I have been trying to get my issues resolved for over 9 months now . I have sent numerous emails and they go unattended and unanswered. I am paying a monthly fee for Fibre service into my home/office, I pay for 500mb Download and have *NEVER* achieved this speed. I have logged *MULTIPLE* calls and *NO-ONE* from Afrihost can resolve the issue. I have had OpenServe send 4 engineers to my home, they have run tests using their RasberryPi devices, multiple DLink routers and they have proven and confirmed the line feeding into the house is 500mbps.My Router is a high end gaming router capable of speeds up to 1gb and have been using this speed over this router previously at my previous home. I log calls but the Service Centre want me to do the trouble shooting ... I cannot as I only run MAC in my house so no PC's. I call and speak to a Sir fibre manager and he tells me im not telling him the truth and says im lying. I call reception to help and after over 90 min on the call being transferred back and forth , I make no progress in get this resolved . I ask to speak to a Senior Director and am blocked by the receptionist telling me , the directors don't have telephone she can share . All I want is the SPEED of 500mb that I am paying for ... not a difficult ask ... Call me on [protected] and SEND an engineer to my home DONT ASK ME TO DO YOUR JOB AND TROUBLE SHOOT , I pay a service to Afrihost and expect, DEMAND, you fix this . This is not the end of this matter if left unresolved
