about pf withdrawal
Dear Sir,
I am an Ex employee of Adecco India . I was working in L & T Kansbahal .My Employment code was E11343. On february 26, I resigned from this organisation. After that I have refilled the EPF form for withdrawal my money . So I sent the filled form with attachments of bank details to the Bhubanswar Adecco office. But still they are doing nothing. So kindly take this matter seriously and resolve this problem.
unethical behavior
The company contacted me after seeing my resume and offered me a job. Sent me the job description and asked if I was interested in working from home for them. Stated my pay, but did not once tell me that I would have to pay for anything. Upon starting work they told me that I would have to buy iTune cards as to activate my software and programs. I said no where did it say that I would have to do this. They said that if I wanted to work it had to be done or I wouldn't get paid. Well needless to say I did so. Now over three months of purchasing the cards they said I needed. I have not received my pay which they stated was quite large and me spending a lot of money for the cards I have not received my pay nor have I received any materials. They would have me sign up for different products such as ring central and bitcoin. I was constantly contacted by the Human Resource personnel as to when I would get the cards necessary to complete this. I have all conversations with this company and they are to many to post here. I feel stupid for continuing to purchase the cards as I know now there is no way I will ever see the money I put out back. I have the documents of all conversations and iTune cards purchased, but I am not able to download them here it doesn't accept them in the format.
iTune cards! LOL, sounds like a scam, HMRC in the UK were asking folk to pay taxes with iTune cards! Apple dont even pay taxes in the states as ofshored! LOL
denial of work
On Friday, I was called by an employee about a job in Basingstoke, a Drinks Analyst role to be specific. I told her that I was waiting to hear back from other roles I had interviewed for, and she said to ring back once I did hear back from them. Today, I call her back as instructed to find she is denying the entire conversation ever happened, and if that wasn't bad enough, she is refusing my calls. When I tried to apply for the post on the site, it kept telling me a field that doesn't exist contains content which posed a security risk. Needless to say, I will never work with Adecco again.
office staff behaviour
On 18th April 2018 i was called for interview by email at Dr Fleming Road office in Barcelona, Spain. Email did not contained full information about directions or Map about office location. I sent reply to Adecco to provide me that which transport will be near to the office and other associated information, but i never got any reply from Adecco. Hence, on...

no feedback from interview
Good Afternoon,
3 weeks ago I went for an interview which was secured from the 'Romford' branch of Adecco.
I never even heard back from Adecco even though the company said I would hear back within a couple of days.
I can appreciate I didn't get offered the job but to not even hear back is a disgrace, I chased this up 3 times and nobody could be bothered to provide any feedback.
Can you advise
please ignore this, they have now come back to me.
discrimination/unethical behavior
I am complaining on an adecco staff member in particular, her name is meagan morgan. she is still currently with the adecco staffing - west chester pa

My complaint is she placed false information in my work profile from a previous temporary assignment that I held with adecco from 2015 that is still currently having a negative impact on me being selected for current jobs throughout the company. I have been told by several recruiters that she placed in my work profile that I walked off an assignment in the middle of a job and never returned without any communication on my behalf which couldn't be anything further from the truth. I had a family emergency with my son and didn't learn about it until I was on lunch. I immediately contacted meagan via voicemail and email letting her know the circumstances in which I had to leave work during lunch and advised her it was an emergency that could not wait and I had to go out of town and wouldn't be returning as at the time I had no idea to which degree my son was injured as he was in surgery at the time and I could not reach his father. I still have a copy of the email sent from 2015 which I have had to furnish to a couple of recruiters just to get an interview on two of the positions through adecco but have a slew of which I had never even been contacted back on due to this discriminatory false information placed in my file by this particular employee and have recently been passed up on an interview with the company that her particular adecco office resides in when I scored the highest on the prove it exam and had an excellent interview and feed back on and I honestly believe it was due to this discrimination brought on by meagan morgan as she tried to block the interview before hand stating my previous employment assignment through adecco with ctdi didn't end well or favorably when the circumstances where out of my control and I did what I was suppose to do as an employee. I have a copy of the original email sent to her and furnish it at anytime. I personally feel this behavior discriminated upon my rights under equal employment opportunity laws and would very much like for this matter to be looked into asap.
Sincerely,
Shawnteva bonner
application process
I applied for a part time job at the passport office in Newport, Wales. After having completed the online tests and very lengthy filling in of forms, I submitted these on the 15th December after receiving them from Jamie at Adecco on the 14th December. I then receive a email at 5.30pm on Friday 4th January from Hayley Hall (Central Support Hub) informing me that my claim which I'm assuming is my application was not submitted as it wasn't completed within the role deadline. Please explain to me why this is the case as it was submitted the day after I received the email! I would appreciate an answer to my question. Also I had to scan over 6 months of my bank statements to Jamie could you let me know what you intend to do with this information as I would not like this to get into the wrong hands.
recruiters at adecco
My name is Brandy Pearson, I came in for an interview November 30, 2017 on a Thursday. Waited for my drug test and background to come back which I passed everything. December 5th is when I heard back because I TOOK UPON MYSELF TO CALL BACK SINCE I HADN'T HEARD ANYTHING! The job is for Sephora in Olive Branch Mississippi. Ok, she told me to go in that following Monday to work! Monday comes, I drive out there for the people at Sephora to tell me I WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE THERE, SOMEONE AT THE AGENCY SUPPOSE TO HAD TOLD YOU NOT TO COME BECAUSE WE HADN'T GOT THE CLASS SCHEDULED FOR NEW PEOPLE! OK...IM PISSED! My recruiter who I'm suppose to stay in contact with name is Brandi Smith, she works at Adecco on Shelby Dr in Memphis Tn. I email her and tell her why no-one told me not to show up she says; someone should have told you...YES SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO HAD TOLD ME! Every since December 5, 2017 I have not been to work and it is now December 23, 2017. I've emailed this woman and SHE HAS NOT BEEN RESPONDING! I worked with this adecco site 123 E Baseline Rd Ste 104, Tempe, AZ 85283 for years since 2011 and never had any issues until Nov [protected] with a contractor recruiter and her manager. Sadly to say both was very unprofessional. The contract recruiter act like I did something wrong when life things happens. On nov 13 2017 I left my home in enough time to make it to work with extra room just in case something happened, unexpect an accident happen while on my way to my first day. I email this contract recruiter letting her know what happened and no respond back. I get to the job and she tells me we filled your position and there isnt any more room in the trainning class and she will contact me later that day monday nov 13 2017 to see if there was room on tuesday nov 14 2017 . Also she proceedes to tell me about a job at Shutterfly also how that starts nov 14 2017, and she said she will forward my resume to that recruiter that is handling that project. Sum everything up I submitted back to her email and no response. I reached out to the recruiters of shutterfly twice no response. I reached out to this off manager no response until I called today Nov 14, 2017 and she was very unprofessional as well as her contractor recruiter, As many temp agencies I have came across I have never been through any unprofessional like this to the point I'm writing and seeking a higher up person with this company. I sent friends and family to adecco for jobs after this never will I send anyone or will I work with this company because your saying its okay for people that you hired to be unprofessional and rude.
Do you use the applicant data entry program at that site? I designed it way back with a group in 1988-89.
everything
Adecco is the worst existing recruitment agency. As my company (the “Client”) did not have a headcount for my role, they sought for Adecco’s (Dubai branch) services to act an employer. Adecco took ages to agree on the contractual terms between the Client and themselves. I was subsequently contacted by the Staffing Team Manager, who never bothered to explain how the process works in the UAE (bearing in mind that I was moving to the UAE for the first time and wasn’t familiar with the system). I sent her my documents and had to do so again as she claimed never to have received them after several days. Amongst those documents were a copy of my passport and my birth certificate. I have a Mauritian passport and a British birth certificate. I then received a call from her, during which she said “why did you lie that you have a Mauritian passport?”. I was very surprised at her statement. Why was she making such a statement when she had the passport. Let me explain. On the birth certificate, you could find my name as the new born child followed by my mother’s and father’s names and their respective countries of birth. Your Staffing Team Manager was stupid enough to read my father’s name (bearing in mind that the difference between my father’s name and mine is the letter R and he was born in Mauritius). How dumb can someone be to read the father’s name instead. In her defence, she said “three more people in my firm have checked it and have come to the same conclusion”. Clearly, all the people that you recruit have no logical sense and are brainless. I knew that was the start of a terrible journey with Adecco. After a few days, she sent me the employment contract issued by the UAE Ministry of Labour. As expected, she didn’t check the letter before sending it to me. On it was written my nationality and passport number. Shocking enough, the nationality written was Mauritania instead of Mauritius. I called her to say that the nationality was wrong. She had the guts to be persistent and rude, saying that it cannot be changed. Dear Lord, these are two different countries; she had no clue! She was British Asian and if that happened in the UK, serious action would have been taken against for her lack of professionalism and incompetence. I was then assigned a staffing consultant from some other European country. More issues cropped up; for instance he was refusing to drop by my medical insurance cover. Adecco was being paid by the Client to carry out all of these tasks. I wasn’t supposed to travel from Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) to the Marina (please note that no travel expenses were being paid). As a recruitment agency, the staffing consultant was supposed to check on me and ask for feedback from time to time (which obviously never happened). I was asked to fill in a timesheet every month. There was a clause in the contract whereby UAE laws would apply for leave. As my contract was initially a 6 months’ contract (which was then extended for another 6 months), under UAE laws, if the contract is a 6 months’ period or less, you do not get any leave that is your salary gets deducted for the day that you do not come to work. Prior to the start of the contract was randomly written the number of leave days that I was entitled to but the contract was so poorly drafted that this contradicted the clause about UAE law applying to leave. Coming back to the timesheet, I was asked to submit it every 27-28th of the month and hence, in each timesheet, a few days of the previous month had to inserted. I wasn’t paid for the remaining days in November when I was paid for the December salary. As I was travelling, I needed the money. The finance team decided not to credit for those days as it made his job more complicated. What kind of defence is that? Subsequently, I was assigned a new consultant, who was far from fluent in English. She never followed up on what was happening. The agreed contractual termination date of my contract was the end of March this year. Surprisingly, I got a call from the consultant asking for a resignation letter. Why would I write such a letter when the contract says otherwise? Clearly, this reflects a low level of professionalism. Does she think that I was stupid enough to make such a statement? Why would an international company like Adecco employ such worthless people? She was sitting down and getting paid for doing nothing. Under UAE laws, one is supposed to pay the salary and end of service gratuity when the contract terminates which is the last working day. They forced me to sign a piece of paper which entailed that I have received all dues (when I hadn’t been paid all dues yet) on the grounds that I wouldn’t be receiving any dues if I didn’t sign. In addition, the Client paid Adecco for extra luggage allowance for me; they took the money but claimed that this couldn’t be done on Emirates website which was a lie. They were clearly dealing with some dodgy travel agent. Adecco also refused to make the airplane ticket booking on the day that I requested for which was a Saturday, claiming that their consultant doesn’t work on weekends and wouldn’t be able to drop by my passport which they claimed that they had to keep with them as a matter of policy. Why would Adecco need to keep my passport until travel day? I was no abscondee but that’s the way Adecco made me feel. The Client’s human resources manager had to intervene and asked for the passport to be handed over. No other company in the DIFC or the UAE is as rubbish as Adecco. Clearly, it needs to review its procedures and policies. Adecco probably deals with lay persons and the consultants can easily misguide them and make them sign all sorts of papperwork but I wasn’t one of them. The issues mentioned above were certainly not the whole story; Adecco is worthless; at least in the UAE.

Adecco found me a position at Google. after 2 successful interviews, they sent me for a drug test which was successfuly complete and the result was negative. I was supposed to start training on May 1st, then it got postponed to May 15th and because of that they said i have to redo the drug test so its recent. this time the result became positive on marijuana substance. since i was 100% positive that i have never smoked in any kind in my whole life, i did research on what might be the cause and i found out that the allergy pills that i take had anti-histamine in it which is also in Marijuana. I called Adecco and explained about the situation and asked to be retested or take a sample of my hair instead. they refused to do so and because of this i am losing this great life changing job opportunity. so at this point i am denied employment for something that is false and Adecco is not willing to help. please help me in this matter. Thank You

I was supposed to start a temporary job in passport office in January 2017. The whole process started at the start of October 2016. The senior consultant had ensured me that after the clearance and delivering all the documents the job is mine. Whatever documents she required I have delivered it and at the start of November they have started the clearance with steria. She said it will take some time and in December she should contact me when I'm all cleared and ready to start a new job. I was working in one company for over 5 years and it was a big decision for me to change a job. She knew all my doubts but stayed in touch with me until December and I was looking forward to a change! At the end of December I phoned the recruitment agency and couldn't even speak to her! Someone on the phone told me that once I'm cleared they can move forward! It's February 2017 and I haven't heard a word from them! Whatever happened on the way I wish at least they would have a dicensy to contact me. They are ignorant and unprofessional!
I applied for another job which required clearance and after a week I have been all cleared so I know the problem was not the clearness. So once again, avoid it all cost if you don't want to stay unemployed and unsatisfied.

To follow up on the email below. I received a call from Kim Almond (not sure about her last name), who said she is the regional operations manager. She left a message on my home phone saying how valuable I am as an employee of Adecco, blah, blah. She left her phone number to call her at [protected]. She was going to be in meetings between certain times, so I could call inbetween. I called at a time when she said she would be out of a meeting and got the answering machine. I left the number for the phone at my desk at work and said I would be there until 4:00; Kim returned the call at 5:30 and said she would be in meetings at certain times the next day and I was to call her between the meetings. I thought this was rather strange – why not just call me at my desk, rather than having me try to track her down between meetings. I did not call her back, but waited a day or two and in the evening called the number and asked why I had to be chasing her down, why could she just not call me at my desk when she was out of her meeting. She called me back in a few minutes and said how she was going to look for an assignment and again, the blah, blah about the importance of their employees. The last thing Kim said was that she would gather the information and talk with me the next day. That has been over a week – no phone call, no email. And by the way I have still not heard a thing from Alicia for whom I have left four messages to return my calls commencing December 9.
Alicia finally returned my calls; she left a message on my home phone, knowing I would not be there. I left her my phone number at work on the numerous previous times I called; it was interesting she chose not to call me at work. She actually had the nerve to say “we’ve been playing phone tag”, when the facts are, she chose not to return my four messages for over 2-1/2 weeks.
I don’t understand how this company stays in business. Kim said to me that they have been having problems with recruiters returning calls and that part of her job was to correct that situation and here she is not bothering to return a call as she said she would. This is really pathetic.

I have been working at a company where I was placed through Adecco since July (this time). My assignment here is over at the end of the year. I need to continue working, therefore I have been trying to make contact with someone at Adecco who can place me at another assignment. This has been going on for a week. On Friday, December 9 I called the main number for the St. Louis Park, Minnesota office and told the person who answered the phone why I was calling. I did not know who my representative would be; there seems to be a really high turnover at this office. The receptionist told me I should speak with Alicia, don’t know her last name. Since last Friday I have called four times, asked for Alicia four times and left four messages. She has yet to return my call. I do not understand this way of running a business. Twice when I called I asked the person who answered the phone if there wasn’t someone there I could speak with as Alicia was not returning my calls and was told everyone in the office was busy. How do you stay in business if no one will return the calls of the people who are working for the company and generating income.
I have had this same problem previously with Adecco and it continues to this day. I cannot understand how someone can be so busy that they do not have five or ten minutes to return a call to someone who is looking for an assignment. Isn’t that what this company is supposed to be in business for; to place people in working assignments where they will generate income for the individual and Adecco?
I just checked my messages at home and there was a message from a Sher or Cher, wishing me happy holidays. She left the office number; I have been calling for the last hour and the phone just rings, no one ever answers, an answering machine does not pick up. This is in the middle of a workday – how do you people stay in business?
I have to register with another temp agency as no one at Adecco will return my calls – how do you people stay in business.
Still have not heard from anyone with Adecco since Alicia left her message at home after almost 3 weeks and 4 messages.
lucy/adecco 4427 w kennedy blvd ste 100, tampa, fl 33609
I recently moved to tampa from new jersey and i contacted adecco staffing hoping they could help me with my employment needs here. I worked for adecco several years ago in the past so i was familiar with them. I worked as an administrative assistant and several other temporary positions that included customer service in a corporate setting. The past few years i worked in a different unrelated industry due to my life's circumstance but wish to return to office work. I sent my resume to a person named leslie and did not hear from her at all so when i followed up at adecco i spoke with a very rude person named lucy. She told me my resume was not good at all. Any of their clients would not even look at it. I sheepishly said.. "well yes, i have not worked in the office for a few years and for that reason i just created a functional resume without dates showing what i have done" "i am up to date on all my computer skills and would be happy to take any tests as well if they wanted me to. " she said to me " well you may test well but you have no experience here to show.. I could never send you out. " i said "are there any entry... " she interrupted me and said "you are not listening to me... I am trying to explain to you and you just will not listen.. " well, i had enough of her. She was rude, disrespectful and there are many other professional candidates that are unemployed that could do her job professionally. I would not recommend adecco to anyone i know. Lucy represents adecco very poorly.
overall incompetence
I have been contracted through Adecco for about a year now, the experience has been horrible - from the beginning to right now. I should have seen the writing on the wall when they gave me the wrong time for my interview. Thankfully I was not the first interviewer they had sent over and my now-company was very understanding, saying that they had given all of the job seekers the wrong time, despite my company trying to correct it multiple times. They also quoted me the wrong amount for my hourly pay, so I was disappointed when I received my first pay check and discovered it was quiet a bit smaller than I'd been anticipating. as much as I love my job now, if I'd have known the actual wage then, I doubt I would have accepted the offer.
Multiple times over the past year I have had my paychecks missed. I have had to call and email every time for multiple days just to get a response. And when I do, no one ever knows what's going on. The worst example was when I had a missed paycheck for three weeks and was unable to get in touch with anyone despite leaving multiple voicemails and sending tons of emails to all the contacts I had. They eventually called me back and 'apologized' that it had taken them so long to get back to me, saying that all of my voicemails were going to a phone they didn't use...i had been calling the number listed on their website and every employees email signature, so I find that very odd.
Perhaps part of their problem is that they cannot seem to keep anyone employed. In the year that I have been with them I have had at least 5 or 6 different account managers come and go. At this point I have no idea who my point of contact is.
The most recent example of their incompetence was just this week: my job offered me a promotion. Adecco contacted me and let me know and I told them I had several questions before I accepted. Instead of answering my questions, they emailed my contingent labor group and told them I accepted, without ever even contacting me back! It took me two days tp get through to then again that I needed my questions answered before I could accept anything. I received one email saying they would look into it two days ago, and since then not a word, despite me attempting to contact them via phone and email multiple times.
I know these people work on commission... I've worked on commission before too so I know the appeal of quickly closing a deal and moving on. However these are people's livelihoods that they are messing with.
I still haven't been able to give my company a straight answer, and it's looking like the promotion I was offered might be off the table soon, all because Adecco was unable to pick up a phone.
Needless to say I am EXTREMELY disappointing in this company and will be informing everyone I know to steer clear. Being a manager at a call center I had worked with many different temp agencies before, and none of them were even close to this level of failure.
unethical behaviour
I was told by one employee of Adecco that I was to be hired with a company as a receptionist, but as it turns out, they really want all of us to be CSR's for a company that is so mis-managed it's not even funny. All Adecco cares about is getting their bonuses for placement of staff into companies. When I went to Adecco on two occasions to explain how unhappy I was, the manager told me that it was a mistake on the part of her co-worker, that I was offered the receptionist position, but it was her that called me and offered it to me. So she threw her employee under the bus & blamed her for the mistake, even though SHE was the one who offered it to me on the phone. When we have gone to Adecco to express our concerns about where we've been placed, Adecco told us how hard their jobs are, and that if we (my co-worker & I) think what we're doing now is hard, then we would never want to work for Adecco. They literally told us how hard it was working for Adecco! Also businesses in the city of Cheyenne Wyoming, are letting the community know that they prefer not to use Adecco as a staffing agency, including the State of Wyoming, because of the 'poor quality' of people they've been sending to businesses. Of which Suzanne, the manager of Cheyenne Adecco told us, "...and my job is also hard because businesses call me angry saying 'where is the employee you told us was coming today?', and I just don't know what to do. I can't control if people don't show up, but it makes us look bad". Maybe Adecco of Cheyenne needs to take a look at how they do business before they blame external things for their many problems. Additionally, the website for Adeccousa.com has only 2, count em', TWO jobs listed for the ENTIRE STATE of Wyoming! How?
rudest service i've ever received
I've worked for a lot of agencies, Adecco is by far the worst most unprofessional and rudest company. They were cold to me from day one, couldn't work around my schedule on asssignments, when I was friendly to the girl she got angry and slammed the phone down on me. They told me to call them and never called me back. My advice to anyone is to not use them, they will take advantage of you, I should have never gone to work for them and it's ruined my life. To management: stop hiring people who coast through their job and hide behind a desk, stop treating people like dirt just because you're "protected" and think you can, and stop abusing people's good natures to make money. Horrible company
