My name is Jean Harden. I live at 19 Foxtrot Drive, Parkton NC 28371. I am contacting you because I am at my wits end with your company. Back last year I received a box from your company. I thought it was burglar alarm of some type. I opened the box and it was some type of medical alert. I did not even take it out of the box. I called your company and stated that I did not want or order it. I asked for a return label. When it came there was a box to return it in. I never took it out of the box, just put the return label on the original box and sent it back. I am still getting bills from your company after 5 months and I have called over and over but am still getting bills from you. The last on was marked Urgent and threatening to send me to a collection agency. I had thought about seeing if I wanted to change alarm companies but there is no way I would switch for free. Everyone I spoke with has been rude and dismissive. The account number associated with this mess is [protected]. Surely someone there has enough general bookkeeping knowledge to handle this. I find it hard to understand why it has taken this amount of time to handle such a small task. I have threatened to send this over to our Attorney General but honestly I think he has more important things to deal with. Please handle this so I do not have to take further action. Oh yes by the way I have banked on the fact that all your calls are taped for training and to ensure customer service so if you don't want to take my word for it that's fine. Listen the calls and you will hear that what I telling you is true. I hope you will be able to take care of this for me and yourself.

I am writing hoping that you can stop these bills from coming. Back last year around October or November, I received a box from you. When I opened it I found a medical alert inside. I called you and requested a return label. When I got it there was a return label and a box. I left it in the original box, put the label on and sent it back. I have been getting bills from you ever since. The bill is for $15.49 and the account # 1495007. I call every time I get a bill. The last one threatens to turn me over to a collection agency, This is long past ridiculous and needs to stop. I do not have the time or desire to mess with this mess. Feel free to listen to the recorded calls. I really hope that you can find someone in your company with enough sense to cancel this out. I would not get an alarm with your company if it were free. This device was never taken out of the box nor was it activated so I hope you can see that I never have nor will I owe you any money.
