I applied for a loan a consultant calls to say I should go to the nearest branch because I qualified for branch offers. First the consultant I spoke to at the branch made a nasty comment that I was fat according to my id. Then he had a problem with the way the consultant who captured my details it was incorrect then he had a problem with my employers name. I ignored all that till I received a sms stating I should submit documents I told the consultant I did that yesterday. I called the branch where I submitted my documents the consultant then said its out of her hands I should contact the people who is dealing with it. (still same company). I then called and the consultant says they did not receive it I should go back to the branch.. The whole point of doing it online cause I cant leave my job to go up and down I already did what was required. They then transferred me to another consultant which said I must remember im not the only one there is a high volume of applications. Not in a suttle manner I mean how many consultants is there I was told it was approved now the consultant tells me it was approved for the application and she does not know if it was received and she cannot transfer me to anyone cause there is no one according to this consultant. Please provide clarification as to where my documents are as this is an awful experience. Customer care not helpful its a disgrace to speak to a client in that manner.
I applied for a loan. Followed every step and procedure. They then sent me a message to say i should submit documents which i already did. I called into the branch. The consultants at the branch then said i should contact the people they contracted in or something. I called and they said they did not receive anything..the male consultant by the name of Mose Daniels who assisted me made nasty comments with the way i look according to my ID i got fat and asked what happened to that girl. Then he had a problem with my name stating that its spelled incorrect by the person who took my details, then he had a problem with my payslip and my employers name. I let that go but then this morning 2 consultant's i was in contact with gave me 2 different answers and mentioned im not the only one who applied. There are many applications but mine was received as of yet. I would like to know where my personal documents are and clarity because this disgusting behavior for staff who works in a customer care environment
