I started the voucher process on the 29th September, I chose a gastro meal, I supplied the 3 dates as requested, none of the dates were available as the restaurant only catered for the voucher sun to wed, ( there was no mention of this on your website,) then I tried to swop the voucher but couldn't as there was an issue so customer service helped with that, ( the only good part of my email) I then emailed on the 2nd October with my new dates and of today the 10th October I have not heard anything back, ( 8 days) I have emailed twice since and keep getting the message someone will reply in the next 2 days,
I received this voucher as a Christmas present from my Son, and so for the whole process has been a disaster, no communication, no dates confirmed, I have only requested afternoon tea at revaluation, it should be a straight forward process, I cannot understand why it is taking so long. Perhaps the reviews are correct, my voucher is due to expire on the 12th December, so why not keep the customer waiting until after the expiry date, money in Activity superstore pocket win win for them.
Desired outcome: I would like my voucher date confirmed, afternoon tea at revaluation Darby. Voucher number REX10055028
