Please know that a lawsuit is shortly behind these emails wherein your client will not accept or receive my phone call or complaint. My father is going on 80 years old with a heart condition and your representatives have completely taken adGentlemen:

Quite a few months ago we were sold an ADT Security System by a company in town calling itself "Safe Streets" and convinced us to drop our present Alarm system company and they could get our system thru them about $50 a month cheaper, and that they would take care of our present company and to not worry about any balances owed, that they would take care of it - "Not to worry."

Well, that all turned out to be a fraud...after having your system put in over our present system and just placing your alarms next to our existing alarms it has become a mess! We are too old to fight these young guys with the silver tongues, all the promises made to us by installing your system fell by the wayside and now they have turned us over to a collection agency for a years worth of ADT monitoring when our present alarm people, Brinks are actually the ones monitoring our system and yours is sitting in the corner unplugged and gathering dust.

The camera they put outside our door does not nor never worked and isn't even there, lest it be stolen. It was worthless, the guy put it where you couldn't see who was at the door, I have called several times on this and I am ready to get Three on your Side involved to complain about your fraudulent sales practices taking advantage of old people who are also handicapped...I am 78 years old and in a wheel chair - I am getting ready to yell my head off before I have a damn heart attack from the frustration of it all.

I have chosen, of course, to stay with my pre-existing system, PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE COME OVER HERE AND REMOVE YOUR SYSTEM FROM OUR HOME!
