To whom it may concern
I'm writing this email with a broken heart, after the treatment I got from the lady who was assisting me.
I bought a Tablet (Premio Tab 8.1) at Ackermans Golden walk(Germiston) on the 26th of August, it then started freezing, I took it back to the shop today, the lady who was helping me asked to see my Tablet I gave her, she checked it after some minutes she told me that she is coming I must wait for her, of which I did I waited for her for 45 Minutes. When she came back she told me that she don't see anything wrong, the person who was selling me the tablet was supposed to tell me that the tablet is 3G and hence it's freezing it is slow. I then asked her what should be done now because now 7 days hasn't passed but already the phone is freezing, she told me that it can't be fixed nor get refund or exchange. I spent my hard earned money to buy broken thing from such a big company and then be treated the way I was treated infront of other customers, is this how customers are treated at Ackermans?. I need an assistance with this matter.
