanted to buy clothes for my 8 year old dauhter, i needed a lady to help me as i'm not so clued up with ladies clothes.
I asked a lady not sure about the name...Lerato or something to help me with ladies clothes...i could see she did not wated to help me and only directed me to the ladies clothes, i said that i need help with clothes for my daughter, she came but i could see she did not feel like it...i was looking around and asked my daughter is she liked something while the employee phoned someone with her cell phone and said she has phoned her before and was expecting her call... completely ignoring us...as i asked if there are anything else for my daughter, the employee said that she could see that my daughter does not like the clothes that we(me) was showing her, again she concentrated on her phone and ignored us, at that time i got irritated with the lady and told my daughter that we must leave, i told the lady at the entrance that i am going to complain about the service here and left.
Wend to Matlosana mall and bought R 3000 .00 worth of clothes at Mr Price.
Not going again to ackermans. I don't want anything but you are loosing customers because of your employees attitude and no loyalty to their work. Again of of those that if they don't have work...they promise to do everything and give everything to have it...when they have it...nobody matters but them and their workplace does not matter anymore.
