Prior to December 2023, I had Blue by ADT for 3 years with 3 years contract and was charged less than $40.00. There was a new promo that was going on I had spoke with a gentleman who helped me, he told me that told service with equipment was going to be around the same amount or close to it. As I told him I am on a budget and cannot afford anything expensive. (everything should be recorded on you guys end). Then of course I signed the contract as he was talking did not realized and read it through as I should have. In January, when I notice 2 different payment came out of account, I called and requested to speak with manager, no one ever called me back to explained the situation of how I was misinformed when the total bill included equipment was going to be $40 or close to it. never got a call. Same thing in February, I called ADT, request, never got a call. now March is here and have not gotten a call or this problem fix as I was misinform of the new billing situation. I would like for this to get resolve. As this was happening I was still being charge BluebyADT when I called and canceled that back in December and called in January. As of yet I have not received a returned label to return the equipment. I am unhappy with the lack of service of getting an email, or call, even the return label for the equipment and want all of this to be resolve.
Desired outcome: I want what promise , that is the reason why I signed up for the new ADT program or else I could have stood with Blue by ADT by rep states that was gone.
