On 12/28/23 I received a parking violation in Buffalo, NY, invoice #2332879. On 1/2/24 per instructions on the parking invoice, I paid the total amount due of $47 online. On 1/2/24 I received an email confirmation that payment in full had been recieved by Admiral Enforcement. On 1/3/24 I observed that $47 had been charged to my card 3 different times by Admiral Enforcement rather than just once. On 1/3/24 at 9:00am I called the Admiral Enforcement phone number listed on the invoice and left a message regarding the unauthorized charges (left both the invoice number and my phone number) asking someone to return my call to resolve the situation. On 1/3/24 at 4:00pm I called the same number and left the same message. Becuase I had not received a return call, on 1/4/24 at 8:45am I called the same number and left the same message. On 1/4/24 I also went to the Admiral Enforcement website and sent an email with all the same information and requests. On 1/5/24 I left yet another voicemail with no response. I am now at this point.
Claimed loss: 2 unauthorized charges in the amount of $47 each for a total of $94 were made to my card
Desired outcome: Please refund my card in the amount of $94 for the 2 unauthorized charges that were made to my card by Admiral Enforcement . Please also send me a confirmation email that this request has been seen and rectified.
