Good Evening, I bought shoes, the barbie high top shoes size 7 from jabulani mall branch attended by cashier Thando Ndlovu which costed R239.95 and bought using my account card. Upon arriving at home, checking the plastic and wanting to fit the baby the shoes. The shoes were no were to be found. To my surprise I did not go anywhere or put the plastic down upon my shopping except for when I got into my car. So my conclusion is the shoes were never packed from the 1st start. It’s also clear that the security didn’t check properly as she just roam the eyes on the plastic and signed. Please attend to this matter on your side as I’ll also be going back to the store tomorrow to deal with this matter. My contact details are [protected]

Good Day. I sent an email last night to send a complaint. I went to the store and I got the shoes. The cashier apologised and I understood. I’d also love for you to also not tackle the matter anymore and do not punish the staff as they’ve apologised. I get that we all humans and that we sometimes make mistakes. They apologised, showed remorse and were not hostile.
