I received my loan statement this morning, I also see that my statement indicates that I am in arrears with my account.
I have sent many mails every following up but with no response from anyone at African Bank.
I am still waiting on feedback regarding the payment that was sent to FNB, I do not except to be informed that I am in arrears with my loan account.
I would appreciate feedback as soon as possible.
