My experience with Adornmonde's jewelry hasn't been great, to be honest. I've had three earrings break on me, not once but twice. They did replace them for free, but then they broke again. It's really disappointing considering the high prices they charge. The quality is definitely not up to par (it's actually pretty low). Even though their pieces may appear fancy and expensive, don't be fooled. I would advise you to be cautious before making a purchase.
Disappointing Quality, Terrible Customer Service, and Late Delivery: A Horrible Experience
The items on the website looked really nice and shiny, but when I got them, I was shocked at the quality compared to the price. It's way too expensive for such low quality, and that was my first disappointment. Then, when I tried to put on the earrings to see how they looked, one of them broke! It's so fragile, and I handle my jewelry and accessories with care, so I was really surprised when the base of one of the earrings came off, as you can see in the attached photo.
But that's not all. The customer service is just terrible. My order arrived way later than expected, and when I emailed them to ask about it, they didn't respond at first. I had to leave a comment on their Instagram account, and only then did they finally respond. And guess what? They kept blaming me for sending an email to their promotional email instead of the one for customer service. But here's the thing, the confirmation email for my order clearly stated that I should contact that email for any questions about my order! It was a complete mess and a horrible experience that I definitely won't go through again.
