I am writing ADT to file a complaint about my Business Service at location 8000 West Blvd, Plantation FL 33388—account number [protected]. I have been a customer with ADT since 2019. I paid for service at this location; the last payment received on this account was 8/10/23, and the subsequent amount was supposed to be automatically deducted on 9/10/23; however, my history with ADT was suspended on 9/6/23, and no one can give me a reason why the account was suspended and also the payment was received and not due until 9/10/23. Meanwhile, my business location is not receiving monitoring, which I have paid for already. I am not getting any answers when I call ADT other than they can not find the account using my account number, and I am being told that my account is inactive even though I was charged for the service. I have attached my credit card statement showing proof of payment. I am asking for someone to assist me in getting this matter resolved because I am not getting any assistance when I call ADT as I am being told no account is coming up under my account number, [protected]. Even though payment was received, I am asking for help to resolve this issue to get services back monitoring the location. If ADT will no longer be watching this location, I am asking for a refund because I should not be charged if they are not monitoring my area. Desired outcome: Why was my account suspended? Even though payment was received. I would like to have my account restored and like to have a solution for this to not occur again. I need help to get this issue resolved please.
