First off, excellent customer service! Everyone was professional, well-mannered and detail oriented. Thank you to Dusty and Jack for coming onsite to ensure that we knew what the plan was from start to finish! To us, customer service means everything next to doing good work. No hidden fees, quick service and fair prices. You cannot go wrong with Advance Exterior Renovations! Highly recommend.

top notch service from quoting to installation. Starts from the top. While quoting for the work, all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I did not feel I was bothering them at all with all the questions I had. Same goes for the installers. Installers were professional, courteous. I would highly recommend their crew, the company as a whole for the work they do. My job was having two doors replaced.

AE renovations replaced our old windows and patio door and were incredible. From the quote to the installation, we were communicated with consistently and treated with honesty and integrity. The installers worked around our five year old daughter, dog and 2 cats with humour and kindness. They left my home cleaner than when they arrived, and we couldn't be happier with service and product we received. I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently hired Advance Exteriors to replace some of the windows in our home and we could not be more pleased with their product and service. They took the time to explain their product and installation to us at our consultation. Their Crew was excellent during the installation and took the time to tidy up both inside and outside. We will definitely call Advance Exteriors when we are ready to replace the remaining windows in our house.

They have really fast response time with pricing, invoice, questions, etc.

I had some minor issues with the installation; but they quickly took care of my concerns. They may not be the cheapest, but you pay more for quality!
I will be doing business again with them next year for new shingles.

This was my third project with the company so far. (Door installation, shingles, other exterior work)

Advance Exterior Renovations were very prompt in replying to our request for an estimate and provided this in a timely manner. We worked very closely with the team from start to finish. The entire organization is very professional and workmanship is of high standard. They were very diligent in cleaning up after each day's work and the finished product looks GREAT! I would not hesitate to recommend AER to anybody requiring exterior work on their premises - definitely no disappointments.

Advance Exterior Renovations replaced our roof recently. Totally amazing experience! Absolute professional and amazing response time from the initial call to the completion of the job. This staff from the people in the office to those in the field from start to finish were truly polite, and quick to respond, more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Even the end of the job the driveway and yard was left clean neat and tidy! The great workmanship is reflected in our new roof! We highly recommend them!

Advance Exterior Renovations did an excellent job with respect to the installation of siding at our residence. Their service is very prompt and professional and the work was completed to a very high standard of quality. They went the extra mile by identifying a step flashing issue with a previous roofing job and provided me with pictures and a technical explanation of the problem so that I could speak intelligently to the roofing contractor so that I could get the problem corrected. I would definitely recommend them for your siding needs.

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you, Joel, Kevin (and I can't remember the other fellow's name...sorry) for the excellent service and workmanship you all provided. The delivery guys were great also.

The roof looks really great and Joel was exceptional the way he explained his answers to all the questions I had. I completely appreciate his patience and all the little technical details he shared. When I look at a roof, I no longer see just shingles. I can see some of the little details, that as typical homeowner, would be overlooked. My neighbours comment on the great job they did and I tell them to give Advance Exteriors a call when they are ready to do theirs.
