I really like ASP, use ASP in cojunction with CCleaner and Superantispyware, among the three they catch just about anything. Use ASP as my primary once a week other two bi-monthly.

I have been 20 plus days struggling with windows crashing repeatedly. I would have to reform, reinstall, you name it. Extreme struggle. If this fixed my issues then I am VERY happy

I didn't realize what bad shape my computer was in until I ran the ASR diagnostics on it. What a mess but the program, while a little pricey did a great job. Computer never ran better.

As I had not realized that my subscription had expired and was finding unusual errors occurring, so I am relieved to have been able to renew and restore my computer to its optimum capacity.

A very good, thorough cleanup utility. Too bad they sold me the hobbled version in the beginning. Now they constantly bug me to buy the upgrade. Problem, mom doesn't give me the $$$ for the upgrade.

Good luck getting the subscription canceled. I had to block payment at the bank to turn it off. The website and emails are useless to get unsubscribed. Also, the charge is $30 for 3 months! Ridiculous!

I work with pc's allot. I am constantly trying something new to make windows run smoother. Windows should "fix itself", but so often it does not. That is one reason I like this software so much, it works!

Love the program! I use it with other virus/system programs (never relying on just one resource) and ASP always picks up items that are missed by my other resources. Never had a problem with the product which is constantly updated to stay current.

The ASR tool was easy to use. The tool found lots of issues and cleared them up. I recommend that people try the tool. A Subscription is required; however it is for 3 months a time... if you don't like how the tool works you can opt out after the first subscription period

Had difficult time with download; made contact with Tech service; everything hunky-dory now. I am really not PC proficient--didn't realize the magnitude of my system's problems. Will try to determine how efficiently and effectively your service works. Will get back to you later!

I have not used computer yet since it just finished repairing it but as far as the products capabilities,attention to detail,it went through everything it was doing or going to do with me,far surpassed anything I've tried or seen before,was refreshing to watch how it scanned and fixed issues with detailed information,Thanks Justin

Personally I think you guys do incredible work and based on what I have experienced so far I will continue to be a loyal and satisfied customer I read some negative reviews online however I don't think they were talking about you guys because I also saw that you are affiliated with the ComplaintsBoard.com so that pretty much guarantee quality service

Advanced System Repair has been keeping my PC up to date and healthy now for the past year. My computer has been running very well, very fast, and the maintenance on it has been kept up perfectly since I have been using Advanced System Repair. It is very informative and I cannot find a better product out there that keeps my computer running so well.

The software greatly enhances the performance of my computer system by removing malware, junk files, and security threats. The only thing that drives me crazy is the constant popup that, for $19.95 prompts me to upgrade. Advanced System Repair software works fine in conjunction with Norton Software and Windows Defender. It would be nice to be given the option to stop the constant pop-up advertisement. Other than that, 5 stars for great software.

Very kind and brilliant people work here! Mary helped me - she was great. She fixed something that couldn't be fixed by others. I had been unable to login for 3 days! Nothing helped! So glad that I was given a link to ASR and really glad that Mary handled my problem...something like 15 minutes later, it was fixed - she even explained what had been wrong! So happy and will be switching to them - leaving AVG - they used to be good - now all they want to do is upsell. So grateful! Thanks again Mary!

Words cannot express my satisfaction with this program. My wife has parkinsons and relies on a touch screen to operate her laptop, about a month ago the touch screen became inoperative. three weeks of fairly intensive research and attempts on my part to resurrect the screen touch function to no avail. I verified that the touch screen worked flawlessly in EUFI/BIOS mode. To make a long story short, i went out and bought my wife a new replacement laptop so she would not be deprived of her communications and email and then i spent a couple of day with the old laptop back in my office. After two days and going through the steps I had taken earlier, I was about to call uncle and just used it with a mouse and take it out to my shop for duties out there. I happened up a conversation on the internet that mentioned this programs and i decided to give it one more shot, this is not just a driver update program, i repairs many components of the system as well. After running the program I unplugged my mouse and rebooted the laptop. It came up quiclky and MY TOUCH SCREEN WAS WORKING AGAIN! Thanks to this company for a great product. You just closed a dispute that I had and I was waiting for the company to pay me but they have not refunded my card and its been 10 days. Everybody knows it does not take 3 days tops for your account to be credited. So basically they have lied to you and me.

I cancelled this back in November ...they had charged me twice in the same month from 2 different websites...They took $42.97 out of my PayPal account on Feb 19th 2021...I see that it is a reported scam! Please help. Here is the order ##*** from Paddle.com inc.

I bit advanced system repair about 9 months ago to help fix my computer. After using it the first time there was a recurring payment after 3 months. So I emailed their support and asked to remove this recurring payment because that is how it said to do that on their website. I just received another email that another thirty bucks has been taken out.

On 2/25 I was on my computer when Advanced systems repair sent a pop up. I canceled the pop up and on the next day I saw a charge by a company called Paddle for $53.44 on my credit card account. I did not who Paddle was and canceled my account. I later found out Paddle worked for Advanced systems repair. I then notified by email that I did not authorize the charge and to cancel the order. I did not hear back from them even after I informed them I am a 83 year old totally disabled veteran.

Repeated billing to now a total of $137.94 as follows: $29.00 on 12/17 and previous billings back to 9/15. I never asked for this software; it just appeared 3 months ago. Incorporated in CA on 10/30 and located at business address Newport Coast Dr. Ste 502, Newport Coast, CA they have questionable business practices and employ a foreign company *** with HQ in Great Oakley in UK to do their third party billing. I can see there have been 40 previous ComplaintsBoard.com complaints. The CEO is Cashier M, 6324 San Joaquin Plz, Newport Beach, CA 92660. I have asked for refunds from Paddle without successful results.

Advanced Systems repair advertised their product to be a safe and effective software to keep your pc up to date and running smoothly. This software has done damage to my pc requiring I send my pc to repair shop to have it repaired. Contacted Advanced system repair and maid them aware of this situation. Told them I wanted my money refunded as I am already out the cost of repair, and wanted cancellation of my subscription. They replied they would forward my request to their billing department. Made no mention of my request for refund. They also use a re seller known as Cleverbridge, addressed 350 N Clark, Suite 700, Chicago, IL 60654. Only wish to secure refund, and make sure of cancellation.

Hi, Advanced System Repair charged me $43.59 for a subscription I'm sure I didn't request. I used their product once, paying $43.59 on February 9. The product was fine, but I stopped using it and removed it from my PC. Today, May 9, they charged me again, and the payment was processed by paddle.net. I'm upset about the unexpected charge and their lack of contact options. I've requested a refund and subscription cancellation but haven't heard back yet. I'm posting this complaint to ensure I get my refund and prevent future charges.

fI searched for a problem with my computer's operating system. It would not allow addition of new devices. The Advanced System Repair company came up, to repair my system. So, on 2/4, I ordered Advanced System Repair and Privacy Guard with Advanced VPN. total of transaction was $53.94. The program ran a scan, found issues and implemented repairs. hmmm. On 2/6 my computer flashed message that there were still repairs necessary, and when I pushed the fix button, it flashed that I needed to upgrade to Advanced System Repair Premium. Another ***, again it ran scan, again same problem not solved. I then sent request for refund. Refund not provided, advised to install program in link in Email. I did. The very next morning, another issue found and could be cured for another amount of money. Transaction 1 receipt No.[protected]-[protected] Receipt No. 2 [protected]-[protected]. No response to second request for refund 2/20. Reading this company's track record, i'm complain

I ordered a trial from this business. I cancelled that trial. The business decided they did not care that I cancele and charged me for a subscription. Not once, but twice and is now threating to bill me for a service I do not want I do not use and I have arbitrated twice now with *** to lose! and told them to not charge me that I will contact ComplaintsBoard.com and *** but I keep losing! I want my billing information removed from this scam site. They cannot keep billing me for something that I have requested several times to STOP, have fought twice for the illegal billing activity and now on February 12 they will charge my *** illegality AGAIN. *** illegal billing arbitration Case ID: *** Nov 11,2019 and august 11 Because *** is not helping me and actually allowing these illegal charges to be processed I am asking for your assistance before they charge me a third time, on Feb 11, I have no other contact to try to stop this company from stealing from me, 3 times!

Although my contract with Advanced System Repair was cancelled, the firm keeps on billing me.Various attempt to reach them by email demanding refunding and confirmation of stopping future *** remain unanswered.
