I'm writing this review to share my experience with AeroBase Group. We, Kerryton Enterprises from India, recently made a purchase from this company. Our point of contact was Victoria. We initially ordered four units, but we specifically requested them to send only three units first. We wanted to confirm with our client before proceeding with the fourth unit. However, to our surprise, AeroBase Group went ahead and sent the fourth unit without our approval. Unfortunately, our client rejected the fourth unit, and when we approached AeroBase Group to return it, they refused to take it back. It's disappointing that they disregarded our instructions and then refused to rectify their mistake.

So, let me tell you about my experience with AeroBase Group. I had a little issue with them, you know? Darren Rodney, this guy I was talking to, promised me that he would replace a missing piece that I never even got in the first place. I mean, come on, that's just not cool, right?

We had a bunch of conversations and exchanged a bunch of emails about it. But guess what? He totally went back on his word! Can you believe it? He said that his team told him that I had to order and pay for a whopping 10 pieces, and they wouldn't even give me a price break. Like, seriously? Who needs 10 pieces when I only need one?

I wasn't about to let this slide, so I asked to speak to a manager. And you know what this Darren guy said? He said he was the manager! Can you believe the nerve? So, I asked for his supervisor, thinking maybe I could get some actual help. But nope, he said he didn't have one. Can you imagine that? No supervisor? That's just fishy, if you ask me.

And get this, when I asked to speak to the owner, he had the audacity to tell me that there wasn't one! He said he was the guy in charge. I don't know about you, but that sounds a little sketchy to me. I mean, who runs a company without an owner? It just doesn't add up.

Aerobase Group reached out to me via an RFQ process regarding a part that they claimed was in stock. They assured me that the part had a "fresh tag," meaning it had been recently certified. They requested that I wire the funds and informed me that the lead time would be 7-10 days. Shortly after purchasing the part, I received a message from Starleigh, who informed me that the tag on the part was actually from 2004. She explained that in order to obtain an updated tag, the part needed to be sent to a shop in Canada. Naturally, I inquired about the duration of this process, but unfortunately, Starleigh never got back to me.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to reach out to Corey, her manager, 11 business days after placing the order. To my dismay, Corey revealed that the part had not been assembled and therefore, Aerobase could not fulfill the sale. This revelation came a whopping 11 business days after I had made the initial purchase. Keep in mind that during this time, I had already informed our end buyer that the product was being recertified, based on the information initially provided to us. I explained to Corey the urgency of the situation, as our end buyer was waiting with an AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situation. However, Corey informed me that he was unable to locate the part. We managed to find the part in Canada, but at a higher cost. Despite the clear errors made by both the office and warehouse workers at Aerobase, they were unwilling to bear the financial burden of their mistakes.

In an attempt to escalate the matter, we requested to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, all we received was a voicemail stating that a refund check had been issued. It is worth noting that no offer was made to refund the wire transfer fee or to wire the funds back to us, which is how they had initially received payment. Who knows when the refund check will actually arrive?

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Aerobase. I intend to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and other relevant organizations to ensure that potential customers are aware of their gross misconduct, dishonesty, and their refusal to provide satisfactory customer service. It is clear to me that they are 100% at fault in this situation.

I gotta tell ya, I had this real good experience workin' with Toni Feliciano from AeroBase Group. So, I was lookin' for this part for my Accutemp, right? And let me tell ya, Toni not only found that part for me, but she got it to my school real quick! I mean, talk about excellent service, am I right?
