Overall we had a good experience with Agility. *** and his crew were extremely hard working, very polite, and took pains to make sure furniture was placed as we wished. The office-support was also very efficient, although they really do notify cusomers only a day or two before the move to confirm the exact day, and the 4-hr pick-up window was 4:30pm-8:30pm! The crew put in considerable effort to work late that night and finish up the next morning, then drove to our new location (over 2 hrs away) and entirely unloaded in order to fulfill the original two-day pick-up and drop-off schedule. While the pace made things more hectic, we greatly appreciated their getting us moved out and into the new place so quickly. In terms of pricing, we were charged quite a lot over the estiame despite an accurate inventory, but in fairness the inventory can underestimate the size of furniture (e.g. is a desk 2 ft wide or 4 ft wide). I would give 5-stars if not for the timing issues; otherwise, a decent, reliable, honest company.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. They deliver late despite confirming with you that they would make their window. They called Tuesday to say they'd DEFINITELY be delivering on Friday (the end of the window but still in their window). They then called back saying it would not be there until the following week. They thought $250 was fair compensation for my inconvenience, a mere 2.5% of my total bill. This was a complete joke. I have family coming in to help my wife and I unpack nothing and they think inconveniencing 5 people is worth $250. Not to mention that their movers dropped and destroyed a dresser and gauged my wood floor in the process. They dropped my dining room table in the street. Absolutely awful experience. I usually steer away from 1 star reviews because I always think they come from disgruntled people with no legitimate gripe. This experience has been unlike anything I've ever experienced. Moving again in 3 years and I will NOT be hiring this company. Please do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.

Very happy with entire process. Denise was always available when I called the office for updates prior to move. The 3 gentlemen who did the actual furniture moving were very professional, polite and hard workers. They treated me so nicely and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. I really appreciated their extra effort.
The entire experience was as painless as possible, especially considering that moving is a major pain. Tom, Denise, and Shane were all very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Our movers, Antonio & Elli, were extremely trust-worthy, professional, pleasant, efficient, and hardworking - absolutely amazing! From start to finish Agility Van Lines, Inc proved to be a totally positive experience. John presented us with a fair quote for our move from South Carolina to Connecticut. Upon arrival in SC, the men did an outstanding job wrapping and preparing our furnishings for the trip. Due to the pandemic, they were masked and properly prepared for safety. We had occasion to speak to Denice regarding arrival in Connecticut and she was more than helpful, polite, charming and knowledgable about our questions. *** and the other man (I am remiss that I can't recall his name) arrived in CT again masked and properly prepared and carefully unloaded our belongings. A slight mishap occurred...a loss of a small part of a Grandfather's Clock...which *** retrieved and promptly mailed to us. Honestly, I cannot say enough as to how pleased I was to work with this company. Thanks to them, everything is safely in place. We have moved many times and this definitely was the best moving experience. We are more than happy to recommend them.
We were moving out of state. Agility Van Lines was the most efficient and professional company to contact us. From step one to our final unloading, we had nothing but positive experiences. We had three very polite, neat young men who worked very well together to accomplish the move. They were very quick and efficient. They took great care in wrapping all of our furniture completely so that nothing would get damaged. It was a two day move and when we reached our destination, they unloaded everything, put it right where I wanted it and nothing was damaged. They left the job very clean and everything picked up. I would recommend this company to anyone.
I initially worked with Tom & he was very helpful in compiling my list of items to move. We had to change add/remove items & that went without any issues. Denise was instrumental in making sure everything about the move went smoothly (Very high props to her responsiveness & making sure we were satisfied). Very professional packaging everything arrived intact. Shane even accommodated us with removing our laundry room door so that the dryer would fit. (This is not part of the service). We were very pleased & would highly recommend Agility Van Lines. Easy to work with & responsive. Also, the actual movers (Al) helped us with items that we were moving on our own & offered recommendations how to package & load items. Very professional.
Agility Van Lines is a very professional company that was a pleasure to do business with. From the initial call, Iwas very well taken care of during the entire move, John worked with me to price the job, Denise was available to answer question and the actual movers did an incredible job wrapping and moving our possessions. Moving can be stressful Agility worked hard to eliminate the stress.

I contacted Agility Van Lines because they are small and family owned and had positive reviews online. I chose them after working with John - he gave me a fair quote and an education about moving costs/options. Alfred and his 2 men arrived on time and in spite of packing taking far longer than anticipated, he and his crew worked well into the night to get everything loaded. The fact that packing/loading took 16 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5...this was exhausting and stressful as the day/night wore on because you still have to supervise/be available. Arrival was on time and unloading at 2 locations handled very well. Communication was great throughout and everyone was friendly, professional and respectful. The crew also wore their masks responsibly. Costs were reasonable and I had confidence that my belongings would be handled by the same crew and in the same truck...not usual when dealing with large national companies/larger trucks. I recommend them and would use them again.
We moved long distance from Connecticut to Florida. Steven, Orrin and Chris took great care wrapping and protecting our large and expensive Furniture. Arrived for delivery and they brought every thing in and unwrapped it in the rooms the furniture belonged in. Very proffesional and personable. I would highly recommend Agility Van Lines to anyone who wants to move. Many thanks to John as well dealing with our "Hiccups" during the process.
John was awesome to work with. I like how he educated me on the contract. No one really reads the contract, you might skim through it but I'm glad he took the time to point out key items in the contracts that I received. There were so many hidden cost that I would not have known had John not helped me go over it. I really appreciate the time he took to educate me in order for me to make a informed decision on a moving company. I highly recommend Agility to anyone who is planning a big move. John is really good with follow and I appreciate is response time.
This company was very professional. They wrapped all my furniture in clean moving quilts, wrapped it in plastic and tape. They were very careful not to damage anything. I had three young men as my movers and they were very friendly, neat and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
Daniel and the crew did a great job both during pick up and drop off, in our move from Illinois to South Carolina. Communication was great and they were punctual. Also, John at the office did a great job with the quote and explaining the entire process, what to expect and what is/is not included in the quote. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend Agility to anyone! We did have some less than favorable experiences with other "reputable" companies that also had me renting a U-Haul and doing this all myself. Thank you Agility.

I would give them a 80%. They were courteous, except for their bathroom habits. I had to clean up after them. They did not pack any of my paintings which were included in the inventory list I gave to company. We knew it all might not fit in the truck but we did expect them to pack everything since we paid for it. The move from town to town was a 5 hour drive. They did not get to my house to pack and load until 2:00 pm which meant they were working until 10:00 pm. Due to laws they were unable to start traveling until 10 hours later which put us working in the dark again. Only this time it was raining. So workers had to stop until lightning quit and was safe. Keep in mind that I had packed at least half of the house. I was told by owner not to pack anymore because I was paying for materials, etc. Stopping was a huge mistake since they started so late in the day. Again, the men packing, loading and unloading were gear. However the management does not consider the people who are moving. Therefore, I would not use them again.

I went from FL to SC...I was very nervous to say the least as i was told by so many what a nightmare it is to use a trucking service and with so many calling me I was overwhelmed. Prices ranged from crazy high to low.. " There's a reason"
When I called and spoke with John he was very helpful, still Not sure I continued to look and came back when I did my homework and he was correct, they were fair in price, friendly courteous and patient. Once set up Shane and Denise kept in touch to get things done. They explained how all worked.There was no misconmunications and they were Happy to answer any questions. They even did a follow up!
Pickup went smoothly and so did delivery, Alfred and 2 Guys were Pleasant, friendly and did a Great job. I will say I did myself bubble wrap a few pieces of furnture and they also blanket wrapped. Boxes were packed and ready to go... Furniture in Perfix condition and I have to say I have not unwrapped my boxes yet, Don't hear any Clinging or sounds of broken items...

My husband and I were completely satisfied with everything from initial phone call to waving goodby to the movers. John was available by phone or text for any question or concern. Denise in the office was always pleasant and helpful when I found it necessary to call. Once all the arrangements were made to rent the entire truck, rather than worrying about itemizing each and every box and article, it greatly relieve the thought of leaving one of our precious things behind. *** made the final arrangements for the truck, driver, and two other workers and theyGarth, the driver, and his two companions were on the way from Fort Lauderdale to Western North Carolina to pack our belongings. The three *** men were enthusiastic and energetic. They were polite, personable and pleasant as they loaded the truck almost to the brim with our belongings. As we conversed and worked around them they began to seem like part of our family. We greatly appreciated the entire service from dood to door. Although it was somewhat more expensive than we initially anticipated it might be (but exactly as the final contract stated), it was worth every penny for the excellent service we received. Highly recommend and Thank you, Agility Van Lines!

Michael called me back within a day after requesting quotes on HomeAdvisor. He was extremely professional and responsive to any of my questions. My estimate was accurately quoted based on 500cf which remained unchanged since I provided a complete and accurate inventory listing. There were some delays with pick up, but everything ultimately worked out. Vernon and Cedrick worked quickly to load the truck, though didn't have the mattress bags needed since supplies were underallocated. Delivery was prompt within a few days of departure. The communication of the team was inconsistent and required constant follow up. I was extremely impressed with ***'s hands-on leadership approach as the owner of the company to ensure proper communication and any issue resolution. Despite a few minor issues, this is bound to happen. There's more weight on the willingness to properly and professionally address and resolve concerns. I would highly recommend Agility Van Lines for prompt pickup and delivery. Agility Van Lines will certainly be my top choice for my next move as they were fair and transparent throughout. Take the time to properly do your inventory and don't leave anything out...that's how you end up with double or triple the cost. The quoting software isn't perfect and most in the industry use it, but it's only as good as the information you provide.

Great Company did Great Job! This was the first time I've ever used a moving company so I was really concerned about how this would turn out. We needed to move my mom from Phila. to Georgia in the summer of 2019, and then a year later, move her back to Philly. I needed this move to go smoothly because I'm in Texas and unable to be there to help my mom. Everyone I worked with at Agility Van Lines was great. Angelo and Denise were friendly, helpful and professional. They walked me thru the process, answered my questions, (and I had a lot of them!), and addressed all my concerns. I had a clear picture of what to expect before I signed the contract. During the move from Phila. to Georgia, Agility patiently worked with my mom when her move schedule slipped, when she wasn't ready when they showed up, and came back when she was ready. Given her late circumstances, she needed to put her stuff in storage for 2 months until her new home was ready. Agility did that without hiccup at a reasonable price until it was time for delivery. And delivery was done right on time. I had no doubt who to call when mom needed to move back to Phila. During that move, the experience was the same. John and Denise were again friendly, helpful and professional. Agility's workers showed up right at the time they said they would, packed up her stuff professionally, including her prized 55" TV, and had her stuff on the truck ready to go within hours. I'm very happy with the service Agility provided my mom and highly recommend them to anyone.

Notice was given to Apartments that the last day would be the 30th. All Utilities and Power shut off on the 30th.
Actual Pick-Up date July 3rd.
3 Days in Motel: $420
Payment to Apartments for 3 Days extended to hold furniture: $ 159.
The day the movers came to pick up furniture they told my husband and me that it would take 7 hours and we would need to find a place out of the apartment to be. Which we did.
Into about the 5th hour, my husband and I were sitting at the pool we heard a siren and then the Fire Truck stopped in front of our apartment. We went to the apartment. We were standing outside in front of the apartment when one of the movers came out. I asked if they had done anything to trigger the fire alarm and was told no. We then went back to the pool to wait the other 2 hours when we were told we could come back. After an investigation from the Fire Department and the Apartment Management, it was suspected that there had been smoking of marijuana in the storage closet directly attached to my apartment. No one at that time was around my apartment except for the movers(no one physically saw the movers smoking) but keep in mind they had asked us to leave the apartment for the 7 hours it was going to take to move? No mover had ever requested that before.
Delivery of the furniture: 2/7-day window and you guessed it; it was delivered on the seventh day.
Motel: $ 700
I asked them not to drag the furniture as it would damage the floor. I was ignored. Damage to the floor done.
Damage was also done to many pieces of furniture and glass items. This damage was done in the packing, not the delivery.
Boxes were labeled but if it said MB, it could have Kitchen and Bathroom things included. All the boxes appeared to just have items thrown in. Glass items not wrapped. Clothes had wardrobe boxes, but the clothes were just dumped in not hung up. I have made many moves and never had my furniture damaged and broken glassware. I honestly thought a full pack but be done professionally.
The movers that delivered the furniture could not find the screws to put the mirror on my Chest and they were just going to leave. I asked them to call their office and see if they could ask the drivers who packed furniture if they remembered what they did with them. The driver called and was able to locate the screws and the mirror was attached.
Items missing baking pans 4 and bedside clock.
Total for the move: $ 7159.15 plus tips
I had the .60 per pound insurance that they offer and have been sent a form to submit for the damage. The amount for all damaged pieces would come to a little over $600.00 which in no way can replace my china plate that was chipped, my entertainment cabinet, and file cabinet that are damaged beyond being fixed.
This is very sad because ***, ***, and *** were a pleasure to work with. The Delivery crew not so much.
I cannot in good conscience recommend Agility Van Lines not to mention if what was suspected (again no one physically saw them smoking) did happen and they were driving under the influence there could have been a tragedy.

Best experience I've had with a moving company (and my family has moved a LOT)! They couldn't have been more helpful from the start. John, our sales person, was very personable and every time I called or emailed, he remembered our names, and what our special situation was. Because of my father's illness, and how busy and distracted I can be, I probably did not make it easy for him! I also needed a specific, and possibly inconvenient, date for them to move my father's condo contents. He really worked with me on that and we got it done. On moving day, Gene and his assistant (his name escapes me), were FANTASTIC. If I pointed out something that needed extra special care, he really listened and gave it extra padding or whatever was required to stabilize it. He mentioned he'd been doing this for 30 years and it showed! He had sturdy ways of packing things that I would not have thought of. He was also SUPER organized so we didn't have to worry about misplacing the small pieces that went with the big pieces (like sofa legs or cords). And I could see in the truck how carefully he packed things so they wouldn't get damaged on the long drive from FL to NH. What I really loved was that they checked in with me frequently to give me updates both before and after the move, so I didn't have to worry, wonder, or nag them for updates. I remember mentioning this to my aunt, (she found them on the ComplaintsBoard.com site), while I was packing up - "Wow, these guys are great. Good find!" They seem to understand that there's plenty to worry about when moving, so they try to lessen that. Before the move, Denise and Shane were in touch to confirm things, which made me feel, again, confident in their organizational skills. They never ONCE showed an inkling of bother if I called or texted with questions or concerns. After they moved the furniture out of the condo, they also kept in touch with the status of when it would arrive at the new location, (which, BTW, was quicker than I expected). I've worked in a lot of customer facing jobs over the years and I've found THE MOST IMPORTANT THING is communication with the customer. To me this shows respect for the customer and an understanding that my money can go anywhere, so there's a reason to give it to them. You can tell that every employee understands that. Because I've had bad moving experiences in the past, I was continually asking John, Denise, Shane and the moving guys on the ground about this or that, and not only did their confidence in their quality of service give ME confidence, but they were just so responsive, organized and careful, that I couldn't be happier. All our stuff arrived in perfect condition and Steven, Michael and Ivory didn't just move it out of the truck and dump it in the house, they really helped me get it in the right place, reassemble the furniture if needed, and then never ever made me feel like a bother for wanting something 1 inch this way, or 1 inch that way (I can be really persnickety). Just amazing. They felt like friends. I guess that's my ultimate compliment and the real headline of my review: The whole staff and crew felt like friends; like I had known them already and knew they would treat me and my stuff like their own. They spoke to me as an individual, not just another customer in a long line of customers. What a relief with what can be a very stressful time!

The process went smoothly. Final price consistent with quote. I like planning in advance of an event and the final schedule was not released until the day before pickup which is the reason for the overall rating of 4 Stars. Extremely pleased with the driver Ontorio and his team (5 Stars). Very respectful. Items handled with care. They worked efficiently at pickup and delivery. Would recommend Agility to others.
