I am extremely upset with Ackerman’s I have called your so-called “customer service” people but they just tell me they can't help I must sort it out myself.
My daughter bought me a gift voucher for R1000 but they sold her tokens or something like that. Ackerman’s is now taking the R1000 without fixing the problem and is stealing!
She does not even know what tokens are meaning I know she would not have bought the wrong thing. Nobody now wants to help me fix the problem. I am not going back to my daughter because she is working and under enough stress.
Note she bought them in Durban and I live in Boksburg so they must stop telling me to go back to the shop we bought them from.
I need these tokens changed to gift vouchers as originally requested. It’s a lot of money. I have been to your Facebook and nobody even comes back to you on that either.
I don’t want long stories I have been with Ackerman’s for years now so treat this customer with respect and fix the mistake on your side.

Good day!
My daughter bought me a voucher for my birthday. I just came from Ackermans in Carnival Mall and they told me it's not a voucher. It is a betting voucher.
I have never heard of a betting voucher and that is not what she bought. I don't want to contact her because I don't want to upset her but I am very upset now.

I tried to use it at Carnival Mall now and they said I can't use it, it is for betting. I don't bet and it was not bought to be used as a bet.
Why and what is going on?
Do the people selling the vouchers not know the difference or do the people I gave the voucher to not know their work?
Please can I get feedback asap? This is not acceptable. Nobody I spoke to knows what this betting voucher is about.
