I recently transferred my ADT service in Aug 2023. I was promised a $100 gift card. I never received the card and when i called to inquire in Sept 2023 I was told by a rep that it was sent to my email on Aug 28th. There was NOTHING in my email which i explained. Then i was told by the same rep it wasn't sent and she would resend. I received nothing. I called back and a different rep told me the same thing. He even went as far as to give me the promo code which i entered while on the phone with him. System said invalid. He left me on hold for 10 mins only to come back and tell me he can't use the code anymore because it expired and he couldn't give me another one. He offered to give me a $100 off my bill. I told him i wanted the GC and to transfer me to a supervisor. I spoke to Ruddy (supervisor) on 9/13 who told me he would look into it and call me back in 24 hours. Today is Sept 18th and I have not heard from anyone at ADT and when i call I am on hold for at least 10 mins then transferred around until finally the phone disconnects. ADT should be ashamed of the scam they are running!
Desired outcome: I would like the $100 card as promised.
