- We have not access to either the data or cell time on the SIM card
- When receiving a call; it simply goes into voice mail
- When making a call on Whats-Up = "could not place a call. Make sure your device has an internet connection, and try again"
I have been on the pone daily with Afrihost support to resolve my problem. I am promised that I will be contacted. To date, problem remains and no one calls me as was told. Shocking support and service. Moving away to another ISP.
